An overall terrible experience. The "pick up in store and Save" is a scam. You dont save. You pay for the gift card. I was supposed to be partially reimbursed for my product and i have yet to hear back from customer service. It's been 3 weeks!

-answered my questions quickly and made a Chromebook suggestion which I ended purchasing. Asus 14" open box. I paid a bit more but it will likely be a better choice over the longterm.

Best prices and deals by far! Service was amazing, very honest. We purchased a tv and was initially going for a more expensive brand but was advised that would not be ideal for our space so we saved money! Will definitely shop here again.

Purchased a watch from here and was not told when I bought it was a final sale. Which any good sales store it should be notified and highlighted that it was mentioned to the consumer that it's a final sale. Therefore this is poor customer service on this stores part. Your better off going to BEST BUY! EVEN WALMART. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Visited the store to purchase a 65 inch Samsung tv. The customer service was really impressive and I was offered the best deal on the purchase. Thanks to Jacob and Paul for making the process smooth.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 75” TV and warranty from Rashid and Amrit! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but it is evident that a positive customer experience is their top priority.

I had a TV on hold with a competitor and decided to check them out as I was in the area. Rashid immediately greeted me, effectively built rapport and offered a TV that was much better quality and suited for my needs.

I would highly recommend these reps if you want to deal with sales people that don’t feel like sales people, genuinely want to offer the option that fits you and actually enjoy their jobs.

The experience at the store was fantastic, especially the staffs PAUL and JACOB were really helpful and co-operative, and helped me with buying my new phone. Do visit the store and ask for PAUL and JACOB.

They have the worst customer service and they don’t mind scamming their customers. I made an order and then sent an openbox tv not a new one, I declined to receive it from the shipping company and it was sent back, now they billed me the shipping cost. It was clearly their mistake and no customer support was able to help, they don’t care and they know you have nothing to do. Don’t ship there, amazon or bestbuy customer service is way more reliable. I consider what happened is a scam honestly for paying like a 100 bucks for their stupid mistake.

Visited this store a couple times in the last month and the service was amazing! Very worst experience. Their products are defective and the return and exchange policy is worst. I ordered AirPods Pro 2nd gen and it is not working properly. I raised return request but no support from them. Their customer support team is worst. I waited for 30mins and no answer from anyone.

A excellent buying experience. The salesman really knew his stuff and was able to explain the features clearly and answer all the questions that I had. He was very patient and did not try to pressure sell or up sell.

Dont go to visions electronics these guys are scammers they will sell you broken equipment and extended warrenty but wont take anything back.also the manager and employees at Mississauga location are very rude and unprofessional, save yourself the heartache

Visions Electronics caries a whole lot of home appliances, wide variety to choose from. The store manager was very helpful, she pass on all the information about the televisions and she confidently answers all my questions.

Store was clean. Pick up service was fast. Staff were helpful but could benefit from simple customer service, such as greetings and farewells.

Bought a $1400 drone online and after having generated a label by purolator the package has still not been shipped.

I opened a support ticket 143797 for order W10973328 and haven't heard from them yet.

At the moment I do not recommend this place.

I ordered a Super Fly kit Plus from another store in Quebec and the next day the package was already at my house.

If I receive my purchase before the weekend I will come back to modify my opinion with 5 stars.

Just bought a 65' samsung LED from them yesterday. The service was so satisfactory that I could not help leaving a review.
First of all I gotta give it up for whoever's in charge of customer relations. Nabil, who assisted me with the purchase, was more than committed to finding the perfect item for me. He even went back to check the inventory not just once but twice just to make sure my TV was definitely available. I wasn't sure at first about the correct model for my console. Nabil took all the detailed information and found just the right product for the job. And after completing the installation yesterday, I can safely say whenever I come back here I'm gonna find him to assist my with all my purchase.
What surprised me me was how much vision emphasized on resolving all our queries and finding the most suitable brand for custom requirements. And considering the fact that indeed have a pretty huge store with almost all the big brands available, it is a much convenient choice for anyone who likes to check out all the options and then decide. I was happy with how the handled the product after the purchase was made too. All on, I am sure to come back here for any future purchase.

Went to Visions heartland to purchase a 55" tv and soundbar. We got the best experience in any stores we've been before. Rizwan was very helpful. He helped us to choose the best tv and soundbar for our budget. We will be returning again for more stuff.

