I simply love the staff here! The customer service is excellent! The effort they go through to assist you with the selection of eyewear, and willingness to make sure you are happy with your choices is greatly appreciated. Cindy, Rick and Gray are just so personable and although I usually work directly with these three, I find everyone there very kind and helpful. The staff interact with each other like family and the positive energy in the store is part of the attraction that keeps me coming back!

Our heroes again! After breaking glasses just before the holidays on top of supply chain issues, the replacement frames could not be found. Popped in to choose a different frame and they put the lenses in on the spot. 20 minutes and we were on the way. Thanks for making a bad situation better.

I am rating the secretary Stephanie for the optometrist.not the glasses dept and not the optometrist. The glasses dept headed by Gray is amazing and they really know their stuff.

Yesterday after seeing my family doctor, I was advised to contact my optometrist to get the all clear before my cataract surgery in a couple of days. I contacted my optometrist and had to deal with Stephanie. I explained the whole issue and here's one example of what I mean by her rudeness and awful service. I told her my family doctor advised me to contact my optometrist. Seconds later, she asked me if I had contacted my family doctor. I told her that I just said that. To this she was snarky and said, "Jin, I'm just trying to help you here. " Well, to help me, then listening would be the first step.

She advised me to go to the ER. If I had done that, I would still be there b/c I would be at the bottom of their triage, in the state of affair that we are in.bad advice.

I went to FYidoctors and within 2 hrs I was in, had all the necessary imaging needed for a full and complete check and got an all clear for my surgery. Now that's service. Needless to say I am done with Stephanie's horrible attitude.

I recommend FYidoctors to anyone looking for a new optometrist and want to be treated with kindness by the secretary. They have high tech equipment and FRIENDLY service by ALL the staff.

I may still use Gray and the glasses dept b/c they're great, but done with Stephanie. The optometrist is fine too but if Stephanie is the front line person I have to deal with, then it's just not worth the bad experience.

Terrible customer service, I went in twice and the staff there is very rude and unfriendly. They seem miserable to be there as if they’re doing it for free. One sales rep was hovering over another customer while they tried on different glasses, meanwhile I’m standing there literally just waiting for someone to unlock the glasses so I can try them on. The receptionist saw I was getting upset and asked me to come back when it’s not busy. Anyway, after working out the numbers when I was ready to pay the sales Rep asked me to think on it. I’m glad I listened to his advice, I walked a little further and found another store beside Hudson’s Bay. They were amazing! Finally walked out with my order processed.

I went in a week ago or so to have my glasses repaired. They were about 6 years old and quite damaged, so they informed me they could not be repaired. We bought another pair at discounted price (thank you to the woman who did this), still $400. They just called me today to let me know that my glasses are finished being repaired! Thanks SO much vogue! I have moved to Nova Scotia and cannot even pick them up to use as backups. Please get it together, folks. Also, the man who called was rude and completely not personable.

Rudest service ever. She waited to get on the phone as soon as I got in the store.then accused me of being rude. Go anywhere else for glasses.

I walked in with Prada sunglasses that needed a minor repair - they were friendly, took my sunglasses, and called a few days later to inform me the glasses were fixed at zero cost. Couldn’t be happier!

The quality of customer service with this store really depends on which sales rep you are dealing with. I have dealt with different staff in store for my needs, overall it is not good experience. The lady who helped me with my pick up was even terrible. I cannot believe it is just a simple pick up for my order, why she had so much attitudes when she even didn't try to understand my order status. People, listening to your customer and understand what they ask for is the first right thing to do! Hold on before you act aggressive, and pay attention to your voice tone! Just feel this store doesn't value their customers' business at all. No more business with them in the future.

I've been to this location before, but the sales associate the last few times I have visited has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! She continues to go above and beyond when it comes to helping me pick out eyeglass frames. I will only shop at the Masonville Vogue Optical, it's the best! Who would have thought eyeglass shopping could be so much fun! Look for the lady with the cool hair!

I heard Vogue Optical's ads on the radio and went into the Masonville location not knowing what to expect. I met with their associate Jackelene, and was impressed with her knowledge and her wonderful manner put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will definitely be back again in the future. Great service!

I loved this place when it was Ivision, but since it turned into Vogue, it's gone downhill. The last pair of glasses I got from them back in January was a nightmare! They cut my lenses wrong to begin with and damaged the frame by forcing them to fit and my second pair didn't even have the right prescription in it at all. The staff acts like they're doing me a favour by fixing their mistakes. It took over two weeks to get everything done right. I've been a loyal customer for at least fifteen years, I've referred many people to Ivison, but I will not be going back and I will tell everybody I know to stay away. Ivision was great, Vogue Optical is the absolute worst! Stop in and find out for yourself, I assure you, you won't be back.

I would rate ZERO if I could.
Horrible customer service, I walked in and wasn’t helped right away even though there were no customers in the store. When I finally was helped I told the lady what I was looking for if she could show me some online and she proceeded to just say I have this one pair on the wall. I then said when this was iVision the girl went online and we looked at frames that were not on the wall that we could order in and the girl ignored me and just kept saying this is what we have on the wall and do you have a frame model number. NOPE I don’t because your website doesn’t allow customers to view frames online and told the lady I was leaving since she was frustrating me and ignoring me and wasn’t willing to help me. You’re out $500+ and I’ll make sure to tell my friends to avoid Vogue Optical in Masonville mall
I then walked over to LensCrafters and they were more then helpful and happy to look into options for my needs.
