Charged over 3x the price posted online for just a cut and dry. Beware. I was happy with gentleman's cut but could have gone to a high-end salon. Will never be back.

Louise runs an awesome shop! Can’t say enough great things about Vicki and Miguel too, our entire family comes to VSS and they never let us down. They’re friendly, helpful, available and deliver incredible value. We love it here!

They cut the hair exactly as I showed them from the pictures. 3 pictures and it was all they needed!

Vicky is extremely patient and offers excellent service! She was able to consult with me about the colour I desired and suggested ways to achieve my desire look while keeping my hair healthy. I can truly say 10/10. I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair however lately because of work I haven't gotten the time to take care of myself. When I came in I was greeted by a super nice lady (sadly i didn't get her name) and we started right away. My hair was red but was slowly washing off and extremely dry. Instead of just chopping it off, the nice lady helped me choose a colour that will suit my hair without bleaching my whole head.
The people in this salon takes time with their client and treat them with care, respect and patience. They all greet you in the morning and take time to know the clients that comes in.the service I received was immaculate. My hair received an amazing makeover and she gave me tips to keep it healthy. Although another client came in and started disrupting the workplace, she kept calm and continue to focus on my hair without giving him so much attention because if it was me i think i would've said a few things to him lol.
In conclusion, they all treat you with love and care and i'm extremely happy with the results I received and I never been happier. Cant wait to come back!

Amazing staff and great work. I asked for the Korean hair treatment and the work was very detailed, and to the point. The result was unbelievable! Love it! I’ve never been to a salon with great work ethics like this. I was even thirsty and without asking she offered water and a snack! Great work and costumer service 5/5 for sure. I cut my 4 yo son’s hair there too. Will definitely be making this my regular salon.

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a wash and blow dry. I went on a weekday afternoon and was the only customer there so it was nice and quiet. The stylist (Amanda) gave me just the look I asked for which lasted 2 full days and we had a pleasant conversation. The price charged was also very fair and I will definitely go back.

I had my first visit at VSS Salon yesterday, and my stylist was Vicky. I was impressed with the cleanliness and brightness of this salon. I have a sensitive scalp, and Vicky was very gentle when washing my hair. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like, and she cut it exactly that way! She even took pictures of my hair before I left, so she would know what to do at my next visit. I thought that was genius! I am so pleased, and I will be back for my next cut! Thank you Vicky, you do wonderful work!

I visited VSS salon accidentally and was impressed by Vickie's brilliant job. She goes above and beyond to comfort customers. I used to visit different pricy salons in downtown, but never experienced such devotion and attention to detail as in VSS salon. That being said, I would highly recommend trying this salon.

Made my hair look orange. Were rude, not a "thank you" and not a "have a nice day", I am pretty shocked considering the good reviews. Did no even blow dry my hair properly.

I went to this place for a haircut and the service provided by them is great. I just love my haircut. Vicky is very professional and it was very easy to explain her what I want. Will definitely visit them again soon and I recommend you all as well to go and enjoy their services.

I got my haircut by Ida and she was amazing. I just got a haircut after over a year cuz of COVID and she has transformed my hair which I used to get done from more higher end salons I got save service here for only $45. This place I went after reading reviews and I must say the reviews don't lie. This will be my go to salon?

Extremely disappointed with VSS Salon. My friends and I drove an hour to get our hair done, expecting for the salon to receive us. Once we arrived all lights were turned off and if it weren’t for a kind gentleman to tell us they were close, we would’ve waited for a very long time.

We were given absolutely no notice that the salon would not be open due to Covid-19 restrictions. The hairdresser we scheduled with did not bother to even call us beforehand to notify us that the restrictions had not been lifted yet.

Not coming ever again.

The owner booked me in on Sunday just to accommodate before the closure. The store usually isn't open on Sundays. I'm grateful for that. The ladies were very friendly and layered my hair excaly how I wanted.

I wanted to try a new salon that was close by my home. Loved the haircut results I received, it was exactly what I wanted. Overall a great first experience! They also had safety measures in place for COVID-19 which made me feel confident.

Vicky gave me a great haircut here. The whole staff is so warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

First time at VSS salon thanks to a friends recommendation. The staff was very nice and helpful. Vicky quickly understood what I wanted in a new hairstyle/cut. She also made some great suggestions based on my hair type. I LOVE the way it turned out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to VSS Salon for my first time 1 day after hair salons were allowed to open again in June. Louise was kind enough to fit me in which says alot about their customer service. She made me feel so comfortable before I even stepped foot in the door. Vicky was my stylist and I have to say this was the best haircut I have had in years. I am so happy I have found this hidden gem in my neighbourhood. I highly reccommend visiting VSS Salon to friends and family.

Yesterday just visited VSS for the 1st time. It was a great experience.

Vicky was very welcoming and professional. She understood exactly what type of style I wanted, and took her time, not rushing. She was diligent and very meticulous.

I really liked the final outcome, and will definitely return.

The location is great, with plenty of free parking. And the salon was very clean with a very professional look.

So next time if you are in need of a trim or style, certainly give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Daniella has been our Go To stylist for over 14 years. She has produced amazing works of art for my daughter since she was a baby. She has recently decided to go with a turquoise shade and once again she nailed it.we are both very happy!