This location seems a little sketchy with creepy staff that remind me of the old Future Shop days when all the sleazy sales guys would surround you as soon as you walked in the door for their commissions. I also can't stand it when they're asking you for all this personal information to enter in their computer just to pay for something

I called this store to speak with a “product expert” before purchasing a double DIN car deck. I spoke with Jamal who was excellent. He was super helpful, honest, and steered me in the right direction. We eventually found the right unit for me. Much appreciated Jamal. Overall, 5-star experience.

I just bought a 65" Samsung Qled TV from Visions Electronics and I'm really pleased with the service that I got at this store. Sales team Rizwan and Nabil were really helpful with the process and they really made things easy. I got a great deal and I recommend this store to everyone! They have really good prices even before boxing day!

Sales staff could not find the remote to turn on bluetooth for the receiver to test the speakers. This place is a sorry excuse for an electronics store.

The Flexiti finance offered comes with a Annual Fee which the sales staff at Visions conveniently forget to inform you about. I asked the staff on multiple times what charges are there with the 3 month finance and they said there were no charges. I now have a charge of $24.99 for a 3 month finance which I was told was free. Nothing comes free. Visions you are a disappointment.

Subsequent to posting the above review, I had a call from Nabil the sales manager, who agreed to offset the above charge with a store credit.

I was looking to upgrade my Soundbar to one of Samsung’s Premium Q series. This was my first time experience in Visions. I had always been a Bestbuy customer both in US and Canada. The store experience and price that Vision offered me outbeats any other retailers by 100%.

Nabil provided good customer support and helped me with demo the model - 900A before the purchase. I would recommended this store and Nabil to my friends and others.

I was looking to purchase a TV as a gift to myself for my birthday.
Could not decide which TV I wanted except it should be an 80+ one.
Sheldon F, one of the store associates offered to help me. He was friendly, professional, most helpful and had quite a lot of patience. He used research and calculations to help me decide. Finally, I bought a TV.
The next day I was still not happy with my decision and returned to the store to speak to Sheldon again. As usual he was patient and helpful.
I noticed one of the TVs i previously looked at price had fallen. I decided to get that TV instead and Sheldon was accommodating enough to make all of the necessary changes. I am happy now and mainly wish to say that Sheldon F should be commended for his professionalism and patience.

I went to Vision because they had a couple of lenses I wanted. That's right, Vision has cameras and lenses too! They didn't have one in-house but Amrit ordered it in for me. There was also a pricing issue but she fixed that same day!

Vision also offers no interest financing (3rd party) which is convenient. There is an admin fee though, but nothing crazy. I was more than happy to finance my lenses.

I bought the Fujifilm XF35mm F2 and the XF50mm F2 and I'm extremely happy with my experience with Vision Heartland!

I had purchased a car stereo unit under the flexiti card. I didn’t even take the delivery of the car stereo and still those people charged me $170 for nothing and said that we are charging cause we have to pay our staff which was really shocking. They were charging me $470 earlier but after constant arguing and conversation they charged me $170 for no reason at all. The staff there is really rude and not at all any sense of how to deal with customers. I will never go in this branch of heartland. I would request the higher authorities to look into this matter and solve the issue. Really dissatisfied with the service. Thumbs down.

I've purchased all my vehicles remote starters and car audio here. All the starters and some.of the audio installed by them aswell. They gave me a good Price and I always had a great experience. Definitely recommend!

This location is my go to electronic store. They are really knowledgeable and give the best deals.

Recently purchased a few items from the Heartland location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend coming here if you care about quality service.

Went in for a specific TV which all places that carried that model were out of stock. They were as well but they offered us the demo. Suki was helpful and he answered all our questions. We bought the demo and he asked us to come back so they had the opportunity to wipe it clean and package it up. Picked it up several hours later, he helped bring it to the car. Later at home after we had set it up, he called to see if everything went well and that it was all working fine which it was.

Loved everything there. The stuff were very helpful and nice. I bought an oven after going through different options and the stuff were really patient and helpful. The oven is working great and I will surely recommend them if you're looking for good electronics in reasonable price with good environment.

I purchased an $800 LG TV and when I took it home it had a MASSIVE crack in the screen. I tried to get it exchanged for the same one (a usable one) and they told me that because I may have broke it myself they cannot help me. All I want is a usable TV it isn’t my fault if someone dropped the box in the store and they sold it to me.

It's hard to find companies now a days that really look after their customers and give them time and attention.

