Vivo Pizza + Pasta

Quite place for a great meal. Pizza was just perfect. Thin crust with just a little crunch.
The nutella.pizzetta is delicious although quite decadent.

Food was good. Service was nice. Also had some really nice dessert. The Nutella cheesecake / tiramisu and Nutella pizza. Been here twice now.

I will never go back to this place after dining here just once. The server was lost, the food came in parts so some of the guest were eating while other waited 5-10 minutes later. Our drinks came after we finished our meals after asking multiple times for drinks. Don’t waste your time at this location (Richmond hill) and go to the other vivo’s in the area - Woodbridge, Newmarket, etc. Better service, better tasting food, better everything at the other locations. After contacting the owner he was just full of excuses and full of $hit. Marino, your incompetence cost you multiple diners and lots of referrals to NOT dine or order from your location.

We come here all the time! Very reliable and delicious wood oven pizzas and pastas. Drinks and cocktails are good, all is reasonably priced and staff is always friendly and helpful:)

It was an terrible experience with rude, unprofessional, insensitive and "Get Lost" attitude. The food quality was not as described the menu and totally unprofessional about cooking. While sharing our concerns after this spoiled family dinner, restaurant owner's behavior was heart breaking. Please don't spoil your evening the way they spoiled ours

I love their pizza, I think it beats any other in the area. The Caesar salad is also one to recommend. The dishes in general, taste like homemade. A nice restaurant

Came in for lunch, it was empty inside apart from one table. Waitress wasn’t even bothered to bring the menu she was talking with her friends who were dining next table. Had to wait for 10 minutes and then just left. Awful experience.

If I could give a 0 I would! First of all restaurant is dirty! Service was horrible! Asked for mineral water got regular which tasted like tap water and food was really bad!

FOOD POISONING. SICKNESS. Never eat here, seriously. One of the worst food borne illnesses I've ever had came from their food.

I really wanted to love this place or at least even like it. Ordered for delivery through Uber Eats, first time trying this place. Ordered cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and vodka penne. Pizza was cold and soggy, pasta was lukewarm. Mind you, I know with delivery, chances are you have to reheat the food, especially with thin wood oven pizza. This is NOT the restaurants fault. However, the pizza was so thin that it was soggy, couldn't pick it up, even after reheating. Not much flavour at all, sauce had zero flavour as it was mostly water. Pasta was OK at best. The pancetta was cut into cubes that was all fat, literally. Pasta was also overcooked, but again, probably not their fault as pasta still cooks when hot, so by the time it got my me, it was very overcooked. Food is good but really lacking flavour, everything was just bland. I'm glad I tried them but won't order from them again, too bad.

Was there only once. Food was mediocre and expensive for what I got. I was there not long after they opened and haven’t been back since.

I really liked their arancini and salami pizza, the penne pasta was a bit too salty for me but my mom enjoyed it especially with the fatty protein bits - plus the size was quite generous.

Yesterday we had Vivo Pasta & Pizza.
My coworker really enjoyed her pizza. She gave it a five star for foldability as she likes to be able to fold her pizza.
I had the gnocchi which was great. Good portions and yummy. Loved the meat sauce.
My other coworker had the sausage penne and also enjoyed it!

Food is garbage. Went for lunch and Complained the vegetables were overcooked and the chicken breast was still salty from the brine. It seemed like the vegetables were from the day before and reheated into mush. The waitress answered "well its supposed to be like that" left almost the entire plate. It's sad when you try restaurants like this for the first time and then get reminded why you read reviews first. Whoever leaves a good review for this restaurant is either paid to do so or have been highly affected from the lack of restaurant exposure during the pandemic.

We’ve been coming for a while now. Consistently delicious pasta and pizza. The summer menu greek salad is fantastic. Servers are all super nice. We have only had great experiences and will keep coming back.

Food and customer service is good. However, it was very pricey for a quick service restaurant.

I love this place. I like the pizza and salads. I also tried the tiramisu. It was incredible. I really appreciate that they bring the food outside for pick up and that they have a great new outdoor option.

Tried Vivo Pizza + Pasta, Richmond Hill for the very first time earlier today. And Wow, the food was amazing. Our server, Kayla was courteous and made our experience outstanding. Definitely coming back.

Vivo is my go to place for Italian food I love the pasta and pizza. If you are looking for an appetizer the best is either the Calamari or you can get the mussels!

We ordered take out (delivery) and the food was very very good. The ingredients were so fresh as compared to other places we have ordered from. (for example, the salads) Would order again!

