Friendly and helpful service. Surprisingly fast. I was able to book an appointment for the same day that I called. They completed two test and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Well done!
I had an ultrasound appointment here for my anatomy scan and I had the worst experience ever. My technician I believe her name was Fummya atif called me inside and she already seemed in a very bad mood. First she took more than 1 hr to do my scan and didnt say a word the whole time which got me worried if everything was okay. I felt very uncomfortable during my scan. She didnt even show me baby at the end or let me call my husband inside. After such a long ultrasound she did, my gyno asked me again to get ultrasound done since she didnt do a good job. I will not recommend anyone to go there. I had my 12 week ultrasound with Beena who seemed nice but this technician was not professional at all.
The ultrasound technician went above expectations. She gave me an elastic to put my hair up so gel wouldn't get in my hair and then used a warm towel like spas use to get the gel off. All around an amazing visit! Thank you!
I want to thank Leena for her patience, very knowledgeable and caring lady she is. You need more people like her. She was very concerned of my issues and very gentle and even asked me where it hurts the most to be a lot more gently in those areas. She is so wonderful and I would recommend any of my family or friends to this lady. Hopefully all the staff is like here. God bless her

Had to get an x-ray done on Wednesday this week. Walked in with my form, they took my information and I sat down for not even two minutes before I was called in. I'd say I was in and out in under ten minutes and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I've been there for ultrasounds before as well and never had a problem. I highly recommend!
Just don’t go. The worse ever. Rude staff. They canceled my appointment because I was late 20mn. But they let me wait for 30mn and another 30mn later. I am pregnant and let me in in X-ray area. I asked them about the reason as I my last ultrasound was in a different area, they keep telling just get in. And the technician was using a mocking tone. Later on, I learned from the only white old lady receptionist that the technician used to deal with me was off sick and the new lady technician that refuses to give me an explanation is backing her up and uses another room in X Ray area. Why they did not take the time to explain instead of pushing me, do they feel strong enough to behave because they are an Indian community and they were almost pushing me I the corridor without any explanation, ignoring my questions!
Love this X-ray clinic, the service here is amazing. It was my first time coming to this clinic and the staff were very polite and patient, also I expected to wait like an hour but as soon as I went in I literally waited only two main and my name was called. The process was quick and easy, also their online chat help it says it takes 15 min for a response but I got a respond with in seconds. From now in this will be my go to place.
It was my first visit at this clinic and it was very quick. Vasudha was very helpful and signed me up right away to prevent any kind of delays. She was very friendly with everyone who visited the clinic.
I went for ultrasound at this place and I had wonderful experience. Staff is very polite and co-operative. The technician helped me in all the possible way to make it smooth and relaxing. I would suggest everyone to visit this and go with Lina, she is awesome.
I don’t even want to give 1 star to this clinic for their Most pathetic service but have to. The front desk people don’t know how to deal with patients and even they don’t have manners to talk. My mother was in severe pain and I booked appointment 2-3 times for ultrasound and both times they said, we haven’t booked any appointment (As I booked appointment by calling on the number mentioned on the website) and they don’t have any slots for it now. I called their manager and suddenly there was availability for ultrasound. They kept us waiting for 3 hours and nobody called us in. They were just keep on saying technician is not free yet. Such a bad day I had there.
Ultrasound (female), Bone Density and Xray (male) technicians were really caring and helpful to my wife and I. This type of treatment is unusual so we felt we had to highlight our experience.
Went here for my mom’s ultrasound (abdomen and pelvis) both we’re encircled on the requisition form, but the abdomen has check mark and the pelvis hasn’t. She was booked for both but they only want to do the abdomen with the reason that only has a check mark should be done. It’s been BOOKED FOR BOTH, and obviously she got the time slot for both. Ended up calling our family doctor, so she faxed a separate requisition for pelvis. Again, the receptionist doesn't want her to have both cause they said they don't have enough time. I kept on arguing that she was booked for both. So, they agreed to have it done. On her abdomen ultrasound, they asked my mom if her gallbladder has been removed and they didn’t believe when my mom said yes, they call somebody to ask her to confirm. My mom was upset that they didnt believe her. They were assuming my mother didn’t understand what they we’re asking, saying to me outloud that everybody could hear that I can go with her inside while doing the other ultrasound because needs an interpreter! That 2 receptionists are the worst people I’ve ever met in a clinical setting. Not compassionate and humiliating. They need to improve their scheduling system as well.
