I can't speak highly enough of my experience with VP Cleaning Services. I had a small kitchen fire and was in a panic as my parents were coming to stay with me and there was ash everywhere. I was really worried about it all staining and after 4hrs of cleaning I only made it out of the kitchen. I called multiple cleaning services but only ever got voicemails, however when I called VP Cleaning Services, I got to speak directly to the manager Lyuba. Lyuba was so nice and helpful, she heard my story and had me send pictures to ensure her team could help. I explained the urgency and she got a team of ladies, Diana and Nerigna, out to my place the very next day; a Saturday. Lyuba explained because it was ash it would likely take longer, so she quoted me 6hrs, but assured me that if not all the time was needed she would not charge me for the extra time. From right after our first call Lyuba got everything organized, sent me a quote, and kept in contact with updates, check-ups, and confirmation. Diana and Nerigna showed up right on time and did an amazing job, the entire house sparkled and they really got every nook and cranny. They worked diligently and made sure to ask me for an specifics in terms of what to clean and if there was anything extra I needed such as windows (glass, screens, blinds). Through the service and after they were completed Lyuba check in with me to ensure everything was going well and to ensure I was happy with the clean itself.

This was truly an EXCELLENT experience. From customer service to the clean itself. I highly recommend VP Cleaning Services and I will be using them again and agin going forward. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 without a doubt.

The lady, I believe she’s the owner, was really nice however, we got the deep cleaning but the cleaners missed spots and we felt the price was too expensive for the level of service received so we wouldn’t use this company again.

Fantastic, Quick Response and very flexible. I needed a reliable service within a short time frame. VP manager Lyuba, came to the rescue. My mothers home had to be prepared for listing and hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years. I wasn’t quite sure how much time I needed and VP was flexible for both less or more time from my original booking. Tatyana was my cleaning person. She arrived exactly on time. There wasn’t a surface that she missed. Dusting cobwebs, ceiling and walls. Scrubbing cabinets doors, wall plates and marked walls. Furniture moved and carpets rolled up. Baseboards, doors and frames. Need I go on. Tatyana didn’t stop for the full 6 hours!
VP may not be the least expensive service out there, but I guess you get what you pay for. Worth every penny. I will be using them again for my own home.

I had a great experience with VP Cleaning Services. They did a deep cleaning for me two weeks ago. I was desperate because my father’s house had not been cleaned properly - probably ever. We had family coming and other professionals needed to come into the house to help my dad. I have never seen the house so clean. The cleaning team was Elena and Anna and they arrived on time all prepared for their first cleaning appointment with me. They worked non-stop for the 3.5 hours they were here for and did a fantastic job. I appreciated that they took the time to do a walk-through of the floors they would be cleaning. We have a three level house and only needed the main floor and second floor cleaned. They were thorough and did an after cleaning walk-through with me. The house smelled and looked lovely and clean when they left. I also received a follow up phone call from the Manager moments after the cleaning team, which I thought was a nice touch.

Tonya did a spectacular job, I had requested a deep clean (inside cupboards, fridge, stove, baseboards, behind furniture, window cleaning etc.) She really went above and beyond and was very thorough, my apartment looks brand new! I could not have asked for much more. I am currently out of town and my house is a mess and asked my cousin to house sit while VP Cleaning Services came to clean. I used the cleaning service for my condo after renovation. The lady who took my call asked me in details what specifically I needed them to work on. I have reached out to four cleaning companies before I decided to go for VP Cleaning Service and they were the only one asking those questions. Everything I said was on their confirmation email. Used this service for the 2nd time and the cleaning service is unlike any other company. They are very detailed oriented, clean walls, and baseboards as well as under beds. All surfaces left clean. Highly recommend Oksana, irina and marine. Cant remember other ladies name but they are all good.

Thanks to VP Cleaning Service! I had after construction cleaning 2 days ago. And the ladies did a great job even they had to cleanup part of the house twice as there were early deliveries, unpacking and some workers still finishing their job. I booked another regular one for next week.
