Walk-In Clinic at Walmart in Niagara by Jack Nathan Health

The receptionists are amazing! The doctors are very nice and answer all of my questions. Dr Colorado is very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Staff is very friendly the DRs are great when I was there rhe DR that was on was DR Luterman he is a very friendly Dr
Now I've seen some negative reviews on here and let me clarify things for everyone.
If you have certain symptoms they will ask you to take a rapid test and return when it's done then they will see you provided it negative. Also depending on your symptoms they might refer you to the ER so you can get better care, it's not about them being lazy it's about your care, they're only a walkin clinic they can treat certain things.

Went the other day with my 6 year old. We registered around 9: 30am and was told the wait would be approx an hour. About 2.5 hours later we were called in. Not a huge deal, have to wait everywhere. The doctor was nice at least. He gave me the req sheet and the swab and told me to give it to the girls up front.
The one girl up front was VERY rude. I had set it down on the counter to get something out of my bag and she spent the rest of my time beraiding me about how now I’ve contaminated the entire counter and she will now have to wipe it down. (Okay?) took me to this back room and demanded I set the now contaminated sample down here, and that most people would have the common sense to do so. I just kind of said I don’t think most people would know to set this here.and she started waving her hands around about how I don’t have to be rude. She said now she would have to send the sample off tomorrow because of what I did. I’ve worked in medical clinics and not once have I treated clients this way. I will not be back once I get those results. Super disappointing to be spoken to that way over an honest mistake.

Dr. Colorado is an amazing doctor who I thankfully was able to have as my walk in doctor the past 4 or 5 times at this clinic.

He is thorough, quick and efficient, all the while providing compassion and care during the appointment. I always get a sense of relief when I see him because I know he will provide the best care needed.

I have back pain since last 7 months, this is the fourth time I go to Walmart clinic, but the doctor doesn't pay any attention to my words, I tell the doctor that I can't even walk 50 meters, but he doesn't care about me. Listen, I don't know where to go to get treatment for my back pain.
I don't know how they treat other patients. ؟
I am very disappointed and saddened by the Walmart Clinic doctors.
The big problem of the doctor was that he only talks about himself, he doesn't pay attention to the patient's words, and he doesn't understand. I went there four times with great hope, but the result was negative.
Well, if I was not treated there, my advice to them is to first listen to the patient and then share their opinion.
The main issue is the waste of time. I waited 3 hours to see the doctor. When I saw the doctor, he prescribed me medicine. I spent two hours at Walmart to buy the medicine.is challenging.
The result is also negative.

This is my honest opinion, this location should be closed, or they need to make some sort of changes. Listen I have a lot of issues with this location, especially the Unprofessional behavior Dr. Colorado.

But today to contacted the front desk to have my medical record FAXED to another Doctors Office. I Previously told copies of my medical record there would be a charge, but to fax its free.

The clerk is telling me she has to speak to the manager to see if there would be a charge, when I notified her of my pervious conversation. It went from I have to speak to my manager to you need to pay for the fax.

This place is getting from bad to worst.

Excellent Drs (Dr. McBride and Dr. Luterman) and front desk staff. Very patient, caring, and responsible for Patient. Best Walk in I've experienced.

I went all the way to this clinic last Friday by bus after continually calling in the morning and they never answered. I needed to get some antibiotics. Upon arriving I was told there was no doctor. I asked why they didn't answer their phones and her reply was they werei showed her my phone and said said you werent answering. Donly go here if you want to waste your timeanswering the phones.

I hot cough and cold for a few days. Get up as early as possible to come to the clinic to doctor. They ask me to grab a covid test kit from shoppers or other pharmacy and come back to do the test in the clinic. Why didn’t they stock some kit in the clinic if they don’t trust my test at home yesterday. The other clinic does have the kit. I ask them to register me first and I will grab my kit from home which only 4-5mins drive probably only take 10mins wait. She said I have to do the test, then she will fill me in. After 10mins drive, the people behind me and new people probably be 20. Why should I wait for 20 people to see the doctor when I came earlier to line up to see the doctor. This doesn’t make any logical sense. Won’t come to the clinic again.

This is my Go-to clinic for quite sometime now! Hats off to Dr. Colorado & Dr. Mcauley!

I wish I can score a 0 also I was turned away just because I coughed once. I was told I couldn't be seen because of having a cough.mean while I have asthma and wearing these masks don't help n is hard to breath with on n I got judged because I coughed once n all I was there for was to get my allergy shots. I will never step back in that ace as long as the women at the desk is working there she was very rude and she was talking out load to a girl about someone and about how he was on drugs.im sorry but people's personal stuff should not be aired to everyone one in the clinic

I was here last week and had the most awesome experience. The girls were so friendly and helpful and the doctor was kind and caring. So thankful for them!

came in to the clinic a half of an hour until close to get a very serious infection dealt with and was very upset when I was turned away rudely.
Especially with having to move and Canada Day hours in effect.

