The only office in KW (that I am aware of) that would give you pricing based on the sale price of your home. I do not understand how their work depends from the sale price, and not things like "result of title search", "is there a mortgage".

I would recommend working with Varun for any standard home purchase or sale. That being said, his clerk, Linda, is unresponsive to emails, makes mistakes on the paperwork, and sends incorrect meeting details, so you'll need to stay on top of things yourself.
