My fiancé and I stumbled into Voila today while picking up some things in the area and what a wonderful experience we had. You can see John’s passion just through the way in which he tells you the story behind the business. It’s not about making existing pastries gluten free, but about making delicious baked goods that happen to cater to the gluten-free crowd. He treated us to one of the lemon cupcakes and WOW! It was sensational. Moist, light, and delicious. Can’t wait to get home and try the French baguette and loaf! Thank you.
The apple pie was phenomenal and a good value. They make the pies once a week so I called ahead to make sure they had one left. She put heating instructions on the box and it was a hit at our dinner party with a celiac friend.