NEVER USE as a walk in. Same yourself and find another one. They have patients and make all walk-ins want ridiculous amount of time.

The staff is very nice. Dr. Mcauley and receptionist Edyta very cooperative and nice. Highly recommended clinic.

Staff assume everyone who walks in has covid. Even when you dont/ have zero symptoms. Doesnt take the time to properly assess patients.
Due to this negligence an infection got extremely worse and had to go to hospital.

After wasting resources on covid test it was negative like i said from the start. However if they had listened in the first place it would have saved wasting a day at the hospital and resources there, and I could have just received my antibiotics from the start.

Do not go here unless you want to waste your time.

Dr Colorado is very kind, patience and extremely knowledgeable. I have been coming here almost a year. Staff is friendly and service is great. We appreciate Dr Colorado for all he does.

I have been trying to book an appointment or to get a refill of my diabetes prescription. Waited 32 minutes listening to the same message on the phone and finally had to hang up to manage my frustration! I cannot imagine that they are so busy to at least tell me of the situation. Disappointed.

Repulsive treatment from the reception desk. I called ahead of my visit to ensure they were open and a doctor was in and was told yes and they were open till 4. Upon arrival, I was informed by a notice on the door that you must call ahead - why I was not told this when I in fact did call ahead is beyond me. I arrived at roughly 2: 45 and made my call, which was ignored and sent to a message loop letting me know their hours. I watched through the window as the receptionist sat at her desk with a blank stare, almost as if just watching the clock tick to closing time. After 32 minutes on the hold loop, the line went to the beeping of a phone being off the hook. This is because now it was officially an hour before closing and they no longer had to accept patients. From this point forward, their number is "unavailable" when called.
Their plan worked perfect! They can get out early on a Friday now because they simply didn't answer the phone or treat their potential patients with any sort of humanity. This was my first experience with this walk-in clinic and will most definitely be my last. Luckily I was able to head to the nearby MedCare Clinic at the old Square plaza, who welcomed me right in and had my in a doctor's office within minutes. Save your time and go there instead.

The telephone never answer it and the opening hours are very limited, for example they say that on Friday they close at 7 pm and at 4: 00 pm they don't register any more appointments.

Went in with what I knew was pneumonia.dr checked me with a stethoscope and sent me on way said nothing was wrong.went to hospital sure enough pneumonia. I would highly recommend staying away from this place as the dr really doesn't seem to care nor listen.

I have had trouble finding good family doctors which is why I just stick to walk-in clinics when I'm really sick. I went to another walk-in clinic prior for blood work 2 months ago and they said everything was okay then sent me on my way when I wasn't feeling well. I went to Dr. Kamotovich today and he foreseen everything and went above and beyond to explain my past blood work, reassess everything and actually give the proper referrals of what I needed (which I honestly wasn't expecting with my luck) so thank you! I have been here a couple of times and even though it is a very busy clinic the lady at the desk (didn't catch her name) did acknowledge that I had been waiting a while and was sincere.
My tip: is to go right when the clinic opens maybe even 15 minutes before.

We took our 2 year old daughter there for a fever and a bad cough, she wasn't eating much and not playing at all. The doctor told us she is fine it's just a little cold and that we are over reacting parents. We explained her history and why we were concerned and he still said we are over reacting. The next day her fever gets worse and we take her to the ER. Turns out we were right and she has a infection in her lung. Never going there again.

The doctors are really unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. Dr. Mcaugly was the person you should never visit. My wife was having lower back pain which is normal in pregnancy the doctor didn’t examine my wife. Just asked her where the pain is and said she is having a kidney stone you have to rush to the hospital. And wrote a note didn’t do any examination didn’t prescribed any medicine. And why was new to Canada she didn’t have a health card. And he wants to go through all that process without even doing any examination. Trust me though I am from a 3rd world country but our doctors are far better than this type of people. I think he don’t even know how to deal with a pregnant woman. People who wants to waste their time, money and energy visit this clinic.

This walk in clinic is absolutely terrible and I would suggest No one coming in to this place for any sort of medical check up. The wait time can be approximately be from 45 mins to 2 hrs at the very least. Also, the entire clinic seems to consist of recipionisits who clearly either have no no expierence in dealing with patients whatsoever;However, I will say that the doctors are very kind and taking a long time during each diagnosis they make.

The staff and direction have no idea on how to manage wait times. It's like we're back in 1960. A two hour wait becomes four hours and then five. I understand busy, but if it's going to be five hours, say five not two. Been here 3 times in two weeks and every time I've been lied to. I miss the valley Way clinic.