Kulwinder Bassi was my Sales Rep. I asked him tons of questions about the 85" QLED TV before I purchased it. Due to COVID, our entire interaction was on Facebook (found him on facebook market). Although I live in Whitby, I went to the the Mississauga location because of Kulwinder's customer service experience. The rep gave me an amazing deal for TV, soundbar and mount. He was very generous and looked out for me.

After I bought my stuff from Vision, I was having trouble connecting my soundbar to the Subwoofer. Kulwinder followed-up with me every day to see if everything was fixed / resolved. I was so happy to see that people actually care about their customers.

I'm definitely recommending the Mississauga Vision Electronics to my family and friends. I hope you guys keep your amazing customer service, it's very important, especially today.

Had prepaid for an air fryer last December. Finally the new model was in stock. Spoke to Sukhi on the phone and he readily allowed me to pick one up and pay the difference. Smooth transaction. I will look to them in the future when I upgrade my home theatre.

Did not buy anything. Waited in the cold for about 15 min behind another customer who clearly needed more time and this was at the delivery or pickup at the back of the store. I went for a drive and the same customer was still at the desk when I returned. No other staff were assigned to help others waiting, till I asked for this. Products and prices were reasonable but I decided not to buy from here.

I would like to advise every customer not to deal with the branch in (Mississauga, Matheson Road). My experience with the manager of this branch is horrible. In the xmas day I went to buy a LG 65 TV, Nano90una. It was not available on line, only in store. I called the store first to be sure that I can buy through them, a gentelman with the name Shown responded to me and was very polite. He helped me at the store to order the item because it was not available in any other store and must be ordered through LG to be received within at least 4 weeks. I accepted that and he told me about the choice of not paying untill receiving the tv, so I accepted to do this finance (only to pay through 3 months to avoid paying administration fees). He called the finance lady who treated me badly through asking the questions to fill the application. So I noticed that she is typing wrong information for the questions she asked. Even my name was wrong and not the way I write. She asked about the work telephone number and I said I have one but we never use it because I work from home since last March, therefore, it can not be used for now. She added other wrong information about me, when I asked to see the information in here iPad she refuse and submitted without adding my work telephone number and ran away to bring this horrible manager who came as aggressive telling me you are rejected because you gave us incorrect information and we can not allow you to apply again before 6 months and almost threw in my face my credit card and the driving licence. I asked to see the submitted information to prove to her that it was wrong including my name she said even if we still have it I am not going to show what we did to you. You lied and gave us wrong info. The way she was taking to me with no respect and discussing look made me feek very humulated but in the same time happy that I did not make a deal through Visions. Frankly, you do not deserve making bussiness while degrading your customer. I wondered if I paid directly with my credit card and need any service after receiving the tv how this lady would behave with me. By the way I work in The Government with personal annual income more than $120k and annual $160 K family income. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WAS HUMULATED BY SOME SHEEP LOW QUALITY MANGER IN ONE OF YOUR STORE. NEVER REPEAT THIS EXPERIENCE AGAIN.

Purchased a new computer at this store last week the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. This week I noticed the price went down for the Black Friday sales so I qualified for a price match which they did with no problem.

Experience was ok, quick service, they loaded the TV for me in the car. They didn't allow me to demo any speakers, I can't just buy speakers based on looks.

I purchased a laptop online paid for express shipping but my order is still on process after many days I tried to call customer service many times no one picks up the phone I sent 2 emails no one answer back but I am charged on my credit card the full amount and haven’t received my item this was my first purchase from visions a 2000$ laptop and I will never shop again from vision staples express delivery is 2-3 days max Best Buy express delivery 2 days vision no one cares about you when u purchase online

Purchased a Samsung Q80T and Yamaha receiver. Got a solid deal on both of them. Service was fantastic at the store and staff were very knowledgeable.

Don’t shop here, staff are nice but policies are awful. They’ll charge you a 20% restocking fee on a tear in the outer wrapping for a return when everything else is in perfect condition. The staff themselves struggled to open the product without tearing it more when going to inspect it, because of the way the manufacturer packages the product. This ends my experiment of shopping at Visions, back to Best Buy I go where I’ve never had any issues at all.

I purchased a TV from this location in June and I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from the Visions Elections Heartland location.

I knew what model I wanted, and even though they didn't have it in stock, they were super helpful and had it delivered from their warehouse to a location much closer to my home. It was an extremely easy process and they never pressured me to buy additional items I didn't really need.

I'll definitely be going back!
