Great service and friendly staff as usual. Definitely recommend over other dealerships. All work is always explained in details and if something doesn't need to be repaired immediately, they will offer options to postpone until a later time.

PARTS department is very rude and very hard to get hold of. I called 4 times until I got through with parts. Finally they picked up the phone. I didn’t have a Vin # on me to get a quote on some part. I politely asked, if he can give me a few minutes till I get. He said call back when you have it and hang up on me! That was not nice at all. Sorry, but they lost my business. What happened to a customer service? !

Bought a certified pre owned Atlas a few weeks ago but AC does not work.
They won’t do anything about it.
Don’t trust their 112 point inspection as not very thorough

Very pleasant purchasing experience. I started thinking about buying a car a few months ago, and I went to this store because it's close to my house. I was greeted by salesman Nadeem, we chatted about my needs and left. After a few months, I went to this store again. To my surprise, Nadeem recognized me and still remember exactly what I needed. So this time I ordered a Tiguan 2023 within one hour. Sales Nadeem and his sales manager Neil Pelling are very Profossional and reliable. I will keep going to this dealer, if I need another VW car. We have had nothing but positive reviews for VW Richmond Hill. When we purchased our new Jetta in 2021, Nadeem was so wonderful. He's so caring and friendly, and helped us out with everything we needed. Eric and Curtisin Service are also wonderful, whenever we go in for oul change, check ups etc. I also love the fact that dogs are always welcome. Clean place and amazing staff. I will always return here, and highly reccomend it as well!

I saw a 2016 Jaguar f-type on their used car lot. Sent an email and received a call from Ray Li. Arranged to come see the car. Excellent price of 63K. These sell for over 100k.

When I came in, I was warmly greated by the new car sales guy.super happy experience. He then sent me to Ray Li. This guy had no enthusiasm. With a nudge, I would have bought the car the same day. We went outside, I started the car, but he wasn't interested in anything further. I asked him about warranty. He said there is none. As soon as I drive out, it's my problem. I asked for atleast 30 day warranty or something I could pay for. He said I need to figure that out myself.

Buying a car should be a good experience. It's a relationship you make, you build on.

VW should stand behind the cars they sell. A 30 day warranty or 3K should be standard.

I gave it a 3 star as the first guy I met was great. He should teach the used car person how to interact with customers.

VW lost a sale as I was super excited when I came in.
