Highly recommend Jonathan for an RMT. He’s very knowledgeable, straight to the point, treated me for my exact complaints, and educated me throughout as well.
I’ve also had a face snd scalp massage with Mackenzie and it was fantastic as well.
The clinic is also very nice and very clean!

He has great knowledge and customer service.he helped me build back strength after my acl reconstruction surgery. He was able to address most of the discomforts i had complains about with his knowledge of exercises and stretches. I felt he really invested his maximum effort in the well being of my knee and boost my confidence along the way.

Ahmad is knowledgeable, professional and provides expert care. He is dedicated to providing quality service by treating, supporting, and educating his patients. The staff and the ambiance of the clinic makes every visit a positive experience. We thank you for all you have done for our family.

I have been seeing Ahmad as my physiotherapist for a few months and he and all the Vitality staff have been exceptional. I train as a competitive high school athlete, and Ahmad has been extremely helpful in treating and preventing injuries. My physiotherapy experience at Vitality truly merits 5 stars. My physiotherapist Ahmad Abou-Hamde helped me overcome a recurring injury with support from Nathan and Matthew in the training room. I was able to get back to the exercises that were important to me much more quickly than previous physiotherapy experiences. Ahmad exemplifies giving clients a healthy degree of voice and ownership in the process. Nathan and Matthew confidently helped guide me through the new exercise routines over the months of therapy. It took me awhile to research physiotherapy services near me and then I came across Vitality at Findlay Creek! I felt good from the moment I walked in to the new and modern reception area to the front administration staff who are friendly and very helpful! I came in needing therapy for my lower back and knee pain. I was booked in for a consultation with Rob Vareta/physiotherapist who I can say is amazing! He's not only patient and makes you feel comfortable but you also have the reassurance that he is knowledgeable and you're in good hands. He walks you through the process step by step and tries to understand the situation but first and foremost there is never any pressure throughout your treatments. Hope Fawsy works along with Rob as a rehab specialist who is assisting me with the program, She is also patient, kind and visually explains the exercises/stretches and then watches you do them to make sure your form is correct. I appreciate this as it's not only helpful but less chance of injuring yourself. I had massage therapy with Morgan as well as Marcus and they are both great at what they do. You come out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and armed with information that you can take back with you and incorporate at home. I would like to conclude that regardless of the service, all the staff there are professional and use the same method to not only treat your issue but also guide you to make a lifestyle change. From the front administration staff to all the specialists at this center, thank you for your excellent service!

Jake is truly amazing! I went in there with sever arm pain not sure what I did. Got to the point I wasn't able to sleep or even function. After one visit that night I slept great and felt like a million bucks the next day! Thank you so much!

Fantastic therapy for my strained right deltoid. Skilled and very knowledgeable physio and rehab specialists who together guide progress. Absolute would recommend! I’m back to my HIIT and Kickboxing per usual, with loads of improvements to my overall physical health. Ps I met with Jordan, she’s top notch!

I got a massage done with Melissa and it was by far the most terrible massage / experience ever. I did not see or feel results and the room was awkward. She did not have good knowledge regarding my chronic disease

I can't express how great I feel whenever I finish my appointment with Melissa. She makes me feel comfortable but also listens to the issues I have. She has helped me plenty of times whether it is with my ankle or hip issues. These issues were missed with other RMTs I have been with in the past and since Melissa has played the sport I have she truly knows how to help! Not only that, she is patient with you and evaluates the problems you are having. I highly recommend her and she has a great music playlist to help you feel relaxed. Can't wait for my next appointment!

It has been a few weeks that I had an opportunity to receive massage and physio treatment at Vitality. I have to say that having the combination of massage therapy from Melissa and physiotherapy treatment from Victoria was the best combination of solution for myself. I was having a lot of pain in my knees and I couldn't run or play basketball because of that pain. I went to see Victoria Mazeikis at Vitality and she quickly determined that I had muscular imbalance and she gave me a very targeted exercise program to work on in order to fix this. After a short period of time I was able to run and play basketball again without any pain at all! I was VERY impressed with Victoria's knowledge, approach and results.and I would HIGHLY recommend both her and Vitality Physiotherapy to anyone who needs this service.

I’ve been coming to Vitality for massage therapy. Angela is absolutely amazing. She is extremely kind, attentive, and a wonderful therapist. I recently had a lot of neck pain and her treatment made such a difference in my mobility. She also gives an amazing head massage! I always leave super relaxed. Highly recommend, 10/10 for sure! Great place and great staff! Victoria was able to help me greatly with my patellar tendonitis and ACL issues. Able to run and play ball without much of the pain I initially had. Recommend for all athletes in the area!

By far the best team of people I could have asked for to help me along my path to recovery.
I was experiencing lower back pain and had already visited a seperate physiotherapist before a family member had reccomended seeing Andrew. I wish I had gone to Vitality in the first place.
Whereas other physiotherapists have simply helped ease my pain, Andrew gave an in depth run down of my affliction and tailored a great workout program to help me surpass my expectations for recovery. The staff went over the exercises with me at the end of each session and gave some great pointers and tips on how to achieve the best results.
As someone who is not much of a morning person the team at Vitality managed to make 7am appointements something I would actually look forward to.
This definitely isn't turning into an infomercial but.

Can't say enough positive things about Vitality Physiotherapy! The switch to working from home and sitting at a desk all day created great strain on my back and surfaced an old injury. Had my first massage ever about three weeks ago with Taryn and have had two more since, the most recent today.
She is extremely professional and amazing at her job. Every single time she's done a phenomenal job at pinpointing and getting rid of tight spots in my back even some that I didn't even know I had. I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and pain-free. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking an amazing massage.

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Stephen and all of the other rehab specialists. After 5 weeks of appointments, my hips are feeling so much better.
