Canadians beware! I put in a very large order with Vista Print. Logged in via my Canadian account and proceeded to create our order.
However with out our knowledge they transferred us to their American site and vista print proceeded to create and charge us in US funds (1.4113%) with zero notice of any charges of US currency on the payment pages.
We were supposed to get free shipping but we were charged full shipping in US funds.
We will never use Vista Print for business or personal use as the their help line states that it is our fault for ordering.
Weak thieves Vista Print.
Canadians please be very careful if you choose to trust this company.

Vista Print is a joke. We placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping just to make sure our prints will be delivered on time. We were told a day before delivery date the product will be more than 7 days late. We are going to a summer event without any printed material! Vista is so bold with "ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED" statement yet they failed not only to deliver our product but to notify us that something went wrong on their end. Absolutely horrible customer service.
If you are in a rush or on a tight deadline.look somewhere else! VistaPrint doesn't really care that much about customers, their commitment mean absolutely nothing.

Okay if youre printing invitations or something. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use for your business. Even for business cards they are shoddy. I absolutely hate Vistaprint. At a time when I needed labeling for a start up company, they made my life absolutely miserable. Little did i know their company has all of its employees overseas, only in Philippines and Jamaica, not one single American or native English speaker, and their quality of designing as well as printing and especially customer service is absolute trash. Please do yourselves a favor and don't make my mistake of getting your products entangled in a bad company just because they're cheap. Time missed with my family and much hair lost has NOT BEEN WORTH IT.

Excellent! I'm happy I ordered with Vistaprint. I received my cards 7 days earlier then the expected date of delivery. The printing quailty is clean and very good. I will definetly reorder and also more stuff to print for my business. Price is great as compared to other available options,

I have ordered 3 different items from Vistaprint and have been super happy with all orders. They have come super quick for overseas orders, especially even 1 during COVID time. The quality is excellent, the project-making facility is easy and gives many choices. The package arrives extremely well packed for avoiding getting wet and the tracking service, telling me when it has been delivered etc is again, excellent! Their communication is awesome and quick if you have issues or need help. Their return policy is hassle-free. Their prices are extremely competitive and most times cheaper than others, locally or otherwise. I highly recommend this company.

Cancelled order claiming "copyright issues" when it was a reorder of a previous order. They required an authorization letter from another organization that does not hold the copyright. Local print shops had no issue printing the order. Shop local.

This is the first time I ve used Vista print.
Very happy with my projects, they turned out fantastic. The pictures on wood are beautiful. I'm still waiting on the mouse pads. But I'm sure I will not be disappointed.
The delivery was fast. Came within one week, which is fantastic this time of year. Delivered right to my door.
Will definitely use again. LOTS of personalized gift ideas!

This was the first experience I had with Visataprint and I was not disappointed. Due to some oversight on their part, I had to re order. Both times the delivery was prompt, customer service was very pleasant to interact with, and, the end result was a satisfied customer. Bravo Vistaprint, I will be visiting again!

Great prices. Their client service is very helpful. Products arrive fairly fast. The only real objection I have to this company is that it seems that they don't care much about quality. Their products are cheap, but don't expect flawless perfection every time, or you'll be somewhat disappointed.

Worst customer service. They screwed up menus, asked to reprint with the corrections. They did but did not ship until the day before the event, charged us for 100, sent 10 not 100 and they were still wrong. Never using again.

I use vista print for business cards and stickers and have not had any issues! My orders are always correct and the quality is great. I would give 5 starts but prices are a little high sometimes otherwise I have no issues.

This service used to be good. Vistaprint's self service design platform was easy to use and easy to understand for the lay user. But recently, it is horrible. Since their so-called upgrade a few years ago, the design studio is full of quirks, finicky, and user-unfriendly. The images tend to self-destruct, and the learning curve to use it is years! It feels like Wix.com, which is another self-serve web design studio that SUCKS very badly.

One can always rely on the problem solving results of a company as a beacon of future success. I've ordered quite a bit from VistaPrint over the years, this is the first order where a blatent issue occurred. When I sent them this picture- it took almost four minutes for the credit to be applied (my requested solution), and the customer service agent was easy to work with, and was empowered to solve my problem. Well done Vistaprint. I'll be ordering my next box when these run out!

I ordered a canvas-mounted print of a photo. Their prints are slightly taller relative to the width than the original, so I needed to crop more off the sides than the top and bottom. They want to wrap the image around the edges of the frame, so there was white space at the top and bottom edges. When we received the item, there was too much cropping, and we were disappointed. I complained, and they gave me a full refund, and I ordered again. This time the cropping was perfect. I'm really happy with the final result, and it arrived 2 days earlier than promised.

I really wanted to give them a good review, but it seems they've become even more corporate focused and find that their pricing isn't really there to support small business. I tried to access their bulk pricing as I was ordering a large quantity of hang tags and they weren't willing to provide the bulk prices to fit the needs of an online retail business with multiple products.

