I ordered new glasses from here with the help of Angela and Paul. The German lenses I ordered were delayed in shipping. I didn’t think much of it, things happen and it is beyond their control. However, Mr. Paul (the owner) insisted to make it right by having my lenses ordered from a different company and a new frame at no extra cost. Im still getting the german lenses on a extra frame once they come in. Great customer service Mr. Paul and staff here care about the customer’s satisfaction more than anything else. Very grateful I got to know Mr. Paul and his staff. Highly recommend Visions of Canada!

Angela somehow managed to fit me in for an earliest appointment which was the day itself. Dr Bailey Robinet who examined my eyes conducted a thorough and detailed examination, taking the time to address all my concerns and answer any questions I had.
Moreover, the clinic had an impressive selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses. I wana give a huge shoutout to Angela zanettin who was patient and knowledgeable while assisting me in choosing the right eyewear for my vision requirements and personal style. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
Lastly, the pricing at the clinic was fair and transparent. As an international student with limited financial resources, I greatly appreciated their consideration and the absence of any hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. I am an international student and it was my first eye checkup in Canada. This place is really good, the people here are really nice and made the whole process of eye checkup simple for me, especially Angela helped me pick the right glasses for me, all the other people are also really nice.

Paul and his team are extremely welcoming and kind. They take their time to understand your needs and make really thoughtful suggestions. They have a huge variety of glasses to choose from all brands I could think of were available under one roof. The doctor was also super patient while taking all my countless questions. I came in for an eye test and walked out ordering a pair of glasses that I loved. Highly recommend this clinic as possibly the best eye clinic in windsor. Paul even took the time to explain me what my eye condition is currently doing which was very helpful.

It was my first visit, I am glad that I chosed to got there. I liked the way the staff helped me and my family- Professionals and kind.

I started coming here last Summer with my Autistic Son. Everyone was SO lovely and good with him. I also got a new pair of Rodenstock glasses, which are the CLEAREST lenses I've ever had! They are a little pricey, but well worth the extra cost.
I had a partial eye exam with Ollie (The eye doctor) this morning, and he was so amazing and helpful. I highly recommend this place I'll be coming back for sure! *****

This store has the best selection of designer frames in Windsor. I am bougie and they had exactly what I was looking for. Angela was helping me find a pair of glasses and she was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and a great eye for knowing which glasses were a perfect fit for my face. If you are looking for top-notch service and a great selection, this is a no brainer! Where to start… I have been going to Visions of Canada for over 6 years and they absolutely NEVER disappoint. The building is beautiful, the selection is beautiful, the customer service is impeccable. Angela helps me and my fiancé every 2 years for glasses and I’m so grateful for her. When I get my eyes checked I’m more excited to see her than I am to get new glasses! Paul is also amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr. Siblani was so down to earth and helpful. You can see the passion they have for helping customers and making the best possible experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience getting my eyes examined here. Their rates are very good and so are they. I would recommend this place to a perfect stranger.

Highly recommend! Their attention to detail is unlike any other place I’ve been to. I felt like they really cared about me and my specific needs. They make sure the prescription on the lenses is in the exact location my irises line up to which is something nowhere else did for me. (They said that is the most common comment they get) I have a narrow face and my eyes are kinda close together so this is a big deal for me. They made sure they found the correct frame size that fits my tiny face and when the glasses were ready to pick up they made sure the nose piece and arms were adjusted to make sure they felt comfortable and they don’t even slip out of place.

This was my best experience buying glasses. They have very reasonable prices and the staff is very kind. Buying glasses here feels like a more personal and catered experience. They helped me decide on which frames to get with helpful advice, instead of just saying everything looks great to get a sale. The glasses are amazing quality. The optometrist there is also efficient and personable; making eye exams a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
