Super good customer service! I first gave them an order for 6” width wood board, after they finished, I found the good width is 5.5”, I have to ask them to help cut and polish for extra work. They called me back after confirmed with worker that they will cut and polish without charting extra. Really appreciate their help and kindness.

Very helpful staff- I always deal with Vicky. Turnaround time is unbeatable and the quality/ precision is to the teeth!

Buyers Beware! While the prices are cheap for hardwood and purchase process was smooth (hence the 1 star/can't go any lower), I DO NOT recommend getting hardwood from this place - they CHEAT you. The hardwood displays at the store show beautiful mix of long pieces of hardwood with barely any small pieces and when I asked the rep they assured me that the boxes of hardwood we order will have a good mix of long and small pieces but once we received our order and opened the boxes 90% of the hardwood were small scrap pieces we got 700sqft worth too! This is false advertisement and they purposely set a return policy that won't allow you to return any hardwood if the box is opened. Because of this we had no choice but to use these scrap pieces of wood after having spent thousands of dollars. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your hard earned money at a more honest place with a proper return policy. Pictures attached for reference.

Vista, did our stairs and landing in September 2013, no problem, now we need to do the bedrooms connecting to the landing. Can you please check previous invoice and advise price for hardwood floors.we live out in Ajax, talked to Tiffany she is new and cannot help.

These guys deleted my review before so I'll repost it to make sure people don't get fooled by fake reviews. I bought stair treads from these guys and they were damaged! When they helped load them into my car they had the stair treads stacked on top of each other to cover the dented treads. I didn't notice till I got home and when I went back 30 mins later they were beyond unreasonable. They refused to provide any exchange and were trying to give some run around BS answers. Finally the old lady at the front just says "no one can help you" with a scowl on her wrinkly face. On top of that, my father in law bought custom stair treads from these guys that they cut from measurements and templates given to them. ALL THE TREADS WERE CUT INCORRECTLY! If you want to buy poor quality wood that comes from china at low low prices then this is the place for you guys. In less than a year I had to replace the treads that I bought from these guys because aside from the damage they CRACKED! If your doing home renovation do the right thing and pay a little more to buy better quality.

Didn’t really like this stairs and flooring shop. They didn’t have good quality Canadian hardwood available and the service was poor. I waited over 15 mins for someone to help me and the lady that was supposed to help me kept saying she would be with me soon but never showed up. I gave up and left.

This is a incredible busy store but nice and effective customer service. They provided precessional advice for stair and floor:).

I like the store very much. The staff are nice and patient and the prices are very reasonable. I bought lots of material to renovate my house.

We purchased stair treads and risers from Vista. Unfortunately there was a mistake made and we purchased maple instead of oak. Since the material is unused and in perfect condition, we asked to do a simple swap and they refused. No returns and no swaps. This is incredibly poor customer service. If they agree to do the swap, I will remove this review and change it to a high rating. This is a shame because the salesperson was very nice when we purchased the material, the quality of the product is good and the price was excellent. Sometimes you just have to go that extra mile to help out your customer.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!
I've went there today, 24th May 2018 just after lunch. I brought someone to look and buy all what was needed for a 3 floors banister. The posts, the spindles and everything else to assembled apart from the rails. A young chubby chinese guy was standing beside us and I asked him if he was working there. He said yes, I then said let's go to the counter and discuss about the different prices.
So we went there, chatted a bit and asked for a quote. 5-10 minutes later I've asked, you're writing this right? He said no, I said aren't you doing a quote? He said no, why I need to do a quote when I've given you all the prices? I then told him that I need the quote and I need it. He then started to laugh and said I just gave you the prices, why don't you calculate them. I asked again for a quote and also the person that was with me said we need a quote. He then said ok, laughing again that he'd do a quote. He then asked if I had an account with them and I responded no. He then said, can't do a quote if you don't have an account. I've asked the person accompanying me if she wanted to go back to the other store and she immediately said yes.
The worst of all of this idiot or lazy behaviour is that the person I brought owns a carpet store. So in turn of having much more business, that attitude by the employee prompted us to NEVER put foot in there.

To the owner: With employees like so, they'll surely put an end to your business. Poor selection of people, I'm sure you didn't check any references from previous employers.

Go and shop elsewhere and don't waste your time there getting humiliated.
