I had an incredible experience at this spa, where Pauline and Marilou provided an amazing facial. Both were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable and educational about skincare. The personalized attention and expertise they offered made the entire experience exceptional. I left feeling rejuvenated and with a deeper understanding of how to care for my skin. I highly recommend this spa for a truly pampering and informative skincare experience.

Went to get more info, and didn’t get good service. I told her what my main concern was, but she kept talking generically and didn’t provide any info. When I left, I didn’t know what they actually did for clients. The lady seemed to just talk and didn’t ask what I wanted. I don’t know what they do, and I’m definitely not going back.

I'm a current patient for Vitality Works and I have nothing but good things to say about Paulina and the services she provides. I'm not very knowledgable in skincare, but she explains things detailed and makes sure she provides quality care to my skin. I have a stubborn case of acne and hyperpigmentation and she gives me a detailed plan and package to fit my needs. I never feel pressured to buy additional services and I feel like Vitality Works makes sure that I am comfortable. I've definitely seen improvement in my skin and will continue to visit in the future.

I have been doing treatment with Paulina since March 2023. I came in with a case of hormonal acne (big and painful). She was great at advising me the perfect treatment. Within a couple of sessions I saw a huge difference. She also helped me have a skin routine adapted to my skin (oily). I no longer have pimples. My skin is clear and glowing thanks to Paulina and Marilou.

I went there to acne rescue facial with Paulina. I should say she was the best. They were so welcoming and asked more about the skin routine and also did their job very well. I had seen a drastic difference from my break out face to a better beautiful face. Has also booked other skincare treatments. Highly recommend

Recently opted for an Herbal Green Peel from Vitality Works, & honestly, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The owner of Vitality Works (Mary Lou) is extremely knowledgeable & was willing too educate on the benefits of certain procedures over others which I really appreciate.

She took the time too educate me on the issues in doing peels in the summer time, for those that suffer from sensitive skin, etc it can be damaging too the skin if after care isn't followed too the T.

As a client of 6 years, what's most refreshing is the fact there's no pressure or upselling. Everything is done with the intent in ensuring you have the best long term results and a pleasant overall experience.

If it isn't apparent already, I'd DEFINITELY recommend anyone looking too have any facial treatments done here, no doubt. Hope this was helpful:)

I went for microblading, excellent service, Miss Asma has a great, light hand while doing the procedure I was very comfortable.

The staff here are very friendly and walk you through your cosmetic procedure every step of the way! They are accommodating, and were able to get me in for a last minute appointment! I did a couple of under eye treatments here and the results are amazing!

I tried out Vitality Works Medspa with a Groupon about a year or so ago, and have been going to them ever since. Paulina is very knowledgeable, gentle, friendly and kind; she always explains everything fully and offers various treatment options. I've noticed a big difference in my skin since going to Vitality Works, and look forward to continue to get treatments here. Highly recommend!

I have just been once. I bought a groupon deal for microdermabrasion which I had done before to my face years ago at another place. Paulina was very courteous and the clinic was very clean. She recommended I add on a chemical peel to my groupon deal which I did. As I have had only one session so far can’t comment on the effects of the procedure. There was a bit of upselling but I don’t fault them too much as they is what businesses do in general. Overall I would recommend this clinic for minor or medium dermatological issues

I am beyond grateful that I came across Vitality Works Medical Spa. I was almost hopeless with my acne issues, and I have visited several clinics that didn’t really resolve it. They have excellent services, great staff, and topnotch facilities. I always feel happy about the results each time I finish a treatment.

Had a great experience on my visit here. I was concerned about my skin that is starting to sag due to ageing. My skin is very sensitive as well and they were knowledgeable on the kind of treatment for my skin. I can feel the difference right away. My skin feels firmer.
Will definitely be back for my next treatment.

100% highly recommend this place. If you’re like me, and suffer from acne scars, this place has truly fixed my skin after just 3 facials. I did a peel facial and also the carbon laser facial and the machines they use are so high tech. Unlike other places where they just want your money, the people here really do want to fix your skin and what I like best about them is that they literally guide you throughout the process. They tell you each step they’re doing and ask you how you are feeling the whole time. Truly amazing place if you’re seriously looking to fix your skin!

I have been going to Vitality for a few months now and have had nothing but positive experiences so far! Marilou is very knowledgeable about skincare and always makes sure you’re comfortable at every step of the process. So far I have had chemical peels and a carbon laser facial and they have made an enormous difference in my skin. My persistent hormonal acne is gone, and I will continue to go to Vitality to treat scarring and to keep my skin looking it’s best. They also carry the skincare line Alumier MD which is a miracle worker for acne prone skin! I highly recommend Vitality!

I love all the services here. Oxygen facial, hydro facial and eye treatment for under eye circles and wrinkles. Marilou is very knowledgeable and I always trust people who themselves have amazing skin. The location is perfect and the space is very clean. The machines are brand new and work really well. I am always trying different places because I never get what I want but here I’m sticking to for good!

I found Vitality Works from their Instagram page and I was intrigued. This definitely a place if you are serious about your skincare. Not one of those do- a-facial-onece and over it. My goal this year is to really take care of my skin and been really looking for a place to invest for myself. I love how they have so many facial treatments that I'm so excited to try. I received a groupon for Carbon facial from my sister to Vitality Works. My facial was with Paulina. She is great and really knows her stuff. This was my first time trying carbon facial and I will definitely try it again. I went for another facial after my initial one. I definitely see the difference in my skin. I arrived with a dry and rough skin and after our conversation and procedure I leave with a new skin more hydrated and glowing. I am busy mommy and be there was a great and relaxing experience, I loved the calming song and the eucalyptus smell. I recommend for every one specially moms who need time for yourself. Pauline and Marilou are the best! My next session in two weeks is already booked for sure!

I was greeted at the door by Marilou and taken right in for my consultation and treatment. They had everything set up and ready for me. Even though they had been displaced from a flood that had happened in the building last year, everything was setup nicely. Their online booking system is super easy and if ever there's a conflict with the times, they are on top of it trying to get you in as soon as possible.

I had originally purchased a Groupon for IPL thinking it was right for me, but Marilou advised me that it would not be suitable for my skin colour and told me what I really needed to do to get rid of my acne scars. So I did microdermabrasion with an enzyme mask and she gave me a cream to use at home for the scars. She still accepted my Groupon and added some charges for the mask and cream.

The treatment was done with precision and care even for 7pm on a Friday night. I felt relaxed and trusted they were doing the right thing. Even after my very first session, my face was brighter and some of the scars had lightened.

It is very convenient to have them located so close to my office! Thanks so much ladies for the treatment and I will see you again soon!

I saw a change in the first session itself and I couldn't believe the difference it made! My session was with Marilou, who was very patient with me and made sure that I got the right treatment. My skin felt fresh after such a long time and it was all because of the attention Marilou gave to it. I love this place! So much so that I signed up for three additional sessions. I purchased the 3 microderm abrasions Groupon. I have had 2 done so far and love the results. Amina was great. She knew what she was doing and was very accommodating. I work during the week and was glad that I could be fit in during the weekend.
