It always a great experience visiting Volkswagen Waterloo. Whether you are a Volkswagen person or not I highly recommend visiting the dealership and book an appointment. It's like you're hanging out with your buddy and end up with a great deal in the process and or service. Highly recommended.

I purchased my 2016 Jetta 1.4 from here about a month ago. I had just written off my Volkswagen Golf at the time and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. Despite the unfortunate circumstances and stress regarding the situation, the over all experience was great and the purchasing process was very smooth.

Evan was my salesperson and he was very accommodating with my work schedule/having to drive from London. He also answered all of my questions and concerns head on which was refreshing compared to some of the lots I had visited before. Prior to receiving the vehicle they made sure the small spot of rust on the exterior was taken care of. I’ve been enjoying the vehicle and haven’t had any issues.

Planned service visit, everything was completed as expected. Ben was my service advisor, and was friendly, helpful and informative. Shuttle service was likewise excellent. I love the use of technology, text messages, including a link to my invoice so I could review before returning for pickup, and online payment, which saves time.

Today i visited Volkswagen Waterloo and had a very disappointing experience. So the advisor was so keen to know my country and where I belong to instead of helping me with queries I had. And in the end he is saying I wish I had money to give you to buy car. We were not there to borrow money or to beg someone. It was ridiculous experience for me. I was not expecting this from a brand like Volkswagen where there is no customer service and respect for customers.

Very helpful staff. Mike went the extra mile to assist us. That type of customer service is not common these days.

After a winter tire change and maintenance turned into a financially painful repair bill, Ben and Alexa made the whole experience so much easier to bear! They were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and downright delightful! From great communication through email, texts, and calls keeping me informed every step of the way, to super enjoyable shuttle rides and even some unexpected “extras”, I can’t say enough about this amazing team. Thank you both so much! Highly recommend.

So thankful to the team at VW Waterloo for the recent tire repair! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and had my vehicle back to me quickly. I loved the clear communication by text to confirm my appointment and to let me know when it was complete. I have reached in volkswagen for programme the remote for my jetta car i have already my old jetta car remote with me & i want to re programme the remote to my new car they took 1 hour after that they told me that remote not belong to this car so thats not be re programme your car & they took 113$ from me for nothing if my work is not done then why they took money i dont understand at the end they told me that your remote number is different from that remote number if they know this thing they should me tell me earlier so i am very disappointment from volkswagen waterloo service station. You knew before my appointment what type of vehicle i have. When i arrived you told me the keys didnt match, so why did u still try and just not tell me start of appoinment that this would not work? You took my money still while being full aware this would not work! Awful practice. You charged me anyways!

We just picked up our new 2024 Golf GTI from VW Waterloo and I simply cannot say enough great things about our experience from start to finish. This dealership deserves all of the stars.

The dealership itself is incredibly beautiful and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. They listened, answered a million of my questions and were accommodating to our needs. We had the pleasure of dealing with both Sales Managers (Shawn Hagen and Jared MacGregor) and our salesperson, Mike Raab, was beyond amazing! He took his time on delivery day to make sure I was 100% comfortable driving away in our new car. We just had the best experience we have ever had at a dealership and everyone was genuinely excited for us when we walked in to pick up our new car which just added to our excitement.
