Dr. Hadi is VERY unprofessional and never called me for a set phone appointment— even when I followed up the next day. The secretaries at the office are nice enough and seem empathetic that she doesn’t seem to be doing her job. This isn’t the first time, my ex also had the same issue with her and her belittling him for his health. Ridiculous. Now I’m stuck with her as a family Dr.as it seems impossible to find another one currently.

Good lick getting treated like a normal human being at this place. I see theres alot of other people that feel the same with these ratings. Dr wen is basically useless, took us on as patients then slowly disappeared without notice. Completely unprofessional and according to these reviews its a theme here

Dr Wen has been amazing to deal with for my whole family. He knows his stuff and asks all the right questions. I never feel rushed, but he is almost always on time. He's great at remembering details about our medical history. Would recommend him 100%.

Dr. Mirza is such a kind soul, she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. Our family go to this clinic since we moved to Newmarket. Dr. Mirza and the office staff are all welcoming and helpful. The environment is very clean and friendly.

My Dr.of over 20 years retired at the start of the pandemic which left it very difficult to find a new one. I was given the name of Vital Care Med Clinic by a family member and was able to get a new Dr.right away. Dr. Nagulesapillai has always been available for phone appointments and is very thorough. I hear how other people are struggling to find a good Dr.so I realize how lucky I've been.

Dr Nagules is a horrible doctor my husband went to her once a few months ago he has alot of different health problems and is trying to get on disability when he saw her she told him that she considers to be eligible disability is for someone who has lost one of their limbs! He has chronic asthma his pharmacy has sent 3 REQUESTS FOR HIS PUFFER SINCE LAST WEEK AND HES STILL WAITING!

I often come to this walk-in clinic with my kids since we just moved into town recently. The wait time is reasonable except for holidays.

However, recent visit with Dr Sarnoosh Soltani was disappointing. My son who cut his head needs to get his 4 staples out. The hospital gave a medical scissors and asked us to go to any Dr for removal. So, Dr Soltani used the scissors upside down. Resulting the staples closed in, and with that same scissors, she had to almost pulled out his staples. Left my son screaming and crying and the scissors were covered with his blood.

Ended up going to this walk in sept after needing a refill on a proscription. Since then have been going back monthly to get my refills and she is monitoring my health even through I am not her regular patient. Have not had any complaints so far. Yes there is a wait time but what do you expect for a walk-in clinic. Most I have waited was 30 mins.

I brought my son in on a Sat as our GP was not available. My son had wheezing tight cough, fever of 40 incredible weakness etc. He was seen by Dr Mirza and given an opiod cough medicine and a puffer and told he would have to fight it on his own. Seen on Monday by his GP where we were informed that he now has pneumonia. Clearly this Dr dropped the ball. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! Her reluctance to prescribe an antibiotic baffles me especially with her prescribing a narcotic cough syrup. My son has not been on antibiotics in 5 years so overuse was not the issue.if he does not improve will have to be hospitalized by tomorrow. Thank you very much Dr Mirza for jeopardizing my son's health

The worst medical Center ever! Receptionists are very rude, wait time is extremely long and nobody cares for patients. No matter if you are in terrible pain, they have no time and patience for you and doctors cannot even tell you what the problem might be! They are like we don't know! It's your problem! I would never ever recommend this Center to you if you care for your health and your time!

The way the doctor here dismissed my pain as insignificant is despicable. Where are your bedside manners? ! Absolutely no empathy or compassion. Doctors need to stop doing this for the money. What a terrible and sad human being. I actually feel sorry for her. She definitely needs more love in her life. Because you need love to be a doctor. So if you can't give compassion to a patient, you are definitely not receiving it.

The doctor saw me within 1.5 hours on a week night as a walk in patient. Was told that I would have to come back in 3 days for the results. When I booked the appointment - I was told it was at 2: 30. I was asked to reschedule the appointment to 1: 30 - which I did. After that I was contacted again to reschedule the appointment to an even earlier time, to which I was also told that they don't know why I even scheduled an appointment in the first place, as because I was a walk in I would have to walk in again to find my results.

Terrible service, no other patients just me and one elderly lady in the clinic. I wasn't seen for 2 hours. All I was there for was a prescription form which only would take 30 seconds. 2 HOURS i waited.would have waited longer if it wasn't for me speaking up. Once i told the receptionist, she did a sarcastic laugh and gave me a look.then the doctor she came in 2 minutes later. She wasn't even seeing any patients.but because i was young, i was taken advantage of. Terrible service

Have had Dr. Mirza for several years since my original GP retired. Very matter of fact and straightforward, which suits me. Yes I have to wait sometimes. Such is the Ontario medical system. Able to diagnose a problem I'd had for several years. She persisted until we found a diagnosis. Super fast paced and busy reception - several doctors, 2 different clinics, offices, phones, referrals sent, etc.so I understand that some people consider it abrupt.

Receptionist is rude. Dr. Klaudia Muska is the worse doctor ever. She suspended my license cause she suspected a siezure after i told her i fell from the ladder on my head. A nuerologist requested an MRI and EEG boyh came clear and he said i am okay to drive but she is refusing to reinstate my license. Communication is terrible; they made me uber uber from Mississauga to Newmarket for an assessment with another doctor and now they're saying that she has to be the one that assesses me. Terrible communication. Terrible diagnosis. She doesn't have the skills to treat and doesdoe believe in another professional's diagnosis. Im in the process of reporting her to the college of physicians.

My Dr.was very informative & knowledgable. Clinic was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and most importantly I was seen promptly by my dr.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Only 4 stars because of one receptionist not very helpful. She was polite but did not show an interest in helping me when I first got there.

On my way out I had to talk to another receptionist for paper work. She was very helpful, smiling and very kind to all of the patients waiting. Her name is Christina. Ask for her when you visit this clinic. She was great and made me feel comfortable.

Very bad customer service. Receptionist (Kelly) was very rude, sarcastic, very ill-mannered. Don't know why we didn't heed to previous bad reviews about this clinic, particularly on Kelly. If you want to ruin your day, go to this clinic and see Kelly for yourself! I mean C'mon, what's been done to address Kelly's behavior issue fronting the customers since numerous bad reviews already posted? Do the Management/Owner care, value customer feedback at all? ! Teach this person some "simple manners" and "Basic Customer Service 101. " Ask her to to clean up the toilet and mop floor so she realizes how lucky she is to be in her CS role. My simple response to another previous Reviewer who's even "surprised" on bad reviews after receiving "apparent good treatment from Receptionist-Kelly. " - it's just a matter of time until you see for yourself. I bet you come 1-2 hrs before closing time and you'll prove all comments about her to be consistent. My practical advice to Management/Owner - plan an undercover mission and find out for yourself how this ill-mannered Receptionist maltreats your customers. Good luck!

The people at the front desk are horrendous. I cannot believe that these are the people that greet patients into a medical clinic. I went for a meet and greet with my family to find a new doctor as we are new to the area. Let me say that the attitude from both girls at the front desk is more than enough for me to decide never to subject my children and my family to that place ever again. I work in the healthcare field and if I ever treated patients like that, I would be promptly dismissed from my employment. Rightfully so. Never have I had such an awful experience just from the front desk. It’s really too bad because the doctor seemed very nice however if that is who you have representing you upon entrance to the clinic, be prepared to lose a potential patients like us.
