They have lot of selections! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a chandelier from the catalogue, but it did not arrive on time. They called and offer options or refund. I will definitely recommend this company!

I went there a few times and purchased a few items. They were enthusiastic and active when you are buying something, that's why I always go back there for my priority for any needs. But recently I feel very disappointed on their afer-sales service. I had a Ashley clock is not working well. I contacted Viva for helps on Jan 30. I was told that it is out of warranty, which I understand. But they also said will try to help me and will get back to me. On Feb 09, I received a call from your guy at afer-sales department, and asked me to bring the clock to the store, and told me that Ashley should change a new one to me. I brought the clock to the store on Feb 14, the guy even didn't show up, just asked me left the clock on the floor. 3 weeks later on Mar 06, I was told Ashley is not going to change a new one to me, and not taking responsibility on it because of out of warranty. But why you told me that they will change a new one at the beginning, and I brought the clock to you far away from Oshawa. I was told you can help me to change the movement, with $50 labor and hardware cost, which is almost half price of the clock. I said I was going to buy the movement only and change by myself to save the labor cost. I was told that you will send me a amazon link and I could purchase myself. I followed up on Mar 07 for the link, you told me to wait patiently. Until today, I haven't get the link yet. You guys treat me like the trouble maker. It takes over a month, but the thing is not resolved. Really bad experience on it.

I took the clock to the store on February 14th and the guy didn't even show up and just asked me to put the clock on the floor. 3 weeks later on March 6th I was told Ashley would not replace me with a new one and would not be responsible for it as it was out of warranty. But why did you tell me in the first place that they would replace it with a new one, I brought the clock to you far away from Oshawa. I was told you could replace the movement for me for $50 in labor and hardware, almost half the price of the watch. I said I planned to just buy the movement and replace it myself to save labor. I was told you would give me an Amazon link so I could purchase it myself. I followed up on the link on March 7th and you asked me to be patient. To this day I haven't gotten the link. You see me as a troublemaker. More than a month later, the matter still has not been resolved. Really bad experience.

The customer service lady is very patient in answering various questions and helping customers provide solutions. She has good service and attitude. She is very awesome.