My experience for ultrasound was quite good. Staff behaviour was satisfactory. The lady at the reception was so helpful. Thnks for your cooperation soon I will visit again.
Reception staff, I don't even know what to say. Went for the 19/20 week anatomy scan, and the receptionist came into the room asking the technologist when she is going to be done 4 times during MY appointment. They double booked her with another pregnant lady, so the technologist was being asked to 'hurry up'. Had to re-do the same scan a second time a week later. Once again, someone knocks on the technologist's door TWICE while I was in the middle of my appointment. When the technologist said "I'm with a patient", the response from whoever knocked on the door was "how long will you be". Really? If I'm coming for an appointment that time should be mine. The technologist shouldn't get asked how long it's going to take her to finish her appointment. You should already know. Get better receptionists and be 1000x more professional. You're wasting my time too.
Terrible treatment I received, they all standing there just talking while I was being ignored. My appointment time past and they still kept me waiting. The person who did my ultrasound was mean and cold. Didn’t talk to me much and was very unprofessional
I went for a 33 week ultrasound and it was a really good experience. The Dr I got was amazing, I don't remember her name but she was so warming, sweet, kind and gentle. She makes you feel comfortable. The pictures I received after were just perfect. And the package they put them in is so cute. Sad this is my last ultrasound because I really want to go back there lol. Maybe my next time around. 5 stars!
I like their service. I went their for my 1st ultrasound when i was pregnant. The lady was really excited which made me even more happier when i saw my baby for the first time:)
The receptionist (indian brown lady) in room number 102 is highly unprofessional. She should understand that we don’t come for medicals everyday so yeah we might have some questions which is actually her job to answer so there is no need to get angry! Also, someone should teach her what professionalism means, we are not her friends so she’s absolutely not allowed to make fun of what we ask or joke around in front of other patients. And yeah! Just make sure you know everything before coming here, because in case you have a issue she’ll just answer saying “thats not my problem”. Uneducated staff!
Omg! Please if you can save yourself from going there, pls go somewhere else.on my 3 ultrasound done over this location the lady doing ultrasound told me that she's not able to see the baby, infact as per her it was a cyst as in my previous 2 ultrasound's not done over this location it's clearly a baby. She cant make the difference between a baby and a cyst. I should have given negative rating if there will be an option.
I just had an x-ray done at 5: 30 pm. First as soon as I when to the entrance there was no one to greet or ensure that Hand sanitization and temperature checked. I went into the stall to get changed but before I got the x ray done the technician approaches me and says remove this and pointed to his head and said “oh it’s yours” assuming I wore a weave. The x ray technician is rude and very culturally incompetent. Then when I went the very unsanitary, space constrained and run down x ray room the x ray tech used a stool and put the protective shield on the foot stool instead of on me when doing the lumbar spine x ray. I filed a complaint and if I could give a 0 out of 5 for this place I would not. I’m a healthcare worker and I am very disappointed a place like this exists. I cautioned the chiropractor that referred me to this place that this x ray and ultrasound clinic should never be recommended to patients. I do not recommend this clinic it is in much need of re-education of staff on cultural safety, professionalism, customer service -and patient safety. I will never go here again.
Well, from a essential workers perspective, I understand we are all going through a rough time right now. I had my first ultrasound sound here and dont plan on coming back even though its super close. I hardly got a greeting from the tech, I only know her name from hearing it from another employee. So no introduction. She only asked when my period was last. She didnt ask me how I was feeling, no simple small talk, nothing. I asked one question while we had my dead silent ultrasound and she replied "yes just let me finish". Im having a baby and I want to know that its ok and talk for a second, not lay down in silence and worry. A little advice to the tec workers.fake it if you have to. Its not hard to be plesent or personable. Especially if your dealing with newly pregnant mothers who want a simple happy experience.
I been calling for half an hour and the reception doesn't even let you speak and just keep on putting you on hold. Horrible.they need to clean their act.
