It was good, but now that the hours have changed it is tremendously inconvenient.

It is closed Monday and Tuesday, open half a day 2x a week

Truly not a fan of cold baths or dunks
But have found the cryotherapy worth the reward of pushing my own goals to another level

From the incredible staff to the treatment itself, Vital Cryotherapy is one of my favourite parts I've added into my wellness routine.

The owners are so accommodating and make each and every experience amazing.

What I personally love about Cryo vs classic ice baths:
- I am not someone who likes to be wet, especially cold wet, so the fact that there is no moisture component with cryo is huge
- With an ice bath, I find it takes quite awhile for me to warm up afterwards. With cryo, as soon as I get out of the chamber, I am warmed up almost instantly.
- For me it is also psychological.emerging yourself into freezing cold water takes a lot more mental convincing than walking into an empty cold chamber.
Overall, I find cryo WAYYYY more comfortable and efficient than a cold bath.

I've noticed a huge difference in my energy/mood after doing a session of cryo. I also sleep a lot better.

As a private jet flight attendant, I spend a significant amount of time in the air/travelling/being jetlagged, etc. Cryo has night and day helped in regards to the inflammation I experience in my feet/legs, belly bloating and fatigue.

I highly recommend this treatment to everyone.

Cryotherapy has been an absolute godsend for me! I suffer from concussion syndrome and have had many neck injuries/whiplash from extreme sports. I was originally recommended to try cryo by a professional boxer when I couldn’t move my neck at all. After one session I had full mobility back. I’m obsessed with the value and convenience vital cryo brings me. For a small monthly fee I can keep my head/neck injuries in check and it’s so quick and easy that it doesn’t feel like a chore the way cold plunges do. Forever grateful I found this game-changer.

This was a new experience for me.
I came across an ad online and decided why not give it a chance.
I was greeted by two people, one was named Jay if I’m not mistaken and the second was a woman I don’t recall her name at the moment. The service was awesome. They both are friendly, informative and welcoming.

Great experience. No line up. Good instruction. My many questions were answered thoroughly and with a smile. Overall good experience. Will return for sure.

If you're an athlete and you have not done cryotherapy you are missing out on a huge opportunity in your training recovery. I found Vital Cryotherapy last year and I have been coming religiously. I'm a national level Olympic Weightlifter and Jay at Vital Cryotherapy has been instrumental in my training this season. My competition results are a testament to the effectiveness of this recovery method. Despite being the oldest competitor in my session, I finished bronze at Nationals and got silver in the clean and jerk event. This is the highest finish I've ever had at Nationals and I've been competing at this level since 2014, so it's not a coincidence that it happened the same year I started cryotherapy.

Honestly such a game changer. Been an athlete all my life, too many injuries to count and this has been the most effective treatment for recovery, rehab and pain management for a nasty knee injury!

Great place for Cryotherapy! Both owner and employee were very nice. If you like cold, I highly recommend the place. There's even a gym in the same building if that floats your boat.

So happy to have found this gem! I didn’t know cryotherapy was available in Toronto but then I stumbled across Vital Cryotherapy. It’s been so helpful and Jay is so kind and informative with every visit I’ve had. I tried this because my friend swears by it. I definitely felt more alert with a lot of energy afterwards. Jay is super friendly and helpful. He explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable before being blasted with the cold air. I love the fact that you can be in and out of an appointment in 10 minutes. I'll be back!
