My family has been eating at Wakame for years. This year, it has even better service and food. The ability to choose your sauce is a great addition.

My Sashimi came in this beautiful light display. It was fresh and delicious. Love this place.

This is an old favourite. I always like my food and keep coming back. They have good lunch specials and a nice selection on their menu.

Everything was very bland and greasy. Not worth the price but it’s the only sushi place in the area.

I've been to more modernized feeling sushi bars, which makes this one seem rather old fashioned. Even the presentation of their sushi rolls are bland, basic and subpar. The grocery stores has better quality sushi.

Food and service were both excellent.
Much bigger than I thought it would be when looking from outside.

Think about a horrible service, horribe horrible. Waitresses have the worst attitude. Just stay away.

I did not like the autogrtuity of 13% applied to the bill for a family of 6 people. I like to have the option for how much I tip.

Also prices have been pushed up about 20% in the past two years.

The food was great. Service on point but I found that it was a bit noisy when tables were being cleared.
You can order all you can eat or if the menu. We chose to order from the menu and it was delicious.

The staff are rude, they ignore you especially when you call a staff over they stare at you and turn away. I have been here a few times and honestly the staff service has been getting worse. I’m truly disappointed because I use to like this place, guess I have to find a new place to eat!

If you are looking for an ok Chicken Curry dish, then this is not the place. Now if you want a 5 Star Chicken Curry, then you have certainly found the right place.

The chicken is cooked to perfection, the curry is not overpowering and the vegetables will melt in your mouth. I have become a frequent customer because of just that one dish.

Their spring rolls are outstanding, as well as their other dishes.

If you want sushi, my wife swears by it.

For a great dining experience, you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered takeout from this place, for what we got in terms of quantity and the quality of the food I’d say the prices are a little too high for my liking, I think there are better sushi places out there with more tasteful and higher quality dishes. Some of the dishes felt cheaply made in terms of saucing/seasoning.

We love this place and have been coming since my children were young. Now they are taking their kids. Plain simple fare.always well done and delicious.

Great-tasting food with friendly and prompt service. We dined on an AYCE dinner menu around 3: 20 pm for about $92 after tax for two people as seen in the picture. It might seem more expensive than it used to be for some, but this price is on par with other AYCE locations like Mandarin or Korean BBQ houses, and slightly above Spoon & Fork locations @ $25 per person.

Come a little earlier if you are looking for the lunch menu as I was told that lunch ends at 2: 45 here.
If you do come for the dinner menu, there is a very wide variety of options available to choose from. I would come to this location again in the future for a special occasion.

Honestly this is a very fun spot with all you can eat sushi at a great price, great place to come and relax also there's a friendly staff. The Sushi is good but with a limited selection definitely not a complaint because for the price your paying its worth every penny. Guilty of coming here a little too often.

Yes the appearance of the food is lacking, but the speed and taste is the best I’ve experienced for a good while

The quality is absolutely horrible, sashimi was still partially frozen not fresh at all, maki rolls looked like it was done by a toddler.they left out and forgot 2 items in my order. When I called to complain, they were already closed. They don't even deserve the star I gave, to post this review.

Take out order. The spicy salmon Maki rolls were good! A good amount of salmon per roll.
A make or break for me are the cheese wontons! I was not happy. Barely any cheese to any of the wontons (x8). Please fill them up so its not only flour I'm paying for.

This was the Kyoto Box, I ordered through uber eats. The portions were great. Overall downfall was the taste, if I didn't have sauce/dips I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it. California rolls were adequate.

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we found this superb place which friends told us about. We passed a delightful time there with great meal and an efficient stuff and a distinguished cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back soon. We highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I ordered food from here, when I got home 10 mins later it was COLD like it had been in the fridge! I returned to the restaurant and they had the audacity to REHEAT the food in the MICROWAVE after they gave me a hard time and talked about me to eachother in Japanese while laughing. When I got home I realized it was microwaved because my chicken was grey and hard as a rock and calamari had turned brown and shriveled! I also realized they reheated everything since the plastic sauce container was also microwaved and it had melted into itself!

Reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE.

From the first moment you come to this place team give you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a good restaurant to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date.delightful food, qualified chef, honest price and generous service. Highly recommended.

I just went in to pick up online order and the server was beyond rude. She told me to go away and said she didn’t had my order despite repeating my phone number several times. I thought she didn’t hear it so i slid my mask down gently but immediately she started yelling to put it back on also when i tried to show her the email she didn’t look or come close to my phone.

When i gave her the order # and order confirmation# she still said she didn’t had it.

Luckily the old guy who was there was patient and actually listened to me and then apologized saying oh we had it.

Let’s talk food in the pics you can see it looks ok but i had one bite outta my 18 pieces and threw rest 17 in trash.

We order takeout from here pretty regularly. The order is always correct and the sushi is good quality. The agedashi tofu is really tasty.

We came to this place for dinner.my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning.the staff members were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Last week was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had great time with the good service, with the magnificent meal and fine drinks and with the decent payment. We will definitely return there again.
