I called in to Purchase a TV, spoke to sales rep Raj, had a discussion what I wanted and was trying to work out a deal. He said he had to ask his Manager to see what he can offer me. Was advised he will call me back after speaking to him. Didn't receive a call back within few hours which is fine he might have been busy. Called the store again later and spoke to another person said Raj was busy with a customer and that he would convey my message to Raj to call me back. Unfortunately no call back even though I mentioned to please let me know either way if they can or cannot offer me the deal I was looking for. I'm not upset about not getting a deal from your store. It's more about respecting someone's time and trust to at least call back with a courtesy. I would have appreciated that. I took my business elsewhere. I know where not to go and refer other clients.

Edit: Upon reading previous reviews, looks like communication is an ongoing issue with them along with other issues. Buyers beware.

We just purchased a 75” Samsung QLED TV from Vision Electronics Scarborough location. The experience was absolutely incredible! The salesperson, Kumar, was very knowledgeable, patient and just persistent enough to “encourage” us to make our purchase through Vision Electronics. He also provided us with the best value in town on a very scarce, mid-range Samsung NEO QLED model.

Just want potential customers for this store know clearly about their 60 day price match policy. It’s for member only. (you can sign up online) the first 30days you can get refund the difference. 31-60days, you will get store card for the difference. It was not mentioned on the paper and no explanation at the point of sale. Experience in store was fine but there was a little disappointment about not clarifying the policy details at the beginning.

This place went from one of the best to the worst over the years…

The staff are shameless.what has happened to this place? ! The management team including Raj need to be overhauled with new competent workforce. The rep didn’t care at all, he lied that they have it in stock and made me pay then he said it’s in Vaughan location so he gets his commission secured.not to mention lying they have the product in stock to get you in the door… I hope upper management takes major action on this location… dishonesty is not right.

I am having a very and I mean a horrible time getting vision electronics to respect any warranty’s they have sold me. Can not get in contact with their customer support team. Spent multiple hours on phone with non stop dropped connections. I’m out thousands of dollars due to neglect and incompetence. Still waiting for them to return or even answer a phone. I wil have to hire a lawyer to go after vision electronics.

I strongly recommend anyone who see my post to AVOID this store and avoid the manager TROY.

Troy said they had the camera "in stock" at the store on e-mail. However when we arrived at the store and paid for the camera, this weasel said the camera will be arriving in two weeks.

We immediately asked for a refund and Troy gave us a difficult time before issuing us a refund. He asked: "What was the purpose of you coming to us to buy the camera then? " He tried to talk us into waiting for the camera and argued with us about being "honest" that the camera was in stock.

It was not until this created a scene at the store when Troy decided to save his "clean" image and issued the refund. We just want our refund, it's not difficult Mr. Weasel. I thought Vision Electronics was a trustworthy store. My family lives around the area and purchase several electronics from the store before. This is unfortunate.

This weasel just wants to make commission by lying to customers. He needs some training from corporate office before resuming his role as Mr. Big Shot at the store.

This store is a+ when it comes to customer service and attention to detail. We walked in and sales rep Jamal immediately greeted us and allowed us to watch different Smart TV's for comparison. He was knowledgeable with his smart TV's and its specs and we ended up picking up the best TV based on needs and budget. Thank you Visions and Jamal for outstanding work. Sales rep like him is the reason why we will choose visions again to buy our electronics.

Purchased an LG C! 83 OLED TV from Visions Scarborough. Very excited to receive this TV! It's absolutely beautiful! So, when I received the TV after a delay in shipping (no fault of Visions) I received after 17 days from purchase. When I opened the box, removed the TV, it was stuck in an LG service mode. They do a quality check before sending and whoever did the quality check didn't exit this mode. I cannot tell you how disappointing this was. I couldn't do anything about it. I was working with Troy Bleekendaal at this Visions store, and he did everything he possibly could to help me! It took a few days to get this resolved with back-and-forth communication. I know he was on the phone with LG to get this resolved, involving the rep, service calls, etc. He was able to escalate and get an LG service rep to come by the house to see if we could get this resolved. The tech clicked 2 buttons on his service remote and bam, the WebOS came up on the screen. I have to say that it was complete neglect on LG's part to remove this service menu before shipping. Troy was checking in frequently with me, providing updates all along! While I am disappointed with the manufacturer for leaving this TV in tech mode (user remote being completely useless) Troy was a superstar at Visions to help me all along the way! I sincerely thank you for the support Troy! I am now anxious to get this TV set up now that I have access to it. Appreciate all the efforts from Visions. Some things are beyond our control, but if you are looking for great service, price and follow-through support, I'd honestly look no further than Visions! I would highly recommend this store, as well as speaking with Troy who took genuine care to get me up and running! I am now looking forward to enjoying my new TV now that the proverbial key has been unlocked by visions! Thanks again!

