Nesan is a great rep. Finally found a good alternative to bestbuy. Visions is a solid place great prices and products and like three people asked me if I was taken care of in just a few minutes, great customer service.

Purchased 4 tablets and 2 TVs online recently. Most of the order was fine, but 1 TV arrived with the panel smashed, even though the box looked OK. Was told that I'm on my own because it was reported more than 24 hours after the order arrived. They suggested that I claim my credit card or home insurance.

Been here 3 times, first 2 times, I had my 5 star review. GREAT people.last experience was terrible.staff is not what it was. The cashier and "manager" had all my info on file, I had used my status card no problem in the past, refused it this time because I had it in my digital wallet. Lulu lemon, SVP sports, Best buy etc, save it on file.pretty sad you do as well- have my name, number, status info etc on file but we still need physical copy when I have it front and back in digital wallet. I had a whole wallet of IDs matching my status card information which is literally the front and back card in my digital wallet. Ive shown over and over at your store, never a problem. Anyway. Whatever, we went to Best Buy, they looked us up in the system, I showed them my digital ID and my physical license and they were happy for the sale and we are happy with our t.v.

I was getting a really good deal on a 55” Sony OLED TV from my cousin at Best Buy but I really liked the fact that Vision offered two years warranty on TVs. I asked Nesan if there was anything he could do to match the price I was getting from Best Buy and he came back with an even better offer! Not only was the price lower, but I got 2 years warranty for free! Thank you Nesan for going above and beyond and making my experience unforgettable!

Very disappointed. They do not except any returns on “appliances”, even if that manufacture does. This is something I did not know before purchasing. Please think about this before spending hundreds of dollars here.

The store is constantly false advertising products. On the website and flyers they show as in stock but in reality customers are tricked to pay and then wait delivery.
I was told to order and 0ay but delivery will be in 3-4 weeks from the warehouse.
False advertising should be illegal.

I saw a deal (TV) which was only in store and called them to see if they have any in stock or no. The first time they said that we have one open box and one demo but they advised to come in store and pay then we will order it for you with the same price. When I called them second time, the sales man said that we are not able to order it for you and we just can sell you the demo one. I explained that your colleague advised me to order it but he just told me that everything is done and your only choice is buying demo one. I called another branch and asked them for that TV (Mississauga branch) they have not had it but they helped me to pay online and ordered that TV for me. Just wanted to share my experience. At that time, I realized that the guy just was trying to sell the demo one to me. Please be cautious when you are buying from this store.

I was in the market looking for a Pc, and I received excellent customer service from Rondam (I think that’s what his name was). He greeted me as soon as I came in and asked what I was looking for. They didn’t have the pc that I wanted in stock at the store, but he was happy to assist me having it shipped instead. I also was looking for desktop speakers, I was building my gaming setup. They did have the speakers I was looking for in store and I was able to purchase them with ease. I felt like I was being really taken care of and all my questions were answered.

Went in there to buy a tv and got more than that, EXCELLENT customer service from Taruna. She answered all my questions, and even if she didn’t know, she made sure she would find it out. She certainly went above and beyond, something that seems so rare these days. Just a great experience and will return just because of her. Thank you once again Taruna!

I bought and installed car starter from Vision Electronics at city of Vaughan location Ontario (67 closus Dr). It stop working and while went to store on Nov 23rd, store manager (Rajesh) told me its issue with remote and we will send it back to manufacturer and it took 8 weeks to serviced. What is purpose to pay extra to buy extended warranty.poor customer service

Came in to price match Yamaha rx-v6a reciever only to find out that it is 2 month backlogged. Was offered Denon x1700h, which in my opinion, is a much better unit for the same cost as price matched yamaha. They did not have to do it, yet they absolutely made my day. Good luck getting that service anywhere else!

My wife and I went into the Woodbridge Vision Electronics store just to look at some TVs. We were welcomed by a friendly sales person who was very professional and knowledgeable!
We were not there to make a purchase, but because we were treated with respect, kindness and above all Mr. Janeil Alas took his time to make us fully understand all the different models available.
Janeil was just beyond Great!
Needless to say we bought the TV and few other things as well!
Good job Visions for hiring this terrific gentleman!

Went for phone upgrade. Helped by sales person but had to wait quite a damn lot for him to ask for the plan pricing to his stpre manager since the manager was extremely busy for gossiping with his solely one person for about 20 minutes.

