I can’t say enough about Taryn as a RMT. She is a stellar massage therapist and the best one I have had. I continue to see her because she always addresses my concerns and/or injuries I am dealing with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and shows compassion during each appointment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable RMT in the Ottawa area. She is arguably the best in the business in my opinion. In addition, the front desk staff at the Finley Creek location are friendly and courteous upon each visit.

I never expected someone to be able to treat my shoulder. Rob Vareta absolutely knows what he’s doing and he’s so passionate about improving his patients’ lives. I always look forward to the sessions before going because they’re actually fun. Rob makes them so enjoyable and always listens. He knew the problem straightaway and explained it to me better than I pictured it in my head. They also have a weight room and ready to track the progress on the spot because they are confident that they are helping me improve. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Luke Spooner of Vitality Physiotherapy enough.

After having significant shoulder pain for years that has prevented me from playing sports and other activities, I was recommended Luke and Vitality from a friend.

Luke helped identify the cause of the injury and isolate the specific muscle causing the issues. He then was able to treat the muscle through exercises and needling, and then provide with instructions on how to treat it at home and moving forward.

Luke also is able to provide additional value as he is familiar with a wide range of sports and understands how specific muscle movements correlate to certain sports exercises, which made explaining the issues much simpler.

After a few sessions, I have seen significant improvement and am able to play softball pain free again. I can't recommend Luke enough for anyone that has an injury and wants to get back to 100%

Vitality at Findlay Creek is amazing.
Luke Spooner is a wonderful physiotherapist. I started seeing him a few months ago for some hip/butt muscle pain, which was radiating down my leg, in a matter of weeks he helped me reduce the pain to nothing. His exercises are doable at home in 15 minutes, and the hands-on approach he has during our sessions really target the areas of pain.
I have also been seeing Morgan Seabrook, RMT, for massage therapy, and he has really helped with muscle relaxation.
Both Luke and Morgan are very friendly. The rest of the staff is amazing as well.

I have been going to Vitality on and off for a few years and have seen many providers and had a great experience with all of them! Most recently, I saw Rob Vareta (PT) and Marcus (RMT). Both have been amazing!

Rob is extremely detail-oriented and impressively knowledgeable in all things physio. With his expertise and exercises I was able to finally have relief with my injury. He is notably attentive and precise when assessing you. He has customized my visits for me on a whim, for example one time I had a migraine and he helped me work on that, too, in addition to my primary injury. I truly can’t say enough great things about Rob and ontop of being an expert PT he is also an absolute pleasure to talk to and extremely personable!

Marcus provides excellent RMT services. He focuses on the spots you point out while also knowing which other muscles to knead out as well. He uses a spot-on amount of pressure and force. I can really feel him putting in the work and effort into my massages and it doesn’t go unnoticed! I am picky with who I use as an RMT and Marcus always goes above and beyond.

Overall, highly recommend this clinic. Very clean and modern as well with coffee pods available too.

I have been attending therapy, physio, and chiro at vitality and they have great services. The receptionists are so nice when you walk in and super helpful. Laura for chiro, is super gentle because it is important for me and my conditions, she works as a team with Raph for physio to put me back together, its great that they can talk and work as a team so I don't feel as though I am repeating my appointments. I have had a hard time finding honest and open medical help but I found it here. There have been some set backs trying new things but its always better than last time. All around amazing people and great services.

Marcus is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. Very careful and patient. Makes sure you’re comfortable before, during and after the massage. Keep up the good work!:)

I've been going here for physio and even after my first appointment with Dr. Mina Rezk I noticed improvement. All the staff here have been very friendly and helpful. I recently had an RMT appt with Marcus Leung that was excellent. The location is super clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend Vitality Findlay Creek Location.

Had rib issues and dr Laura helped me work thought It with stretches and adjustments. After a few appointments I was able to go back to work with no pain or issues with minimal down time, very thankful for the work of dr Laura and her clinic. Strongly recommended.

After suffering a severe concussion and whiplash from a fall that knocked me out completely, I wouldn't trust my recovery with anyone else. It's been about 12 months and a very long journey, and, I'm very happy to have **Dr. Laura Custode - Chiropractor and **Morgan Seabrook - Massage Therapist help me through this recovery process. From day one I felt comfortable with them understanding my pains and my many physical restraints. Their prescribed treatments are getting me back to being my normal self and it's a really good feeling. I would strongly recommend either one of their service, they've been very professional and their understanding off my needs stood out the most. Having chronic pain or long term side effects was a major concern; they listen each visit and I trust their treatments. I'm physically progressing each week, I'm almost there.

Everybody is very professional and friendly. The physiotherapist always have explained the treatments they would try and why. If by any chance, the treatment does not work, they always try different approaches in order to achieve your improvement.

