Service was great and I appreciated the time and attention they gave to her as they discussed options. At no time did they try to sell her anything she didn't need & even tried to send us off to have lunch before making a decision! Valentina was kind & patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed to feel comfortable making a decision. I went to Vital mobility to purchase a Medical lift chair. Claudia was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly smile…and 15minutes later I was out of there with transaction completed and delivery date. Claudia even went as far as telling me how I can get back the HST on my purchase, which I appreciated very much! I will leave another review after chair is delivered and set-up.
