Rude receptionist. They said my health card didn’t work so when I came back with a new one 10 min later she didn’t let me in because they were “closed” even though it says that they close at 3 PM and it’s 2 PM right now.

This place does not even deserve a single star.
The receptionist is not helpful and the doctor was very rushed too.

Dr. Youssef was very quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a quick check-up.

The receptionist and doctors were very rushed, only giving me 2 minutes before moving on to the next person. They're impatient and have no respect. They did not listen to me, completely ignoring what I said.

I would have given 0 star if I could. I was suffering from chronic headaches and nausea, and the only thing doctor Nancy Yousef can come up is that perhaps I'm pregnant, without even asking me if there are any medications I am on, or further investigate into the problem. There are so many other reasons that can cause those symptoms, and being pregnant is only one of them that anyone watching soap operas can come up with too! The Rude and aggressive secretary who doesn't even let you finish your sentence to be able to comprehend what you're trying to say, before starting to repeat whatever is that she is saying aggressively! They don't even have a verification of Illness form for the most famous university in Toronto, and the secretary doesn't bother to print one out for you. She sent me back home with that headache and nausea just to print mine and bring it back to her. Then when I'm trying to tell her that please make sure there is the doctor's initials beside the boxes, they think I'm trying to cheat or something and don't give me the sick note. These people should be police officers, not working in the health sector where you need to have a minimum compassion and patience with your patients.

Used to be good it was a quiet day but Dr Yousef didnt seem like she care and she looked at me like I was ignorant.

Very rude with an awful attitude she clearly hates her work. Beware of this woman she doesn't care about her patients at all save yourself the time and see another doctor who will actually show a sliver of empathy and kindness because you won't get it here. She will also give you incorrect information and make you feel like a product on an assembly line. She is obviously just collecting her pay cheque until retirement.

I went to see this doctor in January 2019, with a complaint of a non stop cough with phlegmn. She has sent me home with a puffer and a suggestion of the over the counter cold cough syrup. Her diagnosis of nasal drip due to cold turned out to be false. I was diagnosed with pneumonia a few days later after an X-ray was ordered by another doctor. It was a silent case pneumonia without a symptom of a fever. This doc in a box/ walk-in system needs an overhaul. Imagine walking around with a serious infection like pneumonia for 10 days without knowing it. The patients are limited to one question, without a thorough examination at the expense of the public who is at risk.

Have been going to her since my twins were in pre-school now they are in middle school. She always greeted us with a smile. A true asset to the neighbourhood.