I am pleased to announce that I fully graduated from physiotherapy! After suffering a life-changing injury a few months ago, my physiotherapist, Raphael Payant, took me under his wing and I can't explain how great he has been for me to make a full recovery, from an injury which could've affect my quality of life for the rest of my life. His professionalism, his attention to details, his great work ethics and his social skills were all great factors to help me go through this process with ease and with efficiency. I will be forever grateful for his services and I will definitely be back to see him for further treatments, if necessary.

I came to Vitality about a month ago after suffering a muscle contusion on my glute from a close range impact shot that I blocked. The injury left me in lots of pain, barely able to walk and as a new mom of a 5 month old, this just wasn’t an ideal situation. Rob and his team at Vitality were amazing! Within my first few sessions I started noticing considerable improvement in my overall range of motion and pain levels. The combination of treatment plus guided exercises from the rehab specialists were instrumental in allowing me to be able to start the road to recovery. I am very happy to report that I’m back to doing my regular day to day activities of power yoga sessions, hour long stroller walks with our son and running 3-5km all pain free! Even happier that I finally made the return to soccer this past week and played the entire game pain free as well! Cannot thank Vitality enough and the entire team! I hadn’t been to Physio in like 13 years and this was a super positive experience, would 10/10 recommend!

I have received amazing treatment and follow up with Rob and his team, Toren and Justin. Rob explains in simple terms his diagnosis and his treatment plan, he ensures my comfort level and is constantly encouraging and complimenting me on my progress. Toren and Justin run me through the various exercises and e-mail me a detailed exercise plan with videos. The front staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. The clinic is well sanitized, as soon as I have finished using any of the exam rooms and equipment, it is sanitized promptly, which is so important during these covid times. I have been to other physio clinics and by far this is the BEST clinic. Well worth the 5 stars.

Went in for a few years old injury to my shoulder, the assessment was well done and I was provided with a clear plan to deal with my injury. I started the treatment with her due to frozen shoulder condition which It developed after the second covid 19 vaccine. The best Physiotherapy Clinic in Ottawa! I live in far east end of Ottawa and drive to all the way to their Findlay Creek location because it's worth the drive. I went to see Mina for neck pain and was amazed with his knowledge and expertise. He takes time with you unlike other therapists, to assess your situation every visit. He takes time with the treatment, walks you through how to manage pain, he truly cares for your well being. He wants to help you get better. His entire team, Rafael who is a great therapist, and Sophie who is an expert at pain treatment exercises, clearly know what they are doing and are there to help you. Mina did some needling on me and manual manipulations and I feel so much better, only after 3 visits. I will continue my treatments because it's made a huge difference in my health. I sleep better and feel better already. Sarah at the front reception is friendly and accommodating. I had to take my 8 year old with me to a visit and she offered to watch her during my physiotherapy session. I have yet to come across a Physiotherapy team such as the one at Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic Findlay Creek. I highly recommend them!

This is a lovely clinic. Janice is an excellent RMT and is truly passionate about what she does. She is genuinely compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff here are super friendly. The clinic is also beautiful as well. Amazing overall!

The team here has fixed me up multiple times for different and reoccurring injuries. Always a collaborative process where they listen, test and explain treatment techniques and expectations.
Another big plus is they are always on time which is important for people who have busy schedules.

Vitality Physiotherapy is an excellent facility with exceptional service. I have been to a number of physiotherapists over the year, but Mina and his team have truly gone above and beyond to create a personalized training program that caters to my needs. They are very flexible and help to work around your schedule. They online training videos are extremely helpful. At Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness center - Findlay Creek, I had the pleasure of being treated by the best Therapists, both physio and message. My physio is Mary, and my massage therapist is Taryn. They both helped me gain better mobility in my lower back which was stiff and had pain while doing activities. Thank you both for your amazing help.

This place is terrific! I am thoroughly impressed with this facility, and the fantastic people that work there. Taryn is an excellent RMT at this location, her understanding of how interconnected the muscles and nerves are in the body is truly evident when she is working on a particular tender area, or knot that requires releasing. The day after one of her deep tissue massage I feel loose and limber, she's certainly been a key ingredient to my recovery process.

The effort and care she displays is something I would hope for in most RMT's as she is one of the main reasons why I continue to make appointments at Vitality.

If you are feeling stiff, sore or just want to relax I would highly recommend this place. It's a clean environment with great staff, you won't regret it.

I had injured my back and was desperate to find somewhere that offered treatment. Vitality scheduled me for a massage the following day, and suggested physio. After receiving both treatments, I was in good health and able to stand up straight again! The service was professional, and the hours flexible to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Vitality!