Didn't upgrade, left the store.
Was not so pleasant first visit to this store.

Was looking for a Tv to put in my room and I was looking around the store and I find a salesman by the name of Nesan who helped me pick out the tv that was right for my room. He went over all specs and findings of the tv and I was very impressed he got me just what I wanted and at a great price which fit my budget. Thank you Nesan you were a great help. Definitely recommend the store and salesman Nesan who is a very kind and respectful gentlemen that will find you something in your budget and needs.

Worst experience when trying to pickup my pre-order. They told me there is is a re-stocking fee when they have 4 in the in-store. I had no other choice but buy it in-store. Don't go to Raj's store!

In November was looking for a camera for my daughters birthday and came across the store Visions. I went in and was greeted Janeil who helped me find the best type of camera that would be the best fit for her needs. Janeil was very knowledgeable and his kind and positive manner made me want to return to the store. In January I returned to purchase a computer and once again Janeil who had helped me out before remembered me and again was able to help me out. I will continue to purchase any electronic product from Visions due to the service I received.

This review is not necessarily for Visions store, they were professional and courteous as a retailer. But my overall experience of having owned a Hisense TV bought from Visions has been bad and I wanted to bring this to the attention of other buyers.

I bought Hisense 85 inch TV and have been having non-stop issues with the software since purchase.

Earlier this year, Android software stopped accessing internet and working for Netflix etc and I called support. I got no support from them at all except a standard response that someone will contact me in 48 hrs. No one ever did and eventually I just bought a Fire TV stick and plugged it in to continue seeing TV.

Now The Android start-up itself does not boot and the TV does not even start. It goes into infinite loop of trying to boot and restart. I again called Support to hear the same response that someone will contact me with-in 48 hours. Again, no one has and it has been a week. I also have extended warranty from Visions itself and their warranty service company also have not got back to me.

Hisense product and even more their after sales service support is very bad. I have sent multiple emails and have called multiple times, only to be told every time someone will contact me in 48 hours. No one has till now and I am without a TV.

We buy Hisense to save a few hundred dollars, but we eventually lose thousands of dollars. My TV cost me $2500 and is a total garbage now in just around a year. I should have paid a few hundred more dollars and bought a more honest and reliable brand.

Lesson well learnt and I hope other readers too will learn from my experience and not repeat my mistake.

Eduardo and his colleague were incredibly helpful. Very enjoyable experience from start to end. They even helped fit the oversized TV into our car through creative ways that we wouldn't otherwise be able to manage.

Had the best experience over the holidays shopping for new speakers and a new TV. Eduardo was extremely patient and helpful, testing the different sets of speakers with a variety of music to make sure I choose one with features most important to me and also within budget. He helped me understand what other items I would need depending on what my set up is. Amazing service from beginning to end (and post service!). Have been recommending to friends and family. Best place to get your electronics from a company that is Canadian owned!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in the last 20 years. Ordered a tv in-store a month ago and was told it would be in on Friday. I've been getting the same answer every week for the past month.

Eventually spoke to a different salesperson who was surprised because he had transferred stock for the same tv for his customer without a problem. I asked for the same thing for my order and was told it would be done.

Spoiler alert: it was not.

Called again to say I'd just drive to the other store to pick it up and was told they'd confirm that for me and call me right back.

Haven't had a call back.

Visions has had thousands of dollars of my money for a month and I have no product.

I highly advise that you don't trust them to order stock. Also, if this is how they treat you at sales time, whats going to happen if you have a problem with the product?

UPDATE: Called again the same day and the manager spent a good 5 minutes speaking to me with a highly raised voice in a very condescending manner. He berated me for bothering him and his staff the day after Black Friday and kept reiterating how busy they were.

I guess they already had my money. The fact that I had been waiting a month for the product was not a problem.

He did call the Brampton store and had me arrange to pick up the TV the next day. Why this wasn't done a month ago, I do not know.

I now have my TV and will never shop at Visions again.

I deal strictly with Eduardo. His service is impeccable. Well manured, polite and professional. One thing that set me off slightly was the fact that if you order and pay online, pick up in the store, you get a gift card you can use in the future. Eduardo was on his day off.
As I just went into the store, I was not offered a discount or a card.
No big deal, but it would have been nice.