Horibble customer service. They leave in the middle of helping you to address other customers and phone calls. The younger man sales person walked away while helping me about 4 times for more than 5 mins each time. They really need to focus on each customer.

This happend to me both times that I visited the store. First time this happened I just walked away and left after the the salesperson kept leaving our conversation to address others, saying he would be right back. He had me waiting for more than 10 mins while he was at the front desk fiddling with the cash register.

Second time I went back it was a women sales person who did the exact same thing as well and kept answering the phones and having more than 5 min convos in the middle of helping me. I was just standing there staring at her each time for like 5 mins.

Either they are understaffed or have no idea how to make a sale. They lost a sale from me twice because of this. I wont be going back to buy anything here.

I have been going here and only here for electronics for 5 plus years. They have treated my friends and family beyond expectations. I highly recommend speaking with troy or scott. We bought a 75 inch tv today and a young lad named Jamal was very quick to assist me even though I wasn't part of his sale. Honestly top notch staff that are very knowledgeable and patient. They never push a sale on you and have often recommended cheaper products that will fit my needs. Truly can't say enough good things.

Open the box and IT HAS A HUGE CRACK. A BROKEN TV was delivered.
No help from Visions after 1 week. Insurance useless.
(customer service person told me insurance would not help, but they could look at refunding it, WOW.beyond words)

Now, I recently moved to a new apartment so left it in its original box for a few days until my TV table arrives. Open TV and HUGE crack - Immediately sent pictures, but Visions customer service person had zero regard for a 2500 $ investment and tells me that they can't help after 48 hrs.

I purchased insurance from them, but they say that insurance can't even help with this due to how badly the delivery damage is. This TV was delivered broken, and not even 2 weeks ago - escalated to a manager and now I am waiting to speak with them. This is such a bad experience. I would just ask that they put themselves in the customers shoes. This TV arrived about a week ago.and I emailed them right away after opening the box.

Bottom Line - I would hope that someone high up in Visions could talk to me because this is beyond disappointing and I could swear on everything that I hold dear that this TV was DELIVERED BROKEN.

They offered to refund insurance - lol.so stressful and SOOO BAD. BAD for customers that tried to work with a Canadian Company.

Opened box - BIG crack - immediately reported it, zero help. (Even with warranty.offered to refund warranty though lol) Almost a $3 K investment GONE.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was in the market for a tv to replace my old one that had broken down and I knew which one I wanted to replace it with. I dealt with Rashid, the store manager, and he was a delight! He never tried to up sell me on anything and discussed all my options with me. He is a real people person and he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would recommend this store and Rashid to anyone looking to have a very pleasant shopping experience!

Simply amazing staff and deals! I fully recommend this store. I had the pleasure of purchasing an audio system for my car previously from Troy and decided to see what they can do for a QLED TV and home audio sound bar. Both times my sales person was Troy who was incredible at helping find the best balance of quality and cost for a better deal than anywhere else. I started my search thinking I will buy from Costco due to their good warranty/return/exchange policy, but these guys actually exceeded it at a better cost. The staff here go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and don’t stop just when they get your money. They understand the importance of keeping customers happy prior to, during, and beyond the purchase date.

We had purchased a Dyson Vacuum from this store a few weeks ago and finding it not so convenient to use, decided to exchange it for a higher and more expensive model of Dyson from them. At first we were disappointed that the store had a no returns (exchange) policy, and were upset too as for us it was a big purchase. However we got a call from the store manager after we voiced our grievance and he put our mind at ease telling us they would take back the machine and we could get the model we wanted. It wasn't in stock at the time so he ordered it for us and we were able to go in without any problem after a week and do an exchange. We used the new model from Dyson and are very happy with it. What made me write this review is the great customer service given to us by the store once they realized how upset we were! We shall definitely be going back to them for other purchases down the road.

Too many bad experiences with Visions, they have good prices so they are only good for price matching when you buy from a competitor. Abdul will waste your time.even if you can call ahead he will make you come into the store only to leave empty handed.matter of fact he did this to me twice. His manager Mahesh will step in and find every excuse possible. When you call out his bull he will ask you to leave, fair enough talking to Mahesh is a waste of time anyways.they had a poster that reads “100% customer satisfaction” so I gave them a call and Jim from Calgary picked up. Jim advised me doesn’t get involved with private interactions at a store level.sounds like no one at Visions knows how to do their job.

