They don’t even deserve a single star, stupid staff nd they r open till 6pm but they stop accepting patients at 3: 30pm because the receptionist said the doctor don’t want to see patients like seriously,

Worst management and inexperienced doctors. Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait for min 1 hours.

Long wait but lovely staff at the clinic! They allow you to register and then come back later if there’s a wait, which is super helpful! Doctors and receptionists are friendly!

Very friendly and nice staff! Since she was very sick and wouldn’t sit still so I called and asked the front desk if they can give me back as soon as possible. N they did exactly as they said. Very thankful of them for understanding my situation. And also dr. Mohan Rajiv is great doctor. Very kid friendly made my crying daughter feel comfortable. Thank you

Don’t answer the email, WhatsApp as is mentioned it on website. Client have to walk in to urgent care for appointment.

It’s like a last option kind of
Place to visit, very poor management, and care for patient! You will definitely have to wake over 1hr even if you have a appointment.

Find a better spot! They will take you in first if you have more illness as they make more money on it!

The girl on reception was so rude to take calls, I was just asking to appointment and walk in timing but she behaved so unprofessional and rude.

When I gave my health card, they said that the waiting time will be 30 to 40 minutes.
Finally I was waiting there more than 2 hours.
Because they didn’t follow the order.
This is a nasty attitude. Has to fix this

Terrible service broke my nail was bleeding and went in to just get a quick dressing on it the receptionist said we’re not taking in any patients as I saw someone infront of me walk in and get checked up with no appointment

I wish Google has a lower rating than 1 star I'll give this place in negative. Just the name of this place is only urgent care but they seem very unprofessional in their field. They never answer the call when you are calling them. Not everyone can visit the place to make an appointment. My son is 1.5 years old and has a fever. I called them more than 10 times starting from 10 AM but they haven't answered my call a single time. I think they need to change their front desk staff. They are not that much busy that they can't answer phone calls. At other locations, the front desk is very responsible. The front desk staff at this location is very irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner of this location has to do something regarding this matter seriously.

I have changed this review to 4 stars and would only like to see patient communication better and referral follow ups taken seriously by other doctors this was not our doctors fault by the health care system destroyed by the Trudeau era!

Doctors here and the service has been great. The staff is quite understanding and assists with your queries.

A request:
- There’s no one to answer the phone call and one can’t book an appointment. This issue has been since September 2022. If you can hire an operator, that would surely lead to a 5 star rating.

This place is the absolute worst with disgusting behaviour! They have no decorum whatsoever. The receptionist 2 in particular don’t know how to answer the phone and get back to people. I called this clinic for 2 days straight. I was on hold for an hour and no response. I called about 17 times and no answer. I even called at 10 and I’m still waiting on hold for 30 mins and still no one came to the phone. It makes no sense. But yet when I got there one receptionist was on the phone, but yet they can’t seem to answer it. What’s the point of having a service if no one can reach you. And the fact that I even left a voicemail with my number and still no call back. Not to mention their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give them -1000. They stood their laughing at me when I just wanted to information on how to go about a situation. The 2 receptionists are children behind the desk. They especially don’t favour people of melanated backgrounds, they ignore you and pretend like they don’t hear you.

Honestly, they need to replace them or train them because they absolutely need it. They will waste your time and day.

Satisfactory service, Doctor is good. Front desk also good but only one thing they dont take appointment on phone and have to go there early morning and then they give appointment at later time of the day so you have to visit twice minimum, which is sometimes not convenient and better to book such appointments through call. Also they should make mask mandatory like other clinics especially during peak viral infections.

If possible I would rate them at zero! Try to find another walk in clinic. Can make appointments and when you walk in at 10am they are already full for the day. Poor service at the front reception, dismissive and unprofessional!

I would give zero stars for the service at this clinic. I spent close to a hour on hold this morning to talk to reception, trying to get an appointment for my daughter. The receptionist first told me come at 1 pm (even though they close at 6), I said fine I need to pick my daughter up from school, she said not to worry, come when school is done. I show up at 1: 45 pm and she rejected me, told me they’re not taking patients for the remainder of the day, I told her I spoke to her this morning but she acted like she didn’t remember. Poor, poor service - never come here. What kind of doctors hire receptionists like this and run a complete circus of a clinic? ! Avoid at all costs!

Worst clinic with very rude & arrogant receptionist. They dont care about patients, doctors don’t care much been here few times but never again. Waiting time here is the worst, they will take people first as they like.

Poooooooor customer service, your front desk team needs coaching. They prioritize people they know, rest can wait forever. They ll let you in if you shout or keep asking for your turn, otherwise come waste your entire day. Zero professionalism. Doctors are nice, specially Dr. Sumit.

Not happy with the experience! Lab staff is very unprofessional. I am 7 months pregnant and went there for tetanus injection.lady was giving me injection and suddenly she just pick her mobile and was checking the screen.she just did same rude behavior with my 4 year old daughter too.very disappointing

This is the worst walk in clinic the receptionist very rude and have no clue of what she's doing, telling you when you called to be there before 1 when you get there after 12 they ask you for your health card then tell you, you have to wait for 5 hours or come bk the next day so they can bill the government and no service was rendered to you, it's a walk in clinic but they closed by 1.30 and only receiving appointments that's false advertisement its called a walk in clinic

I wish I could give them 0 star. No sense of booking their patients. They called me for today, and I took off from work went there and they said we can't take you in because we have so many patients today. Very irresponsible and less experienced workers.

