Staffs are great and professional. Trainings and workshops are provided free and are very helpful. You will also have access to thousands of LinkedIn courses free of charge. Job interviews, information interviews and networking workshops are also very important for job seekers.

They helped me prepare for interviews, work on my resume, get a job, access interview clothing at no cost, print resumes for job fairs, and learn about customer service excellence.
My favourite part of the workshop I attended was the group work we did on scenarios.
The most important thing I learned in the workshop was how to communicate effectively in order to resolve conflicts with customers.
I would definitely recommend VPI to others who are looking to upgrade their skills, get a job, or accomplish any other career goals.
I would come back again if needed, as the support I received from VPI was very helpful as long as I was showing interest in bettering myself:)

Very interactive and brought a lot of different perspectives. Very educational! Would highly recommend it!

The customer service excellence workshop was amazing. It was very interactive and I was able to get a lot of people's opinions on issues. Also you get a certificate which is great as a new comer because it provides me with a Canadian certificate and you also get the option of having the online workshop if you would like to refresh your memory. Alan the coordinator is funny and has vast knowledge on the topic which made the class fun as well as educative. Highly recommend it.