Horrific experience. Ordered custom mugs for Christmas as presents … vista print delivered them to the wrong location, under the wrong customer name. There was no apology at all from anyone for this mishap but yet here we are on Christmas Eve having my custom mugs with family photos on them sitting with some strangers.very unprofessional service. First and last order with this company.

Not a good place to work specially for temp workers. They promise a lot while hiring like high pay, vacation pay, chance to get permanently employed etc.but in reality they cancel shifts whenever there is not enough work which occurs on a regular basis even in the holiday so called blackout season. So in the end you get to make even less money as compared to people who are working on minimum pay elsewhere. So only work here if you absolutely don't have any other option and keep looking for options while you work here.

Great service! I ordered my project but I made a huge mistake with the shipping information, I ordered it for 24th Jan shipment, but I needed my stuff by 15-16th Jan. Website said I have to cancel the order, but maybe it is too late.
I made a phone call, and a really friendly Lady from Vistaprint figured up everything, I even got a discount too

Worst design service EVER. Had a timeline, simple request to remove a background, rather than provide the image in the Vistaprint "My image" folder, they created a BLANK 24x36. So I could not use the image for my multiple projects as I discussed with the Customer Service Rep.

Called eight times and got the runaround!

Order products that are still processing after weeks, reached out to them and they responded in 24 hours. I was told it would be shipped within 24 hours and nothing as it still says processing. Customer service is supposed to be helpful not lie about a delivery that’s not processed. I will buy somewhere else. They would only give me credit for my money I used.

I don’t agree with the shipping costs I paid for the cheapest shipping cost but instead of taking longer to ship they took longer to print and they’re still shipping it in one day to arrive to me. So you don’t pay extra for shipping you pay extra for them to print it faster. This needs to be updated to show the cost changes by how fast they print it not how fast they ship it.

I was concerned about using a company who is not local and relying on them to receive my order on time. Vistaprint went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my shipment was received on time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for sure.

I have to say that my experience with Vistaprint has been frustrating from the get go. I had arranged for business cards to be made for my startup and was looking to take advantage of a sale as advertised. Upon completing my order with a sales rep, I was informed that this promotion was not applicable even though it was posted on. OK, fine, I can live with that - I proceeded to order.

A few weeks pass and I receive my order. Colouring was OK, but the cards were cut in all sorts of angles. I truly do not believe a single card had a 90 degree corner.

When calling customer service to explain the issue, replacements were offered though I opted for reimbursement. The agent on the other end of the line acted quickly saying that the reimbursement would be issued.

A couple more weeks pass and I still had not received the reimbursement. I called Vistaprint and again spoke with an agent who said she would process the order right away. Only after telling me that she can see a reimbursement was order, though had not been issued to that point.

This time I waited close to 2 months for the reimbursement to be credited back to me. I called again and this time the gentleman on the phone said that a reimbursement could not be issued at this time due to system errors. He said he would follow up shortly - a follow up I never received. Also on this same call I requested to speak to a manager and was denied for a reason I cannot recall.

I would like this payment reimbursed to me. For a small business an order of even $115 dollars is critical. For a defective product to be sent my way hen basically told by the team at Vistaprint - "Oh well, sorry about your luck but there is nothing we can do about it" is absolutely unacceptable.

Until such time as I receive the reimbursement I will absolutely direct both traffic and business elsewhere. I hope that future customers of your services appreciate that while the brand claims only the best for its customers, it really leaves them hanging dry.

Please resolve this issue immediately.

This has to be the worst web site I have ever been on. Tired to place an order but the site wanted me to setup an account which I did not want to do. Then tried to charge 17.00 for shipping for 20 birthday cards.ridiculous never use them again.so sad huge RIP off.

Vistaprint’s customer service is amazing! They take full responsibility for their mistakes. And they often compensate for the inconvenience. Very impressed with them. I have been a returning customer for over 4 years. This year I ordered, like I did before, calendars. One of them was supposed to be shipped to Okotoks, Alberta. The package was not delivered to the address. I spoke with Vista Customer service several times, asked them to offer me a solution. The solution I was given was, again and again, a refund. Those who have created a calendar would know, making one involves hours long process. Their solution, given the nature of the company, was totally insensitive and unacceptable. I asked them to reship it, and they did it twice. And each time the delivery was failed. They told me they will do an internal investigation which sounded like brushing me off. Iam saing it because I contacted UPS and asked them why they didn't deliver it, they told me they never deliver packaged to PO Boxes. I asked them to have UPS hold up the package and they told me they are holding up the package but the place they are holding up the pacgage was over 50 km away fromt he delivery address. I brpught them to their attention and told them there is a nearby UPS location. Again and again I received contradictory messages from the customer representatives.

