Wahlburgers

For an airport dining experience, this wasn't bad. Basic burger, basic sides but served with enthusiasm and energy by the staff. Nice step out of the trafficked Pearson airport and able to sit and take our time (and we had time!). Prices were 'airport reasonable' and we didn't eat again that day - so much have been satisfied and full. Would eat there again if the delays arose again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 10 minutes to be seated and truly believe I was ignored because of my race because the moment a white man walked up, they looked past me and told him to sit anywhere. Truly despicable behavior.

Excellent Double Patty Melt. Situm, the server, was excellent. I hope I didn't butcher her name!

Actually, great experience! Our server was incredibly polite, helpful and created atmosphere of comfort and relaxation! Pleasant attitudes!
Food was quite good, breakfast and burger made our day

Airport food is notoriously bad and overpriced so this was a refreshing find. The pro tip here is that you can turn any burger into a chopped salad at no extra cost! So you get protein, fries, and salad for $20 tax-in. And it was pretty tasty too!

The worst service we’ve ever received anywhere. Waitress initially forgot our order so that after 40 minutes we still hadn’t gotten anything. Finally she came out with one sandwich tossed it at us and then acted surprised when we asked if the other one was coming. We walked out. Wait staff had disdain for every customer there. Not worth it-go somewhere else.

It was my first time at this restaurant. When I first got there, there was a large number of people waiting. I placed my order (The Our Burger) and asked the lead time. I was told 15 mins. While waiting, I saw several bags come out from the back at one time. Mine arrived 9 mins from ordering… along with a few other orders. The burger looked good, however it was cold. I can only assume they wait until a few orders are ready then bring them all out. Not impressed with the cold burger that cost over $14 with tax.

Our Burger ordered. Too much liquid which causes the bun to fall apart. Taste of burger was fine otherwise.

Dry burger, surly service. I understand that working in an airport can be challenging, but the minimum effort shouldn’t be too much to ask.

The fries were soggy, unsalted, microwaved, yet somehow still cold.

The burger was clearly cooked this afternoon and barely reheated. A dry tasteless mess that was a challenge to swallow without chocking.

Truly awful.

The food was good but they have the worst service I've seen in Canada. We didn't get napkins, water or the coffee that we order as soon as we sat down. We were so tired of waiting that we just wanted to pay and leave and they didn't seem to be interested in giving us the bill or the machine to pay.

The prices are certainly high. The burger alone costs about $13.
There was no drink menu, and the staff asked if I wanted something to drink.

When I looked at it later, the drinks cost $4? About.

It was about $23 (without fries).

However, the taste was pretty average.
Japanese Mac is even more delicious,!

Therefore, the price is high. It's very expensive even if you ask.
I definitely don't eat it every day, but it might be good once in a while.

So this is my first time having wahlburgers, and the service was beyond excellent, the woman at the front register was quick, incredibly helpful and very polite. The atmosphere, although in an airport in Canada was pretty amazing. The fries were awesome but the burger was subpar, ivy in a lot of places. I've had a lot of burgers and I continuously review a lot of restaurants as a profession on the side. The size of the burger was great, the consistency of the cook was a little off. Off it was way too greasy and the layering of the lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo was just not proportionate. It was very imbalanced. The only reason I gave the food three stars is because I know the employees there are doing their very best to make sure the customers are happy. Maybe was just an off day but my experience with the burger was not great. Sorry Mark.

Nahht great, the burgers taste relatively good but the patty is about half the size of the bun. My wife’s $13 shocktop tasted soapy, would try elsewhere

It was beyond crowded. We nearly had to walk out because we were going to miss our flight, despite arriving 1.5 hours early. Service staff was bickering and getting upset with the kitchen, it was very awkward to be able to see/hear. On top of that, it's a burger place where the burgers aren't special except that you pay ~20 for a burger and fries.