Most definitely the WORST ultrasound experience I have ever had. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE KIND SECRETARY. The technician is a joke and should not be working with the general public. I encourage anyone who is thinking about going here for ultrasounds to choose any of the other 25 locations in Brampton. The technician is rude and disrespectful and deserves trash as visitors based off the service provided. If you read this and still bother to go, don't say I didn't warn you. I barely write reviews.
I can not believe this place still exists, I have gone two times, and they have missed my ultrasound. It is without a SHADOW OF doubt the WORST medical facility I HAVE EVER VISITED in my 60 years on this planet. The place is dirty, I run a automotive repair centre and it is cleaner. The teck that was to do my ultrasound wondered around the office for 1/2 hour then argued with the intake receptionist that I sound not have been booked in yet it has not been 3 months since my last visit and insisted to get confirmation for the procedure notwithstanding that I had a signed requisition from a MD to have this procedure down.
I booked an appointment at this place for 5: 30, wrote that time down as I was on the phone with the receptionist. The day before my appointment someone called me to confirm my appointment and told me it was for 6pm and not 5: 30. I showed up at 5: 50 and they told me I had missed my appointment and it’s not their problem. I was looking forward to having my first ultrasound to hear my babies heat beat for the first time for over a week. Now I have to rebook somewhere else and wait another week.
The worst place to go for any medically related. There is no option for zero star I feel more than happy to give it. I am assuming their technicians are from Mars and they don’t know about human beings. Worst of worst.
More than 5 days and they have not sent the report the doctor and not even picking up the call. Worst part they ask us to leave a voice message and phone number but the call is disconnected even before we could say our name. Can we complaint about this anywhere?
I really like Vodden x-ray and ultrasound clinic and I've been going here for years. I find the staff very professional and helpful. The radiologist's reports are detailed and well done. I went somewhere else a few months ago and the xray report was not detailed at all. My only suggestion is that they move to an updated and larger facility. It's quite tight there. Good job everyone at vodden x-ray and ultrasound clinic!
They are unprofessional and there was this asian technician who cannot even explain the patient that they are suppose to remove clothes including the inner wear he just can’t say it out loud he was just murmuring and it caused some confusion and i had to go back and change and come back. Being a medical technician they are suppose to tell the patient the instructions before taking the x ray or just hang in the instructions board in the changing room!
I’ve done a few ultrasound here. The technicians are super friendly, they talk to you during the ultrasound and make you feel comfortable. Appointment times are usually on time so you don’t have to wait long before being seen. The receptionist, however, are not the greatest. Every time I’ve had to call to book an appointment they’ve place me on hold for over 5 minutes then hang up the phone after making me wait. Usually calling back I get someone else and even then they are super rude. I will have to book more appointments with them and I’m hoping this does not continue.
This place is a joke! Not very professional and completely incapable. My wife and I had to go there for our medical exams required by Immigration Canada. X-Ray is mandatory and costs an extra 40 CAD (which nobody told us before) and CAN ONLY BE PAID CASH (also no note, sign or heads-up give upfront). Only choice is an ATM from a competitor including extra fees. As if such poor payment options and equipment was not bad enough in a time of ultra-fast and real-time payment options, the receptionist lost the money and claimed I had never paid her. Outrageous behavior! I can only advise others: if you have the chance to go somewhere else for your x-ray and ultrasound, do it!
First pregnancy and the technician, I can't remember her name, was condsending, rude and did little to ease my worries. Infact, she made me feel awful about myself, which is a thing I do not need help with. She actually chastised me for being early and for wanting my fiance in the room with me. I've never felt so ashamed for having anxiety and depression since living with my father. And he thinks mental illness is the "in disease like SARS was".
Receptionist is rude. This place is very dirty and run down. The rooms for ultrasound are very very small and surrounded with papers, garbage, etc. Could barely walk in the room. Very bad maintained! No light balls, walls were dirty, doors never painted, etc, etc. It stinks also. This place needs a health inspection ASAP.
I had a really good experience today! My ultrasound technician (I believe her name was Irene) was great - she made me feel extremely comfortable and had great positive energy. I also didn’t have to wait too long and the staff was very accommodating!
