Fine hotel, nice to have a kitchenette as well, although the smoke alarm went off quite easily. Beds were good and the airconditioner was cold. Location is not that interesting. Staff was friendly.

Back of the Hotel facing hwy 403 quite noisy due to the high volume of traffic. Hotel itself was very clean and friendly staff. I would stay again but, request a room on the Main St side.

Nous sommes venus en famille au visitors Inn. Les chambres sont suffisamment grande, le personnel très gentil, à l'écoute et aussi prêt à aider, répondre à nos questions, et donner des conseils de visite.
La piscine est un peu froide, mais c'est juste un détail.
Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, et calmes!

Great little hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and the second door to the outside was also a nice option. It’s on a busy road with another one right behind it so the outside noise can be loud but we very much enjoyed our stay.

Been here a few times over the years and anytime we need to stay in Hamilton we look here first for availability. Was really suprised to see some mold on the grout in the shower since the place is usually extremely clean but I'll give it a pass since it's so out of character for the location. Shower had both a normal shower head, the 2 wall kinds that I think were the "steam" shower and a rain shower head. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub that was wonderful and the bed was large and comfortable.

Rooms clean and spacious, staff very friendly and accommodating. Big TV but limited channels. Downtown Hamilton fairly accessible.
Small on-site restaurant has good food but the hours are limited and they cannot handle rushes.

Very clean room, king bed was huge and the kitchenette was really useful. Would definitely come again

This is a good hotel, little far from city center if you are not driving, but still manageable. It was clean, have nice pool and helpful staff. I would be considering it again, if I visit Hamilton again.

I stayed here recently. The traffic outside of our room was unbearably loud with a busy highway on both sides. The guests were very loud, and security didn't do anything about their screaming and door slamming. I called after 2 hours late at night, and he finally did something.
The people were close to the front desk, so they were definitely able to hear it.
The room was clean but the maids vacuumed the hall outside of our room at 9: 00 a.m. So it was constantly noisy and no regard for guests who may sleep in.
I emailed the inn and haven't heard back after 2 weeks.

Terrible customer service, stayed for 1 night to have somewhere to sleep after my friends pro sports event, key to room did not work when arrived back at room at night, went down to front desk twice for new keys and they did not work. Front desk worker had to come up to our room, she told us to “Shh! ” While waiting to get into our room.

The staff member opened our door with the master key, and told us that if we have to leave our room again we have to put a towel under the door to keep it from locking since we do not have a operational key. This was her solution, when asked about a working key again we were again told to be quiet and use a towel if we had to leave the room.

Unacceptable service for a $275 per night room, will not ever be returning or recommending this hotel to ANYONE.

Very nice hotel. The beds are so comfortable and whole room is so clean. The service is amazing and the the washrooms are beautiful and clean. It was an amazing experience I will be staying here again!

Stayed at this hotel in November 2022 for two nights. We loved this place as it was extremely clean, very nice rooms (up to date and well appointed), and friendly staff! Pool area had a whirlpool hot tub as well as a sauna, very clean and well maintained without excess use of chlorine or other chemicals. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Only stayed one night but everything was spectacular. I had the pool and hot tub all to myself (open until 11pm!) and the rooms were very nice. Bed was super comfy and the heating and cooling was easily operated. To top it off the breakfast was phenomenal for such a low price. I will be staying here the next time I’m in town for sure.

This little hotel we found was the best thing for what we needed when we were in town for a competition at the college. It was: Affordable, clean; staff was friendly and accommodating, beds were comfortable, the facilities within the room were stocked fresh and nothing was shorted.and the doors locked (yah this can be a thing) We will definitely be back to this space again when back in town.

We had a great stay at this space and will definitely return! The location was excellent and the amenities were great! Room was clean, well stocked and secure. Staff was friendly and the next time we're in town competing or for other purposes that require overnights, we'll definitely keep this place on our go-to list!

Comfortable room at a good price point. Well equipped with good amenities. A little noisy from being on a main road. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed which wasn't ideal but overall had a good stay.
