Bought a ticket for a dance class on Friday 6pm. I drove 20min on a snowy day and arrived 20min early when the studio is not open. Waited until 6pm, the exact class time, and the school is still not open.
This is simply ridiculous time management. Dont know how they operate a business in such an unprofessional manner. If you cannot keep your class schedule as rule number 1, please don’t sell the ticket online, period.
I waited until 10min past six. No one showed up to open up the school. So I had to leave, alongside a few other seemingly surprised students. I tried to call back on the same night and was met with voice messages only. Apparently no one at the school showed up to deliver the classes they sold online.
If you don’t plan to open as scheduled, why are you so comfortable taking peoples’s credit card and send confirmation emails to them? A total waste of time and money on a Friday night for me. And now I’ll have to deal with this untruthful organization for a refund. What a ridiculous experience.
