This location is full of slippery salespeople with a distorted sense of customer service. Never going back.

I went there for a tv. SANCHIT helped me out, explained me everything about the TV and found me the perfect one for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My daughter and I went to this location just for an iPhone charger but as soon as we entered the place is very welcoming and has the latest gadgets.my daughter and I love electronics stores but this one will be our store to go as we found the people working there very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes good quality products cost money but they last you a very long time. Just go and checked it. My daughter already selected a huge screen TV which will be delivered same day, they will make you a deal. Good shopping everyone.

Sanchit at visions on dundas and dixie was very helpul and informative, would recomend visiting for all your mobil needs.

Nick and Rukuzudzo did a great job getting things in order and installing the sound system for my 2001 BMW 740iL. They suggested I get a single DIN that pops out a screen and i couldn’t be happier with the results. The speakers and amp they installed with it sound absolutely amazing. They also did a great job getting things cleaned up and looking flush. If you ever need a sound system for your car, definitely consider popping by.

Ronak who is the Assistant manager there did a Fantastic job helped me Buying these TVs and also took care of the installation according to my needs for my Boston Pizza located on Main street west Hamilton.

The staff there is super friendly and helpful. Ronak was one of the individuals that helped me out. Himself and the team took the time to answer any questions I might have with a wealth of knowledge. They even took the time to share some comparisons with TVs and also home theatre.

We recently went by a Visions for the first time to look at TV options, and we walked out with our dream unit thanks to Yuv. He was incredibly helpful, was not pushy or pressuring, and ensured he did everything possible for us to walk away happy. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone, and will be back in the future for any electronic purchases.

We went in to Vision Electronics at Dixie and Dundas in Mississauga, Ontario to purchase a Bluetooth speaker. Sana greeted us as we entered the store. We told her what we were looking for and she walked us over to show us what they had. Nick came over to assist and they were both very knowledgeable and polite. We purchased a great little unit and the extended warranty. We have purchased from this location before and, as their prices and service are excellent, we will surely be back.

Not sure about those bad reviews, I have always had excellent service there with very competitive prices. Before you buy online or go to Best Buy, check out this shop first. Ronak Patel was particularly helpful! Highly recommended.

I just purchased a wireless charger from the Visions Electronics store near me. I was greeted kindly by Randeep who offered assistance if needed. I was in need! Im technically challenged so had lots of questions since the charging part of my phone is broken so can no longer use a regular charger at home, work or in my car. Randeep was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Thanks again Randeep!

Dealing with Nabil and Sheldon (mississauga store) on picking out a home theater set up, has been a great experience I highly recommend these guys very knowledgeable!

There is a great deal to be had, as well as electronics. However, the service is not the finest. "What are you looking for? " inquires one employee. I respond to the inquiry and assist us in finding  something. However, the employee says, "Why don't you want to buy it? " explained why, and the employee still wants us to buy it.

Visions offer good electronic products at a competitive price, it also offer electronic automotive services like remote starters and music devices installation.

Grear price for my product and great service. "Meet" was attentive and knowledgeable.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the sales person (name not disclosed on purpose) at this location (Dundas st, Mississauga). Very limited knowledge about the TV technology (reading from the tv labels).
After making we wait for approx 20 mins (to figure out the stock) and another 30 plus minutes to provide me couple of pricing options, i told him let me review and get back to you. The customer experience went to the next level, he instantly became aggressive and starting pressurizing.
He took away the pricing written on the plain paper, started reminding me that I told him that I was here to make a purchase, told me that he was investing his time (by providing quote and he doesn’t come to work to provide price quote, really! I wonder why does he come to work?) since he had provided me the pricing I had to make a purchase.
I spoke to the manager (Mr. Patel) regarding the matter and the sales person adamantly stood there and showed no signs of apology or regret (cheery on the top).
If the senior mgt is reading and would like to improve please focus on training, get your sales team acquainted with the Canadian values and culture, let them know customers pay their salaries and commissions, teach them some basic manners and courtesy tell them to take a break if they are frustrated. This is Canada!
P. S I ended up making an approx 3k worth of purchase after I had the round of conversation with the manager. I haven’t taken the TV out of the car yet because this whole experience was so disturbing that I don’t feel like opening the product although the product is exclusive and top of the line. It’s about the experience!

Staff is easy to deal with and can always fond deals. Clean store, nice staff and good deals. What else u want?

These guys are extremely competitive and will try thier hardest to get you the best deal possible. I bought a 77" Inch Sony A80J and the price is the same at every electronics store including Bestbuy. I'm not sure about other Visions stores but the guys working here are solid and I was extremely happy with my purchase. I honestly don't think any other electronics store will be as competitive as this Visions store.