Nesan was so helpful over the phone we drove 1/2 hour to get to that store. His knowledge and cooperation made our turntable purchase quick and easy. They did not have the specific one I had been looking for but we went with a better model and and are quite happy with it. Thanks!

Bought a Samsung TV on Boxing Day (pretty good price) and a home audio subwoofer the following day. A couple employees opened the manufacturer packaging in front of me and quickly powered on the TV to show that there were no display issues. The subwoofer was so well-priced but ultimately got it home and needed to return it as it couldn't fit in our space. The return was smooth and the staff have all been nice and helpful and really earn the 5-star review, I'll be back!

What a delight shopping at this Canadian electronics store. Rajesh was our Visions Electronics' representative that served us and can not say enough good things about this young man.
He showed us exactly what we asked for without any pressure to "upgrade" our choice. When we asked about the differences between tv brands he not only told us but had us view all the options side by side before making our selection.
We got a great price due to a sale and a First Responder discount. I will definitely be returning to purchase other electronics.

I had an amazing experience buying a camera from Visions. Placed an online order around 1: 00pm for the in store pickup and got the confirmation email that the item is in stock at the Vaughan location very soon after. We went there and was welcomed right away. I liked that even if the store was busy - everyone who works there were very eager to help and make sure we are taken care of. We received a bonus card for choosing an in store pickup - it was so nice since it covered the cost of the 128gb camera card.
The checkout experience was outstanding as well. The price for the camera is better than Amazon and there is even a 60 days price match guarantee. I am amazed! The camera works great - can-t stop taking pictures all this afternoon and night:).
You got my attention - I will check you guys out whenever will need electronics in the future and also tell everyone I know about you. 5 full stars for you!

Ryan and Andy are the the men to ask for when you go in. Went in for a TV, wasn't expecting much from a brand I didn't know and walked out with outstanding deal that can't be beat (we asked around and got quoted more so that confirmed we made the right choice). Ryan goes above and beyond so you have an excellent understanding of what you are buying and so he recommends you the proper product for your space. He asks the right questions, gains good understanding of what your end goal is and is a true expert on all the product lines. Andy is the man when it comes to the proper deal. We got an excellent discount and couldn't be happier. The guys made sure the TV works before we left so there are no surprises, gave us clear installation instructions and unpacking tips which we honestly didn't even think to ask. Also we highly reccomend getting the warranty - 100% money back if you don't use it and it gives the guys the wiggle room for the right deal. At the end of the day it's peace of mind for the unexpected since you're already spending the dime. Compared to competitors we got better in store treatment, much better price and product that we didn't consider that was exactly what we were looking for. Well done, will 100% reccomend to other buyers and will be the first place I go to when I need any other electronics.

A lot of mixed reviews for this location.

Overall I thought my visit went well, received assistance quickly and service was great.

I'd give it 5 stars but I find it very odd that they are not able to order an item at the store level and have it delivered to your home, only to the store.opting for delivery to the home incurs a shipping charge of like $50 which is mind boggling considering shipping is free when ordering from the website.

I thank the associate who advised me of this. But it still does not make any sense, so minus one star.

Awesome service. I bought online the model I didn't like in real. Return was easy to the store near by. And looking on high range of different models we picked up something else but without pressure and after we got money back on previous purchase.

I went into Visions in Vaughan. Looking for help with a laptop computer. I was greeted by I believe Eduardo (sorry if I got the name wrong) he introduced me too Rajesh. Rajesh was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me find a good unit for my work needs and was never pushy nor did he try to sell me some expensive unit that was beyond my budget and needs. He let me know about the financing options in case I needed them. My transaction was easy and enjoyable. The whole Vaughan Visions team is excellent, smiling faces everywhere. Thank you team!

DO NOT TRUST! 30 Day Lowest Price Guarantee is a SCAM!
I have purchased a Logitech Brio webcam from Visions on July 2nd, 2021 for $249+tax. On July 10th I've noticed that official Logitech store on Amazon has dropped the price to $184.93.

I have called Visions and when I asked if I should order from Amazon and return my original order to Visions, I have been promised by an employee that the price is going to be matched. In addition to that, the same employee told me that I'd get 15% of the price difference as an additional discount.

She asked me to submit the ticket and provide a screenshot of the page with the price stated, as well as the link, so I did all that.