This was my 3rd visit in one year to vision electronics at Scarborough location. In my 1st visit I have purchased 32” TV then in my 2nd visit I have purchased apple AirPods Pro and recently I have bought canon rebel T7i as a birthday gift. All the 3 times I have only dealt with Rashid. He is one of the best employee I have met in that location. I should say he made shopping experience very simple amid Pandemic. Kudos to excellent customer service!

I called in store thrice to ask about the deal going on for iphone xr because I wanted to buy one. Everytime I called, the answer I get is that they will call me back in a bit and I never got any call back. It’s so unprofessional and poor customer service. Everytime they asked for my name and phone number that they will call me back. I kept on waiting and look what, the deal is gone. Anyways, you guys compelled me to stop shopping from visions electronics anymore.

Worst electronic company ever. My speaker was broken in 4 months and it was sent to the store 6 months ago for repair and still got nothing. What is the point of extended warranty? Just went to purchase 2 TV's from their black friday sale. The original associate advised us they were sold out and then a manager called us back and made sure we were able to purchase what we came for. I call Raj Sammy to purchase a portable blue tooth speak, this was at 530pm, Raj said he was leaving at 6pm, I asked can we do the trans action for the speak now. Raj said yes, come by, I got there Raj was waiting at the door for me, with the Monster speaker ready to go, I use a gift card from last Christmas. Called to inquire about curbside pick up. The female customer service rep was not very helpful.

I tried to purchase my product online and intended to pick my order up in store. The site did not display curbside pick up as an option and produced a basic online order to be delivered.

I tried to speak to the rep again over the phone, but she told me to call the online customer service line because it was purchased online -_-

The customer service line is not currently taking any calls and email queries are also not being addressed in a timely manner.

Although Shipping is free, it has still not commenced and this order was placed about a week ago. There is no tracking number and there is no indication that it the TV will arrive anytome soon.

I have discovered a better deal elsewhere, but I cannot even commence a refund because Visions online customer service is virtually non-existent. You cannot call and their emailed queries are being ignored.

This is my first and last attempt ordering from Visions.

The funny thing is that I am an easygoing and patient guy, but this store just doesn't seem to care about customer service.

If you cannot process orders efficiently and don't want to interact with clients, how are you functioning in the Toronto marketplace. I am simply stunned.

Never shopped at Visions before, but my first experience both online and in retail hasn't been great. Spotted a decent deal for a Frigidaire air fryer for their pre-black friday sale on the website. Got it in the mail and the item was dead on arrival; heating element doesn't turn on.

With COVID and the lockdown for my area and black friday sales, I wasn't sure the store was accepting returns so I called the store and asked if they were accepting returns. Was told that it would be fine and that they did.

Since I lived 20 minutes away by car to Kennedy Commons, I thought I would just drop it off instead of getting it shipped back to save time. Fast forward 30 minutes, I am at the store lining up and they get to me and tell me that the store is not accepting returns until Dec 1st due to black friday. I referred to my call and they asked for a name.which I did not have as I never asked thinking it was just a general inquiry. Was told to come back Dec 1st.

Thanks for wasting my time guys. Now to contact support and see what my next steps for the return is.

I bought a TV online for a Christmas present for my son although the product was defective (which wasn’t their fault) I had no problem exchanging it without an issue. I talked to Rashid and he was very helpful and understanding and had my son very happy. Overall I was very pleased with how they conducted their business

2 staff members at the door for curbside pickup. Item was on clearance and were out of stock. Associate offered to order one in. Paid for it will have to return in 7 to 10 days. Older gentleman tried to sell me on a substitute. It wasn't even close but they were offering a matching discount. They tried to substitute an active speaker with a passive speaker. All in all, very happy with service that was offered.

I bought a microwave from Visions Electronics online that was not working on arrival. I wanted to exchange it. I tried to contact their online customer service department by phone which is never answered. Then by email to which I keep getting automated ticket numbers but after 1 week no response. Finally I spoke with Troy the manager of the Scarborough store who agreed to give me a refund after the person initially answering the phone said it couldn't be done. Hence the 4 star review. One off for the amount of time and run around from their online counterpart.

Moral: probably ok to buy from local store, but not from their online store which has terrible, maybe non-existent after sales customer service.

I ordered the smart TV and it is now two (2) months past and NO delivery received yet from them. I am out of TV, while depending on Visions Electronics. When you call them to follow up at the store, every time I get different excuses. I am fed up. Highly recommended -please DO NOT DEPEND OR BUY FROM THEM anything. They will advertise and get the customers, but failure at customer satisfaction. Terrible experience.
