Absolutely terrible customer service. Spent $100 on earrings that have an awfully weak clasp which caused me to lose one within 24 hours of wearing it. Contacted support to inquire and they sent a list of insane requirements needed to process a warranty claim. One of which is a video of the faulty item. When I reminded them that I cannot do that because it is lost, they refused to help. Beware. They also claim to offer free returns and then deduct a processing fee.

A bit disappointed with product. I bought a Lucid bracelet silver and green and with less than a month of ownership, the bracelet clasp fell off. I only noticed the bracelet fell off while I was at home. But it makes me wonder, what if I was out in public and didn't see the bracelet. I called the store but I was told that I would have to call back within a few days or a week for a replacement. However, there are clearly my sizes in stock on the online web store.

What an amazing shopping experience! The young Afro Latino king working behind the cash desk was honestly so helpful. They taught me everything I needed to know about the brand and how to carefully take care of the jewellery. They deserve not only a raise, but also a promotion for their dedication and hard work. Truly an inspiring ambassador for the brand, highly recommended you visit this location! Also silver > gold. Sorry not sorry.

My friends and I were passing through the store when all of a sudden, a pack of wild ninja-wolf cross breeds cut us off just in front of the garden section. Your employee Ty immediately jumped into action and single handedly neutralized the threat without spilling a drop of blood. Please acknowledge this amazing act of customer service as he also went above and beyond to check my friends and I afterwards. Thank you and I hope to cross paths on another quest!

I had an issue with my ring and reached out to customer service. Richard was always prompt with his replies and wonderful to deal with each time, extremely professional. The issue was quickly resolved.

Worst customer service. Ordered over $300 worth of stuff and never received my order. Between their two staff Sloane and Jerry - I was scammed and never got my refund or package. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I've been wearing an OG vitaly ring for so long now, I absolutely love it. I love how many conversations it starts, the pride I feel when I wear it and how unique it is. It's definitely showing signs of wear but it's just more and more custom.

I have been buying Vitaly for many years. I have a tee, chains, pendants, ear and lip cuffs. I've never wanted to return anything so I've never had to deal with customer service. Everything I've bought and worn has lasted over the years - I'm clumsy, sweaty, a chef in the industry and I can't say I'm kind to my jewelry. Vitaly has been my favourite accessory place and I love that they're based in Toronto.

I ordered few products and some of the sizes were not fit for me so I called ahead explained the situation and drop by the store. They gave me appropriate products in my size. The representatives were really friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Anand for his excellent service.

Terrible experience. This brand bombards you with customer service reviews but then when it actually comes to providing customer service they make it the biggest inconvenience to the consumer. Ring size is very tricky and if a customer comes to the store within the two week period with receipt to exchange the ring for a different size there should be no inconvenience, talking about send it to the warehouse maybe they can do something for you. I just drive two hours to your store. You could of have simply done the exchange and you would have a long time customer instesd you have the opposite. I will not recommend this brand to anyone. Future buyers beware that if you mess up your ring size they will not do anything to help you.

Recently my ring fell to the ground and the stone broke into pieces. I started a warranty claim and within the day they had shipped a replacement to me free of charge. Two days later the ring arrived and I couldn't be more pleased. Really thankful to Pedro for making this such a fast and easy process!

The reviews on this site has to relatives and employees. Vitaly does not honor their published warranty. They don’t stand behind their products. Cheap products at a premium price. BUYERS BE WARNED!

Review purely based on accessories**

I haven't been to this location (I actually didn't realize they now have a store in Toronto) but I've been a HUGE fan of Vitaly for a long time. I've had my jewelries for quite sometime and I strongly stand by their items. Now that I know they have a physical location. I'll be coming in more often (provided that I'm not yet broke).

My only feedback.stop getting creative with your jewelries. I'm gonna go broke soon:)

Love the brand. I picked up a few pieces in 2022 and can confidently say it's becoming one of my staples. The store environment is sleek, dark and alluring and speaks to the elder emo in me. In contrast, the staff is always so kind and attentive without being pushy. I always try to stop by if I'm in the neighbourhood:) Good vibes all around