On June 11th the price for this same camera went back up to $239, and I got an email from Visions stating that they will not match price of 184.93, but they are only going to match $239, despite their original promise and the evidence I have provided. They have also told me that as the employee I spoke to is new, she misinformed me on the 15% difference, and this will not be applied either.

So, being their customer for years, I thought I can trust promises that Visions make. However they chose to not fulfill promises they give and make it my problem that they train their employees poorly.

Will return the camera as soon as it is delivered. Shame!

My tv that came with broken screen (delivery damages) was replaced by a new one in a fast and gentle way. I appreciate a customer satisfaction approach followed by Vision Electronics.

Be careful of hidden fees! I tried to do their 12 months no interest deal, however they charge 67$ to do it (but I said, ok why not). And then there is another hidden 25$ fee on top of that that they did not tell me about! They would not refund the money even though they did say they "forgot to tell me about that fee".

Curbside return.very fast service. Eduardo excellent.offered item to exchange with but quickly understood why I prefered refund. Took my credit card inside, tapped it and I was done. Receipt and email proof of return. Stood outside and talked for a while. His service elevated Visions credibility in my mind. I will definitely order on line without hesitation knowing a defective item will be quickly refunded. After interaction with staff, likely will consider ordering for pick-up at Vaughan store. Great job!

Had never heard of Visions until researching a LG OLED TV. I was lucky when I called the Vaughan store I was connected to Andy. He was awesome to deal with. Got me the TV, a Sonos Arc and a Sanus TV mount for Arc. Definitely a one stop shop for electronics and if you are using the Vaughan store for your tech purchases definitely ask for Andy!

Well I'm in sales too came in store every one was busy, I timed to see how long till someone approached me, 20 seconds a young lady approached me as you know many are on commission bases so I told the Younglady that I have a meeting with the manager, she passed the message, sooner I was approached by another sales associate which was incredible to see he asked all the right questions but failed to give his name so that after my meeting I was interested in a product I would have gone back to that sales person who approached me first but its ok, a learning tool, but by looking around a great place to shop unlike other places were sales associate push to retrieve a sale.

These guys were great to deal with. Was looking for a specific Sony television. Was sold out across the city, but these guys had one left.

Not only did they hold it for me, they worked with me on pricing, and helped me get it out to the car.

The really gave the impression that they were eager for, and cared about my business. This is something that I really appreciate.

Finally, this is a Canadian owned business, so it’s a win-win shopping here. You are helping a Canadian business in these trying times.

I will shop here again.

My son just bought a new TV today (Black Friday) and the shopping experience was absolutely great! Ian helped us today and he was great! My son was definitely a bit unsure of what he wanted because of so many options but Ian was very patient with us. He explained the differences in detail, making sure we were confident with the purchase. On such a busy day like today, we weren't expecting such great customer service. Would definitely recommend shopping at this store.

I find it very dishonest the way Visions Electronics runs their "Lowest Prices Guaranteed! 15% Price Beat". I can not believe as a consumer the tactics Visions Electronics has implemented. Someone in head office thinks that this idea of price beat is to lower their price a few cents less than the competitors to avoid the "Lowest Prices Guaranteed! 15% Price Beat"

Product on amazon is 179.95 and visions is selling for 179.00 I asked for a price beat and they said it was higher, visions electronics clearly did it on purpose so they wouldn't have to beat the competitors price. SHADY. Don't try to fool your customers, just be honest.

Avoid this place at all costs. I recently purchased a tv from this location for online pickup, paid online in full, expecting to pick up in store the next day. They email me the next day to inform me that they don't have that tv in stock and offered to either ship me the tv at no cost (which was a nice gesture) or refund me the money. I replied within minutes and took them up on the offer to ship the tv. The same day, which would have been October 13th, the replied to say "We will have your order sourced and shipped as soon as we can. "

It's now October 22nd and I've sent 2 emails in response, which have gone unanswered. In the meantime, I've checked their website and they now list that model tv available in several more locations than were originally available the day I purchased online.

Save your time and money and stick to the big box Best Buys and Costco's, this place is completely awful.

Well I bought a speaker at visions.
They sold me extended warranty.
The speaker stopped working within 4 months
They say I (I) me as in I the buyer have to send it to the brand or wait 1 year when their warranty starts. I waited the year now they telling me they will send it the monster then get back at me it's been 3 months now and still no email or text message. They sell bad things and take people money for jokes.