Very impressed with the food. Our server was a delight. Reasonably priced. Outdoor patio wasn't fancy (parking lot and picnic tables, but pleasant to eat outdoors).

Why is their medicore basic pasta dishes priced so high? I cannot believe I spent $17.00 each on pasta that i could have simply have had my child make. It had zero flavour - like unflavoured tomato sauce on cardboard. Unflavoured.

I adore this spot! They have good meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that restaurant is a real pro, I like very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is agreeable. I visit often this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

Happened to pass this complex last week. Tried this place for the 1st time and it was good. Got an instant replacement for the wrong order. My veggie pizza had a meat topping. But they made sure to change it right away and apologized as well for the glitch. You won a customer for yourself guys!

Good customer service and friendly staff. There was an issue with my order that I picked up and they ended up delivering two new pizzas which was very nice of them.

Had a mistake with the order and called them up and the staff personally immediately delivered us the right order, much appreciated!

I ate there this evening. The Pizza was as usual delicious! My waiter was excellant too. Folks get out there and enjoy this fabulous eatery!

The presentation, the taste, the service, and the atmosphere were simply wonderful. However, after the appetizer and entree I was still very much hungry. I would say portion wise they were a little too small for me personally.

The best Italian restaurant in GTA. Great food, amazing vibes, cozy, very clean, with high quality service, I felt as if I was in Italy!

My second time today for lunch confirmed this place is great. The manager has the best attitude, smile and attention to customer service. The pizza was fantastic again so we will be back. Please keep it up.

This is now the 5th time we have visited, and every time we've truly enjoyed our time there. From the varied music, to the great staff and of course the fantastic food, this is a top notch place.

Great Napoli style pizza and really good gnocchi, not to mention my son's new fav pasta with olive oil, garlic and a copious amount of parmesan led to a fantastic meal once again.

Can't wait to go back!

Been coming here for a while and always stellar. Just ordered takeout tonight and my goodness what a letdown. Ordered the pasta carbonara, penne alla vodka and pizza and my can I state how underwhelming it all was. Small small small portions, cold and just a disaster. So disappointed!

Came in for a causal lunch on a sunday. The food was mediocre and the price was well above the quality. Gnocchi’s were sticky and the 4$ add on chicken felt like it was cooked a day prior.

Drinks. We ordered 3 Canada Dry ginger ales, and the volumes of the amber bottles were different (one was 237 mL another was 330 mL), yet we were charged an outrageous 4$ for each bottle. What kind of business is this when you don’t even check the drink volumes from whoever your supplier is? Very disappointed. This was our 3 visit and LAST.

This place was highly recommended by a friend, and like a lot of places, I thought it will be all fluff and no action. Boy, I was wrong! Beautiful, casual but chic ambiance, super friendly staff, and a truly Italian cuisine with pricing that definitely makes it affordable. For starters, we had pasta e fagolloi soup. It was quite different and hearty (perfect mix of pasta, veggies, beans and tomaty flavour - Like Lidia's handmade soup). As a vegetarian, I had gnocchi with pomodoro sauce. It was fluffy, airy, and served hot with enough sauce to dip your bread in it. Definitely a good portion size - which is usually my complain with a lot of Italian restaurants. My friend had Vivo pizza - with spicy salami, olives, peppers and tomato sauce to die for. It tasted quite different from what you usually would get in restaurants. Home made but like what your Nonaa would make: p.

I hope they will open a location in Aurora/Newmarket soon.

Great people very friendly staff, awesome food and they recently changed their wine menu for the better looking forward to coming here more often, its super cosy and casual perfect for a nice relaxing dinner.

Suspect new owners. Pasta no bread no salad. Waitress filing her nails while we were waiting to order just the drinks. Pizza good but prices too high to bring the family. Too bad. It's close to our house.

Thin, dull menu with limited choices of pizza toppings. The salad was ok but my pizza came with a few dollops of cheese here and there and was pretty flavourless. I guess some people like this style of food but it's not my thing.

Who wouldn't want to go to a cozy spot that has amazing food, friendly service and reasonable prices? Plenty of parking available and the variety of dishes offered was amazing. I went with a group of friends and we ordered a bunch of different dishes and we all left satisfied. What made it an even better experience was the staff, they made us all feel welcomed and answered any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back.

Ordered Margherita and salami pizza from this beautiful place. Our whole crew loved it and we will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Visited this place with my brother and his family for lunch after church. The food was excellent along with the service.
