My husband broke his glasses and no one would even consider fixing them. Vogue Optical in Guelph were happy to help and repaired them with a smile and no charge. I was very impressed and so was my husband. Thank you Vogue Optical!

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever had, as soon as I walked through the door I was being helped and everyone on staff was aware of my situation and was willing to do everything in there power to help. Thanks to the whole team and Caitlyn for really helping me out.

The team was extremely helpful with my experience at Vogue. I brought both my kids as well for eye exams and Dr Mystry was really good with them, explaining to them what is going on. When it came to choosing my glasses I was given a really good deal, which I was grateful for. I will be back for sure and definitely recommend this place to all who need it.

Went there today to get my son his glasses. Jenna (I'm so sorry I forget the other ladies name) helped us pick out the glasses. I want to say how very professional they were despite it being so busy today. Both ladies were so kind, helpful and just all around fantastic! It was my second time to get my prescription glasses and as always the staff at the Stone Road location did wonderful. When there were issues with the insurance coverage, they suggested that I try their Kitchener location but did all the adjustments when the glasses came. Very helpful!

Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly! The products are no different than the competitors but cost much less!

My first time buying glasses by myself as an adult. The staff made the process very easy. When choosing frames I told the staff I wanted Dahmer glasses which they did in fact have. I am now a very satisfied customer that can see clearly.

My husband and I are completely overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown by the staff (sorry I don’t know her name) at Vogue Optical. Their dealings with my 100 year old mother-in-law, who has very poor vision, went far beyond expectations. The result was that she had her glasses fixed and was able to see again the same day I called describing the problem. She is planning to return as soon as she can for an exam and new glasses. Thank you so very much!

My father went to get his glasses done there with my mom - he was given glasses WITHOUT
1.being asked for the type of lens he wants (the medium quality was chosen, which is not preferred for progressive)
2.being measured and checked

He said he was uncomfortable and felt something was wrong (! Both my parents have accents!)

The lady waved that away and said its just because he just needs to get used to it and they left.

He went home and insisted it was uncomfortable and so they went back and another lady measured and checked and found that it was INCORRECT.

He will now be travelling for work without the glasses he paid to have because we have to wait 45 days. And they will not be compensated for in any way for the rudeness they received in the first interaction and time lost
