They got my order wrong and carelessly gave me toppings I'm allergic to. I tried calling, but the customer service was dismissive. I consistently attempt to order from here, but there is always an issue with incorrect toppings. The prices were unjustifiable for the experience.

Make sure to count the wings, I ordered 20 and only received 19. Also start getting your wing guy to prep carrots in between orders or before open so when people order wings they will always receive carrots. Last 4 times I've ordered you were out of carrots.

I really liked Volcano’s pizza. Ordered pickup and it was ready on time. Service was also very nice. Wings were great, nice and saucy! Pizza was also really good:) lots of leftovers, yum!

Picked up a large cheese and pep and 1 lb of "Jumbo Wings" last night and this was by far the worst pizza I've had ever. Wings were small and dry. Will never order from here again.

I personally loved their pizza. My wife on the other hand did not. She claimed the sauce was too sweet. I guess it's a personal preference. Definately worth a try though.

Great consistency with the Fonthill shop. Been about a dozen times and never a disappointment. Classic cheese and sauce. Always look forward to grabbing a pizza from volcano.

Ate one slice and had to toss the rest of the specialty Margherita pizza. $36 to the garbage. The dough wasn't even cooked yet. It was a pile of mush.

We had picked up two pizzas and one was a margherita pizza but mistakenly had bacon on it which was discovered by a vegetarian. When we called Volcanos they apologized and delivered another margherita soon after. Thank you for making it right!

Volcanoes Pizza in Welland has always been a favorite of mine, so decided to give the Fonthill location a try. Same family owns it, and its just as amazing. Got a Cheese and Pepperoni Party Tray, price was great, pizza was absolutely incredible. Volcano's has incredible crust, the best tasting sauce and uses top quality toppings. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I will be visiting much more often!

Good pizza, very consistent items placement and quantity. Wings are excellent! Delivery can at times be a bit longer but not often. Ownership cares! Once out of many orders the food was sub par. I called, the owner spoke with me and insisted to remake and send us the food we weren't overly happy with. I insisted it wasn't necessary, just wanted him to know as he deserved to know. A month or so later I ordered, food came hot and delicious but with a credit off the total. Usually our order is between $50-80 bucks but was half that. I did not expect that, I did not want that however I am grateful and respect it is something he wanted to do. THAT is the way you secure patronage. Well done sir. We have ordered several times since and will continue to do so

Absolutely the best pizza anywhere! I've had pizza at over a hundred places, but this is the closest to the taste of Italy! I've had pizza in Italy and the taste of this pizza comes sooooooo close to being there! I will never order from anywhere else BUT Volcano's!

Tried calling 20 minutes before close 2 weekends in a row because out neighborhood was looking to order few pizzas and 6 to 7 lbs of wings and no answer.

Stopped in to this location for a quick butr. $5 for pizza & pop is a great deal.and big portion for the $. Same pizza as the Welland location.always good here. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you out.

Demanded the skip order number for the only pick up order that they had, whatever thats fine but when i returned i was accosted for not having a delivery bag even though i had just explain its my food. Also they never gave me my dips, Pizza was decent i guess.

R u kidding, ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon and onion, LARGE with a whole 14 slices of pepperoni! As for bacon, dint tell me it was under the cheese, two skices had bacon! What happened, u guys were the best, now this salty sh.u r selljng is pretty disgusting, thankfully Rose City is the same distance

The service was excellent and they were on time. The girl who talked to me over the phone was very friendly and nice. She really helped me out. Will definitely be returning!

Pizza was good but I’m confused as to why your phone girl was on her phone while the customers were waiting to be served. Would fire if I was the boss

Good Pizza, Waiting times are ok, and seating it nice. They has quite greasy pizza though, and the slices are unevenly cut in party boxes.
