The delivery was smooth even though the TV is a 85” and big that was delivered to the basement. Awesome service. I will recommend their service anytime.

Amazing experience by associate Shoobham Sood. He Was very informative and able to explain many features for the monitor as well as gaming headphones that we were purchasing. And the prices were unbelievable, bought wireless over the ear Sennheiser for 50 % off. Buy the extended warranty it is worth it. They give you a store credit if you don't use it! Will be back for more electronics here in the future!

Bought several items here and I'm happy with everything. The best part about shopping here is everyone is knowledgeable and it makes for a " quick and easy" experience. I picked up a Hisense 65" model A60GV. Awesome picture and very clear. I am very happy with the quality of Hisense despite the mix reviews (most reviews are mix even with the top brands)

If you want to pay full retail price like everywhere else, come to this store as the manager will not give you any good deal, even on Black Friday. Other Visions and 2001 Audio & Video stores have way better deals than this one. Don't waste your valuable time driving down here.

My freezer died and I was looking around for another. A friend mentioned ‘Visions’. I didn’t know they sold appliances, but they do! I went in and was greeted immediately, very friendly staff. The store is huge. Lots of great deals on T. Vs and audio equipment as well as appliances! The price I got my freezer for was at least $40.00 less than anywhere else I’ve looked. I wasn’t able to pick it up till the next day. No issues when I went in. It was ready to go and two of the salesmen loaded it into my van. Once again, both very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Visions to anyone looking for appliances, televisions, audio equipment as well as accessories. Great store to wander around. We will be going back here to look at a 65” television very soon. Very happy with the customer service here!

I bought a laptop from the store in burlington for my daughter. I paid extra for the warranty, the guy i bought it from said I did not need to keep the receipt as its filled away on the company computer system under my phone number. She took it in for repairs and the guy behind the desk look at it handed it back and said its not covered and we will not work on it

I went into the store today hell bent on purchasing a 75” Hisense TV and walked out with a 65” Sony Bravia TV instead, all because Lucas took the time to explain the science behind the TV. Sometimes bigger isn’t better. I was very impressed with Lucas’ knowledge! He asked me about my watching habits, what I wanted from a TV and then he helped me understand the things that affect my watching experience. There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase but I decided to buy the TV because Lucas was honest and straightforward. Great experience!

I spoke to Siri yesterday about the TV I was looking for as it was on sale. He told me the sale would be extended so I went over today to pick it up.
He remember me calling & got my TV - filled out the paperwork & I paid for it - whole visit took about 10 mins max. Wonderful service.

Visions sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Making an exchange for a larger TV was easy. They delivered and picked up the old one so I was not without a TV. Their lowest price guarantee made it easy to trust purchasing from them.

Picked up a epson 3800 projector today at visions in Burlington, Devon helped got me setup with warranty and was on my way. Got home setup the projector on my existing mount and wired it up, FANTASTIC my old 3020 epson don't even compare to the 3800 4k pixel shifting upscaling projector I got today. Happy with my purchase and service. The home theater is up and running again.

Simply the best. Sold me what I needed not what I thought I wanted and at half the price. Few hiccups with the install but the most loyal customers are those that have a problem and it's fixed without any hassle. Hats off to Devon at the store and their installation team. Highly recommended.

I thought Vision’s was only in Toronto until I was doing research on a soundbar. Devon was able to help Tracy & I with our final selection and purchase of the Q950A soundbar. It has great ATMOS sound. I am adding Vision’s to my list of electronic stores. Thanks Devon.

I have a big problem with TV. Black dots started appearing on the screen, which means that there is light damage from inside the TV.what should I do I am very sad All this happened in 30 days from the date of sale of Samsung 72 inches

What a refreshing surprise. This store offers Big Box store prices but with small store friendliness and service. Real service. Devon is the person I deal with - he's patient and helped me build my home theatre system over several visits. Go see him if you need anything home theatre or even home appliance.

We recently moved and were looking for a new tv. Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us an in depth explanation of all our options. He worked within our budget to get us not just a tv but all the components to make it an awesome entertainment system. We will definitely be back to see him for any future needs!

Was very pleased with my experience here. Lucas whom I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped me decide between the 2 TVs I wanted (LG C1 and Samsung qn90a). Went with the C1 and couldn't be happier. Also their warranty policy is great, if you get the extra warranty and don't use it you get full instore credit for that amount.

Called store and checked stock with salesperson (she also confirmed with her manager) before we went to the shop, because it takes us 1.5 hours to get here. After we got here, they told us it was out of stock 1 month ago and the manager was laughing when he said so. It is a frustrating and horrible experience.

I had never heard of Vision Electronics but my girlfriend knew about them when we started shopping for a new TV.

We had shipped all of the other major retailers in Burlington and decided to pay Vision a visit. We stopped in on Friday Oct 15th just to look but did have a few questions. One of the sales staff (Siri) approached us and was very helpful and professional, he did not Heng over us but was there when we needed him.

We left but returned the next day to purchase.

Again, Siri was helpful and very easy to deal with.

If this is how you train your people, you have done well and made a new customer here.

Best place for electronics. I had an amazing experience buying a 65" Samsung QLED. Before I even committed to buying anything I had a sales associate describe all different options in terms of technology, pricing and sizes available. Thanks Rashid, the picture is amazing.

Good experience there today after Best Buy didn’t have what I needed. The Sales people were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

This experience with visions was my third time back. I made it extremely clear to my salesperson that I needed a TV with 3ft I'm length for the stand. I was originally. Looking at a 50inch but was upsold to a 55inch and was happy with the t.v. Upon unpacking and setting up at home it turns out that it was 42 inch wide from leg to leg. This has caused a huge inconvenience for me and they have done nothing to compensate. The salesperson was more concerned with the upset and the warranty then he has at getting me the t.v with the proper dimensions. I will not return.

I went to buy a subwoofer and a dash and back camera for my new car and to get it installed. They gave me dates for the installation which were changed 3 times even with the cameras in stock they failed the camera installation date.

I had no idea this place existed, and I'm sure glad I found it. From the start Devon was able to deal with my constant questions and on picking out my first TV, after days of calling him and dealing with him he was able to find me the one i wanted. He taught me stuff I didn't know about TV's before and he didn't have to do that. I got the Hisense U8G and I promise you it is well worth it.

On the day of purchase Lucas was cashing me out and was also super helpful I got the warranty on it because it truly is a really good warranty and couldn't pass that up

Was looking for a new TV on Bestbuy website, but decided to make a call to Visions in Burlington to give a try. I am so glad that I did that day.had a great discussion with Lucas, manager of Audio department. Lucas provided excellent customer service above and beyond. He knew the products so well and showed great passion about his job. He quote me with a very competitive price for my TV and installation service package. Taylor and his team came to my house for installation two days after my purchasing. They did fantastic job installing the TV, adjusting the TV setting and demonstrated how to move wall mount in case I need. I have made a lot of big purchases in other big box stores in the past, however, this is the best shopping experience I have ever had. I cannot speak about other visions stores, but the store in Burlington will be my go to place for big purchase in the future. Pandemic brought so many challenges to our life, but Lucas' team in Burlington demonstrated that customer centric can bring positive impact on people's life.