The first time I visited this practice, the waiting was long, but I got very good care.
Today, a receptionist here, a lady on (scarf) was very loud and disrespectful asking me to the hearing of all "why do you want to see the doctor"
Then she went on and on about how i have to pay cash to see the doctor. How the waiting hour is 2 hours, "go home and come back"
not minding the fact that I told her I walkd there from my home. To me this lady appears frustrated and not in tune with her job. You don't take out your frustration on innocent patients because you do not know their story.
Management please educate this lady, she is too brash.

Very unprofessional ladies working on reception. No management i waited there for two hours and they said clinic is closed now and i have to come tomorrow again. They were allowing people to see doctor who were paying cash to them.

The phone lines are always busy and hardly anyone to attend the call.

Out for the reports when arrived. When you follow up they say that the doc wants to see the patient.
When I ask to book an appointment, they don’t book and ask us to come walk in.
When you come walk in, you sit there for hours,
and patients arrived after you go to the room.
When you get frustrated you go ask the reception desk and they say that those ones are booked.
I don’t know what am I doing wrong. Doc Rajiv Mohan is my family doc and I feel like the reception desk girls should be more organized and responsible. Here at Vital care this part is missing.
Tooooooooo much waiting at Creditview location

Dr. Rajeev Mohan is a god send to our family.he is super knowledgeable and extremely patient with anxious parents. He takes time to explain what is the issue and is proactive in ensuring all your tests are done when required.
There might be a wait time in the clinic for meeting him but its totally worth the wait.

Might be a good doctor but is your staff seriously professional? With 35 mins of hold time to reach an operator and then 43 mins of another hold just to return back with a confirmation of the doctor's availability which followed a swift disconnection of the call while we are on hold is the experience we got on 22nd Mar 2022 at 11: 46 am till 12: 52 pm. Check who was on the operator seat. All we wanted was an appointment that we could not get from Dr. Prime Minister's staff.

Extremely bad service. Receptionists were disgustingly rude and ill mannered. They allowed the patients to go before us who came after us. One guy came after us and started yelling at them regarding waiting time so she did let him go in just after five minutes wait which tells me that be rude and get your work done. Doctor was very nice and humble. We had to wait there for almost four hours. I started feeling sick there. Please save your time and to somewhere else.

Reaching the reception through phone on a Monday morning & the auto-generated voice told me I am caller no. 5. It took an hr & half to talk to the receptionist. 5 callers won't take that much time specially when receptionists' are always in a hurry. Plz do something about it

Our little one had an eye infection and they accepted walk in on a very short notice. All staffs and doctor are very well behaved and it's very organized. They even prescribed alternate medicines over telephone when called back as the little one was resisting to ointments/drops. Very satisfied with their service and planning to visit here going fwd. What a bad service. I called to book an appointment for twisted ankel. I told them I just came from outside and I did covid test before departure and also did at the airport. And report came negative. Still telling me that you have to be in isolation for 14 days. Doctor wont see you. This is the medical system of canada. Such a disaster.

Most horrible experience of our life. We had booked our appointment for vaccine. Booked 3 weeks in advance as soon as we came to the reception a black lady and a south Asian girl told us to go to the pharmacy. When we asked but our appointment was booked at this counter then she had the audacity to say “well not anymore we don’t know so you can go there” she was extremely disrespectful, rude when we asked for her name she said she can’t give that name. My husband and I took time off work to come to this clinic to get our vaccines and all the women gathered behind the counter and started talking. They were all eating, laughing and talking so unprofessionally. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go there!

I went to this walk in clinic any times. I was very pleased with my entire experience. There was a bit of a wait so the ladies working at the front desk kindly took my information and gave me a call when I could return. I got to see Dr. Gopal who was great and so helpful. I could tell it was a busy day in the clinic but he was attentive, thorough and most importantly kind.

I have been visiting this clinic for more than a year. The staff is very co-operative, helpful and respectful. The best part is that this clinic is opened on weekends as well to cover people who can't visit in week days. Even though I don't have any negatives, but I have two suggestions for the management. I noticed that their working hours sometimes did not reflect correctly resulting in visits when the clinic is closed. Secondly, during my appointments I always met a different doctor which is sometimes hard for follow-up appointments. It is hard to book appointment with a specific doctor because of limited days/slots for doctor's availability.

Rajiv mohan is a very disrespectful doctor who doesn’t seem to really care about the patients he sees. Speaks with a disrespectful tone and never knows anything that’s going on with the patient even tho the patient comes here for his family doctor. Asked him to check my file for a recent report and he told me it was a waste of his time. Came here a couple times and have had the same experience every time. Other doctors are a better choice if you have to come here.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor or walk-in. They do not know how to honour appointments. The doctor saw us 2 hours after our appointment. What’s the point of having appointments then? And worse, Dr. Mohan’s availability is only for selected weekdays from 12-4 and only via appointments (which they are always “running late”).

Amazing family clinic the doctor is amazing super friendly and well knowledgeable in the medical field and the lady’s at the front desk are very warm welcoming and friendly the wait time is also not bad at all 10/10 I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a family doctor or just as a walk in
