So the food was amazing, as expected. I feel like the server we got, I don't know. Maybe just didn't like us? They were pretty rude. To be honest. My wife and I were actually pretty upset. We usually stay for an extra glass of wine or something when we go out, when we finished eating we made a point of leaving immediately because we were so uncomfortable.

They aren’t kid friendly.every time i try to call to book a reservation they ask how many people and once i mention kids they say they’re fully booked. Happed 3 times in a row. Won’t bother anymore

We ordered calamari and deli dish for appetizers and pizza and linguine as main dish. The service and pace of food being served was quite slow. We had to wait 20 mins for our tiramisu dessert.

We particularly enjoyed the mussels appetisers, as well as the pizza and pasta, which were both delicious. The only thing that disappointed me was that I believe we were discriminated against because we did not appear wealthy enough. We were seated so close to the big fan that we asked if we could move it away from our faces, but we were told that they needed the fan in that specific location because the area would get extremely hot if they didn't. So we kept quiet and ate our food. A few minutes later, a group of people dressed formally like wealthy people sat next to us and asked the same question: could the fan be removed? The group was immediately moved to a better table away from the blowing fan. So I concluded that if you want to be seated at a good table in this restaurant, you must dress up and appear wealthy, and they will take good care of you.

After a recommendation from my sister in law, we went there for our 3rd year anniversary dinner. Staff were very friendly. Waiter Chris (big fellow with a soothing voice) was great service and was very friendly. At the front desk two beautiful girls were there with a greeting smile. We enjoyed the dinner very much. We were there with our 18 yo daughter. I have a suggestion for the Vittoria team. Please have some kids menues and also pina colada. The waiting time was a bit more than we expected. May be the kitchen was busy at the time we gotten there. But could have been bit faster. Still worths 5 star. Will dine again.

3.5 stars. We liked the food, it was fresh and well made. I got the Vittoria and my Girlfriend got the Allo Nona. We also liked the atmosphere. The only knock is the service, I think because we didn't look like the typical clientele, we weren't afforded the same courtesy as everyone else on the night. The waiter we had was condescending. I asked for hot sauce (personal preference) from a different waiter (seemed like a manager/chef, I don't know particularly) the look he had on his face said it all. I would recommend the food but if you look like me beware the service.

Great food, I've ordered take out several times, and each time food is great. Just this time I was shocked when i opened the pizza box, no green veggies on my vegetable pizza.a bit disappointed, don't know they are cutting ingredients or they forgot to put it on.
Updated March 2022, unfortunately the pizza is burnt this time.totally unacceptable.

Amazing food, service, ambiance. Everything was perfect. I had the smoked salmon fettuccine (opted for linguine instead) and hubby had the pescatore linguine. Serving size was perfect and the pasta was perfectly al dente.
Highly recommend, we will definitely be back when in Ottawa again. Keep up the great work!

We were taken care of by Frédéric, who presented as professional and knowledgeable (and with humour) - made for an excellent dining experience. Portions were appropriate, and we felt we received good value for our money. Thank you for being open for business.we'll be back!

Good but not great was our experience with the food. It may be the impact of the pandemic, but while competently executed the food was uninspiring. Especially considering the price we were moderately disappointed with certain items. Overall still a very solid Italian food place and the ambiance is lovely for those able to dine in. Also has quite a large drink menu to boot.

I sometimes order pizzas from this place and it’s usually great, though tonight was burnt a bit, you could taste the char. Usually not a disappointment though! I just think that this shouldn’t have gone out to a customer. Chef Ramsey would NOT approve!

Service was great. The decor is really nice and provides a nice ambiance. Drinks and appy were great. Crispy calamari but super tender. However, that's where the awesome food ended. Everything else tasted good but not great. Definitely not enough to match the cost. Maybe they need to switch to dark plates, since all their food is very pale and the beautiful tables are nicely lined with white cloth.

The major flaw was cold vegetables. However they were totally apologetic and took one of our desserts off the price.

Not sure if this place was great once or has yet to reach its full potential. Definitely needs a new head chef and possibly a pastry chef to breath see life into the food.

They have service and drinks down. Need wake up their food!

The food here is amazing, I got the lemon salmon pasta and I would highly recommend. We did a 3 course meal, starting with the fried ricotta balls (which were good but very heavy for a starter), our pasta followed by a chocolate brownie for dessert which was delicious.

Had Lunch here with retired nurses. Oct14 Service was friendly and helpful Jonathan was amazing answering questions about the food very knowledgeable about the wine list. We never felt rushed and we were there for 4 hours

Food is great but about three weeks ago had dinner there, waited an hour didn’t receive any bread, no food or drink order was taken and we were not the only table in same situation. Finally ordered, no one came to see if wanted more drinks through the dinner, had to ask another waiter for desert menu, finally our server came over and said I heard you wanted deserts and left the table again without taking our order. Had to flag him again. Tried to give them benefit of doubt maybe they were short staffed. So last night ordered takeout because I was craving their good food. We called three times got hung up on twice, got put on hold mid giving order. Was told it would be ready for 17: 40. Got there not ready, wasn’t ready until 18: 15. Order TWO orders of shrimp sambuca. Person who took the order called it back but when we checked only one order. They said it would be 10 mins to make another which I HIGHLY doubted it would since none of their times were correct. So sad to see such bad service for dine in and take out for such good food. I probably will not be back as I have given this Resturant two times to give a decent service.

Wife and I came for a quick lunch. She had the chicken parmesan w/fettucine alfredo and I had the linguine carbonara. We shared a 1/2L of house Pinot Griggio. Her chicken was perfectly done and the alfredo was truly excellent. My carbonara was also nothing short of excellent with loads of pancetta, some onions and (I suspect) lots of Peccorino Romano. It was not very "eggy" like some but was still oh-so satisfying. Excellent service in a beautiful space but don't eat here if you're looking for a cheap meal. Our bill for 2 dishes, a bit of house wine and taxes was $87. Add tip and you're into the $100 range and that's just for a quick lunch. BUT, the food was terrific so there's that.

I was there last Saturday with my family for lunch. It was one of the best Italian restaurants in Ottawa, if not the best! We ordered chicken pizza, chicken pasta and mushroom soup and they were absolutely amazing! Special thank to David who super nice and delivered excellent service.

First time here but the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was fantastic. Nicholas was an absolute delight and made the evening perfect. Highly recommend the lasagna special, apple crumble and crème brûlée.

I've been going here for years and it never ever ever disappoints! The food is always amazing, good service and the patio is huge - perfect for small to medium dinner parties. I threw my parent's anniversary party here for ~25 ppl and it was great (and honestly pretty good price point as well). Highly recommend.

Bit of a splurge takeout dinner. Calamari - with chipotle and a spicy take on seafood sauce. Well-cooked tender squid, very lightly battered.

Caesar salad, a classic thick and garlicy dressing. Homemade croutons, good lettuce well prepared.

Lovely bread rolls

Veal marsalla, generous portion, tender, with potatoes, mushrooms and peppers in the flavorful sauce.

Tiramisu, classic, made with ladyfinger biscuits. Delicious!
