SHE is the difference from phone call to table to everything she was both down to earth professional honest and fun to be around the time went by so fast and she is absolutely amazing at her craft. I knew what i wanted before i went but Carolyn still took the time to explain everything to me. I wanted an appointment that week but it showed she didnt have any available (of course shes booked shes amazing) but then i texted her and she got back to me right away with the first availability and its so convenient online booking. No hassle no fuss easy booking.
The salon is located in west rouge super easy to get to (scarborough) you walk in and its so quiet and nice and then out pops Carolyn who has an amazing welcoming personality!
I laid on the table there was no pain she was so quick and the lashes were absolutely amazing. I love my set and I cannot wait to go back again and again. The price is great and she is so passionate about her work I adore her. You have to go i will go back a zillion times!

I absolutely love getting my lashes done by Carolynn. I got it done a few years ago for my birthday and thought I would get it done again for my vacation, and they were even better than I anticipated and only took 45min to do. The lashes are super nice, I got a volume set this time and I'm happy I did, it looked so amazing and I barely needed any make up the whole trip. Carolynn is such an amazing person, she makes me feel so comfortable the whole entire time and she does it in an actual spa place so her space is extremely clean and you're laying comfortably the whole time. If you have any doubts at all like your natural lashes being ruined or it not looking absolutely perfect, put those doubts to rest because you're in great hands and its so worth it!