We needed a dishwasher and had a particular one in mind. Vision Electronics had the best price, had it in stock & their customer service was excellent. Peter helped answer our questions by phone, and coordinated pickup. During pickup they loaded the dishwasher in our car & were patient as we asked more questions. Their warranty is nice in that if you don't have claims, at the end of the warranty period you get a store credit in the amount of the warranty cost. We also found some great prices on a few more Christmas gifts while in store. Bonus is that they are Canadian owned and operated so nice to support local business. Definitely recommend Visions Electronics.

I visited the Dixie and Dundas store on November 9th to inquire about any ongoing sales on televisions. I was pleasantly welcomed by Sebastian Thibault. He asked me what I was looking for and then proceeded to show me around the store. He explained to me in great detail what the differences were between the different models in a way that I could understand not knowing a heck of a lot about all of the specs listed. He was very pleasant and patient and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and wanted nothing more than my full satisfaction. During that visit I was able to confidently choose a tv that I believe I will enjoy for years to come. With his help and the help of his very caring and generous manager Kulwinder Singh I was guaranteed at getting the perfect television to fit my needs at the best possible and unbeatable price they could offer. I left there more knowledgeable then I went in while also knowing that I got an awesome deal! Thank you Sebastian and Kulwinder for making my day and my purchase so memorable. Went to this location with the Intention to buy a television. Told the female staff member working what we were looking for based on an online product. Online product sold out so asked to suggest alternatives in similar price range. We asked for something in the $350 price range and she suggested something for $400 and said that was all they had. We asked if it had a specific need (ability to chromecast) and she said she didn’t know but it “probably” did, and did not bother to check. Why spend $400 for “probably”?

While walking out there were 6 very obvious boxes of a product that fit our exact size specifications for exactly $350, so not sure why she didn’t suggest these ones. Shows a lack of knowledge regarding products and also that she didn’t seem too eager to help us.

While looking at box the staff was standing at cash with her mask off while talking on the phone. There were no plastic screens keeping her from other staff or customers so obviously not too concerned with COVID protocols.

We ended up driving to a different Visions location to buy that exact product that we noticed on the way out because of the negative experience working with this staff.

All I can say is: Ask for Ronak Patel. There is a reason this has been mentioned by numerous reviewers. Guy is great, literally texted me personally on WhatsApp for a couple months back and forth about TVs. Very knowledgable and goes the extra mile. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else for electronics. Visions. CA is a complete joke. I would never deal with them again. Visions on Dundas Mississauga friendly atmosphere very professional very helpful. What a difference from. CA

Customer service is substandard. There is absolutely no follow through when promised. Have been dealing with the same problem for almost a year. I'm giving them ONE more chance to repair my computer. They have not taken responsibility for incorrect / false information given when buying my computer.
I will definitely not be making any future purchases and I regret making this one.

I went today to do an exchange but was told they cannot do returns until December 1st.

I asked the rep if I could just purchase what I needed now and come back to return the other product later. The rep said I needed to speak to a manager.

The manager came and I told him the same thing. He said sure. I'm not even sure what the problem was.

Waste of time and I have to come back to return the other product.

Bought a tv and when we opened the box the tv was damaged. Contacted the store and was told that it would take at least 2 weeks to get another one. We asked why could get a new one or a refund and we were told we have no choice but to wait. They can't do anything. That is not customer service. I would never buy here again. If i could put 0 i would. VERY POOR SERVICE

Working with the staff here was an amazing experience! I purchased a refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and was able to not only exchange for the right one, but also fully return and get refunded for my purchase entirely. I was so satisfied I ended up purchasing an upgraded unit and was extremely satisfied with the final product.

I would definitely recommend this location as the staff was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating for my exchanges, return/refund and final purchase.

I called this store initially to get some pricing on a TV I was interested in - I personally dealt with Satyam. He was courteous and very helpful. Once we went into the store he took his time to explain all the key features, demo the unit and gave us the best deal possible. We ended up buying 2 TV's! Prices and customer service were impeccable - I highly recommend this location & Satyam!

I find it very dishonest the way Visions Electronics runs their "Lowest Prices Guaranteed! 15% Price Beat". I can not believe as a consumer the tactics Visions Electronics has implemented. Someone in head office thinks that this idea of price beat is to lower their price a few cents less than the competitors to avoid the "Lowest Prices Guaranteed! 15% Price Beat"

Product on amazon is 179.95 and visions is selling for 179.00 I asked for a price beat and they said it was higher, visions electronics clearly did it on purpose so they wouldn't have to beat the competitors price. SHADY. Don't try to fool your customers, just be honest.

It's a wonderful place to shop and also to get massage on their chair:).
I got my all appliances from here. Though it's not big appliance store and have only a few show models, however, if you know the appliance model, then provide them with model number and the associate can quote the best prices which are very competitive. Thanks to Satyam and Kunal for their help.

Customer service is not good. They should really improve there customer service rather than making customers wait just for billing purpose. The shop was almost empty.