Total wait was over three hours to be talked down to by the most arrogant unprofessional man who spoke medical lingo the whole time. He couldn't wait to be rid of us. We felt the same way. Front desk did their best.

Went on Tuesday to get refills on meds. The Dr.was very nice as always but when he said hello to me in another persons name I showed him my Health Card & Passport. Went back to front for them to change that. They should check and look at Health Cards to make sure that it's the same person. Well she had to change it a few times as the computer was not working only to find out she had the keyboard on Caps Lock. She was very ticked off as she wanted to leave to go home. This is how huge mistakes are made and no wonder the Health care is so bad. I liked the Walk In Clinic but after this mess I won't be going back and since I don't live in the falls it does not matter anymore. Was only in the falls on Business and won't be back.

First time visit to a walk in clinic. I wanted a referral to a Sleep Clinic.

I waited about 20 minutes. I would have gladly waited for hours and hours if that was the wait time.

Doctor was great, he knew exactly what I was going through and was quick and efficient in giving me a referral. Front desk was great about faxing my completed referral form to the other Clinic.

All these services were Free, including filling out the referral form for me.

Would 100% recommend and go back if needed.

My visit to the clinic today was fantastic. Nicole is one amazing lady. Some patients got called in to see the DR as I was in line to check in. It took about 5 minutes to check in and by that time the patients who went in before me were already done. I didnt even have time to sit and wait I was in the Drs office immediately. Same with the other people who checked in after me. We were all In and out in Half hour from check in to receiving my prescription and handing it into the neighbouring pharmacy. It was fast and easy and I was able to get there and home in under an hour. Now I can relax and focus on getting better from the comfort of my home and not wasting half my day in the waiting room. Nicole is an absolute goddess thank you so much.

Thankful for helping with a few things that a quick medication fixed but my long term aches and fatigue was not solved at all. I had to keep repeating myself, didn't ask about the overall picture, would often feel worse after leaving this place. Usually wait 2hrs for a 5 minute conversation if that. Lost faith in the healthcare system after my bad experience here and another doctor. Going to a much better place now that looks at the whole picture, takes notes and isn't rude or brush you off like its not real or majorly affecting your life. Never coming back here.

Went in there at 2: 00pm on Sunday but was told they are not taking any more patients although there was no one in the clinic. Hours states they are opened till 3: 00pm.

We’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous when we were told 20 minutes. Staff is friendly yes but the wait really kills

Really my only complaint is the Waite times and not being able to be seen I’ve been turned away twice with very sick kids ‍️!
They hardly answer there phones or at least when ever I call they don’t pick up. I can’t just go there to be turned away as travel is difficult for me.

I understand that you have gotten back to me I’m not happy with your response! Don’t answer immediately ok well I called every 5 min from 1 to 4 no one answered not one time that’s hours in between you guys need to put a full notice on ur web page and on ur phones so we know

I have gone to this clinic a few times and I totally disagree with some of the comments below. This clinic in my opinion is by far one the Best Walk In Clinic's in the Niagara Region.and Ive gone to a few around city. From the moment you walk through the door you meet with a warm reception from the nursing staff and the one that stand out is the beautiful black nurse sorry i don't remember her name but she's always smiling funny and kind with the kids & patients. Sure the wait time can be long somtimes Ive waited 2hrs however they give you the option to go shopping and come back. As for Dr's they are Amazing! My Fav are Fri Dr. Mon Dr. Tues & Thurs Night Dr. They take time with you when you are in the room! You ARE allowed more than one question not even my family Dr allows that. So when I see people complaining about wait time well that's because they spend time with the patients even though your just walk-in.try ER see how that works out for you.

I am giving this clinic 5 stars becoz of Dr Kamatovic. He is the best Dr in this walk in clinic and sometimes when l feel my own doctor is not good l try to go when l know he is at the walk in clinic. For years l was treated for athritis anx pumped with T3s by my own doctor but Dr Kamatovic ordered a series of tests for me l mean a ton and he got to the root of my problem. I had fybromylagia and was in pain for years. Now l am on right medication and not relying on pain meds. Thanks to him. The other Drs are nonsense that l can testify sometimes when l am sick l will go see who is in if its one of the old wizard looking ones l will go sacrifice at the emergency room they just dont care about what u tell them or your symptoms. If all of them were like Kamatovic it would be the best clinic

Drs. In this clinic are so uncaring. They just want their day to go quick due to the high demand of the place and send you home with whatever they think is basic, I am not sure if is an strategy for you to comeback, but each time you go, is a guess of what you have.you get prescribed medicine you don’t need and no explanation of your condition at least you keep asking. Treatment is poor, uncaring and uneducated. Waiting times can vary depending on the day but if you are in a busy one, expect to wait 2 hrs. Receptionist are friendly and helpful but other than that, I do not recommend this clinic.