I have had a few bad experiences with physiotherapy so I was nervous to go. This location, and my physiotherapist Mina, have completely changed my opinion about going to physio. I had pain in my shoulder for over a decade and I had tried everything (incl physio somewhere else) but it wasn't until I started to see Mina that I finally started to get relief. I now have no pain in my shoulder and I am just so grateful I found a place where my concerns were listened to and taken seriously. Everyone in the office is so kind. They have a great atmosphere. I can't recommend them strongly enough! ️

The staff at Vitality is very friendly and informative, but the biggest reason I go back is Janice (RMT). Her technique is incredible, and she knows exactly where the underlying issues are. She takes time to listen to her clients, provides valuable advice, and ensures the best experience is received. I come out feeling like I’m on a cloud every time. I highly recommend Janice - she’s a gem!

I broke my collarbone back in October, and it's back to the way it was pre-accident. I am feeling great. I can't thank Mark and Lindsay enough for everything they did. They are extremely knowledgeable and also extremely nice people!

Fantastic service in every way. Upon entering i am greeted by wonderful staff that are friendly and very helpful. My physiotherapy sessions with Mina have been wonderful and helped resolve achilles issues i have been experiencing for over 3 years. Mina takes the time to explain the issue, exactly what is affected and how he can help. He also understands that as a new mom i am not always diligent in keeping up with my exercises and tries to find exercises and ways that i can incorporate into my day to day life. On top of all that the clinic is beautiful, super clean and the staff all adhere to very diligent sanitization regimens. I 100% recommend this location. The best physiotherapy clinic in Ottawa. I injured my knee a year ago and since then I was never able to play any sports. Then I went to Vitality clinic, and Mina was my therapist. Mina was so professional, so patient and he knew what he was doing. After Mina would do the phyiso part, I would go to the gym they have in the clinic and Courtney would do the rehab exercises with me. After 6 sessions I was completely healed and started doing what I love the most which is soccer. I highly recommend this clinic, for the amazing environment they have, the level of professionalism the have and for their great communication skills with their customers.

I had a massage from Janice for some neck pain. She did some techniques I’ve never had done on me before. It was painful, but it felt good afterwards. Looking forward to following the treatment plan she gave me and will definitely go back for another massage soon!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism provided at Vitality Physiotherapy in Findlay Creek. It was my first experience using a physiotherapist and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I was at the right place for what I needed. The staff was warm and welcoming from my first inquiry with Sara where I asked plenty of questions before booking my first appointment. Sara and Kyanna always greeted me with a friendly smile and they knew me by name when I came for an appointment. Mina Rezk was excellent in his care, explaining everything thoroughly and had a warm and easy going manner. There was always plenty of time to ask questions and discuss concerns. Courtney was excellent with teaching the exercises for my program and everything was always explained and demonstrated for you. I saw Mina for chronic pain and he was absolutely fantastic to work with! I felt that he really listened and tailored his approach to my needs. When I found out I was pregnant, he immediately adjusted the exercises and made sure I was comfortable with all the treatments.

I'm very pleased with my experience working with Mark, Courtney and Lindsay over the past few months. The whole team at the Findlay Creek clinic really impressed me with their personal approach. You notice this difference the instant you enter the bright new facilities and are welcomed by Sara in her warm and efficient manner. Mark seemed to have exactly the training and background that I needed to address my back issues. For the rehabilitative side, Lindsay was also effective to improve my overall wellness. After a brief mention of some boat building problem I had, Lindsay came back a week late and presented a most creative solution, all the while making sure my exercises were done right. Similarly, Courtney shared her recent experience with graduate studies in Scotland that was both timely and helpful. For these reasons, beyond just taking care of the problem I had, Vitality deserves the highest rating.

I brought my grandpa here upon Mark's suggestion from my own physio appointment with him, after telling him of my grandpa's back pain. He injured it trying to help move a freezer, and after getting scans and tests done, even his family doctor didn't know what was wrong with him. He became bed ridden and was unable to sit up to eat, shower alone, or walk without aid. Upon his first appointment, Mark was able to deduce the problem, and began his treatment plan. I'm now super glad to say that with Mark and Lindsay's help, he is now able to do all of those things and is stronger than ever! He's even getting me to grab a yoga mat for him so he can keep slaying his new fitness game. Its nerve racking to go anywhere without worrying about the pandemic, even more so when you're high risk like my grandpa, so its relieving to see that their Covid protocols are top notch in this clean and beautiful clinic. All the staff are super friendly, and you always feel taken care of! You won't regret booking an appointment here. In fact, I'm now taking my aunt to be treated as well. Been all over the city for massages and no one can compete with Janice. She has done miracle work all over my upper back to my neck. She got rid of all my knots. She takes her time to make sure that you are happy with your results. Janice has a calming effect on your body. I highly recommend her, been going for years to her.

I went to go see Janice Nehme for a massage and it was LIFE CHANGING! The therapy room is so beautiful with her special lights and it is such a relaxing environment. The tense muscle/pain I was experiencing in my shoulder was completely gone after my massage. I also loved how Janice was so knowledgeable and she made sure I had no allergies or adversions to any of the oils or scents she used.