Vista Print, I am sad to say, didin't seem professional. What a waste of money and loyalty. I felt very insignificant and I felt they din't really care aboiut me as a customer. Neither I will work with them again, nor promote their services to my friends.

The fabric quality of their products are extremely poor even though they claim to use name brand clothing, they must use the lowest quality of the brands offered. An now more recently, they cancel orders randomly without prior discussion with you. I highly recommend searching more quality oriented businesses and well. Make to you read reviews as they will back up what I am writing here.

I have been a customer but no more. After opting out of the MOUNTAIN of solicitation emails I emailed them telling them to cease and desist all emails. I got an email from Mark Oscar at Vistaprint and he wrote: I have now updated your Account Settings and rest assured that you will no longer receive any marketing email from Vistaprint. " Well - - the solicitation emails are still coming.

The cards themselves are not bad, but the online system is terrible. I tried to order online when they had a sale and they could not process the order and said "they were working on it". Then, as soon as the sale ended the site seemed to work fine and I could not get the sale price. Will look elsewhere next time

I received my business card today. Really not happy 1st with the quality of print they have, back of my card it's like tiny scratch mark. 2nd I told customer rep that I want to order premium card which cannot be tear out laminate kind. Customer rep told me that the card I have ordered is just that but it's not. Less knowledgeable staff. 3rd when I called customer rep back to complain her name was divine, she wasn't helpful. Making me feel like she is doing favour to me. Will never go back to vista print. Only good thing is they are cheap, money wise. I guess what you pay is what you get.

I had issues with the print cutting/alignment of the business cards that I received so I chatted with a few agents such as Nicole, Mary Ann, Candace, and Alyssa Jessica. They were all very nice, and helped me out for different parts that needed attention.

But notably, Alyssa Jessica had fixed all the problems I stated to her. She was very patient, and made sure I was satisfied with everything so that it could be ready for printing. I was able to get a replacement order at no extra cost, and with express delivery. Thank you so much!

Amazing service right here! I have been considering using Vistaprint for a couple years now. I now wish I didn’t wait a single day! Their online service was SO EASY and dummy proof. I am by no means a technology friendly person. Yet, spending 10 minutes on their easy to use website, I was able to come up with a pretty simple and clean business card idea! I put the order through last night at about 2: 00 AM. At the same time, I made a request for their design team to give me some other options. I woke up this morning at 8: 00 AM and found that there were three new options to choose from. Ahmed (from the design team) give me a call shortly after 10: 00 AM and we had a conversation about the suggestions he came up with. We made a few alterations and finally came up with a finish product that I am more than excited about! He was extremely professional and patient, walking me through the entire editing process. After that, I made a call to the Vistaprint office and spoke with Akiliah. She helped me to switch the cards that I had ordered at 2: 00 AM with the new and improved ones that Ahmed helped me to design, at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Everyone I have dealt with, at Vista print. Has been extremely professional, knowledgable and went over and above to make me extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend Vista print for all your business card needs!

AAA We have ordered business cards from Vistaprint a number of times, and have always been very satisfied. We are able to design online and the prices are very reasonable with good shipping times.
I recently wanted a poster to put on a flip out sign for our band, and rather than spend $14 or more buying access to use a single logo, I paid $10 to have the design team at Vistaprint come up with it. I gave them wording and things I'd like in the background. What they came up with was simply amazing! I could never have been able to do such a beautifully designed sign on my own. I needed help having the poster put into my cart as part of the signicade with two posters, but using the chat online, they were very patient and helpful. Strongly recommend using them, and will definitely go to them in the future for posters and business cards.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a canvas and when I received it, the canvas was placed on the frame incorrectly. I called customer service and the very rude customer service representative said that it was likely my error and that I had incorrectly placed the photo in the square when I set it up online. I told him it wasn't my error. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the service rep finally acknowledged that it was their issue and said they'd send me a new one and then we hung up. I called later in the week to find out the status, and that representative said nothing had been reordered and that the previous rep had a note on the account that we had been disconnected and he'd tried to call me back multiple times. This is an outright lie. So I had to explain everything again, and once again, this rep had to look to see if it my mistake first. She then said they'd replace it but that in the future all canvases have a 'bleed' area outside the photo so even though I had placed my image in the square like required, it wasn't sufficient. Don't worry Vistaprint, there won't be any future canvases or products from you. Your customer service is seriously lacking.

I have had my share of frustrations with this company. As we speak, I am on hold for the third time in 20 mins. I have received damanged t-shirts and had to chase after them to get a replacement. Additionally, I keep receiving emails with promo codes, and half the time they dont work. This is the third time this has happened. I am on hold with them again and they are saying my items dont qualify. To be clear I did not choose sale or clearance items. I read through the terms many times and they are not giving me clarification. As someone who deals with various printers; this one is by far the most frustrating and you are met with scripted answers. Try entripy or smaller run printing companies if you can.
