If I could give this a zero, I would. One day open one day closed there are no consistent times. Every week the hours change and no one knows when they are even open.

This place USED to be good, relatively quick, nice staff, bam. I basically go to get a quick injection (which I unfortunately can't get done anywhere else) and the last few times I've gone, it has taken literally forever. They have signs posted about how the staff doesnt deserve verbal abuse, but at a certain point you have to know people are going to lose patience. I waited today for THREE HOURS to get a shot that took all of 4 minutes. Firstly, they take people in chunks, so they fill the waiting room and don't let anyone else in until it's empty, which results in a HUGE line of people outside the clinic (where there are no benches or chairs) for hours, then when you finally get inside, there are signs about masks being mandatory and literally no one (including the pregnant (?) receptionist!) was abiding by those rules. Masks were not provided, encouraged or even mentioned. I am on medication and have auto immune diseases so I have a terrible immune system and my partner (who was with me at the time) has cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.so I don't LOVE he and I sitting in a room with children coughing their heads off, a woman eating her entire lunch messily and other people who are obviously sick (it's a walk in clinic!) for hours on end. The clinic itself SAYS it's open every day, then when we got there one day at NOON there were signs saying it was closed for the day because of "high patient volume" but it was dark inside and locked (so not sure where all these patients were?) then there were notes about it being cancelled another random day this week for the same reason, today it was supposed to be open until 4, but we got in at 2 and the woman closed it shortly after sighting too many people again. Either get enough doctors to properly STAFF this clinic, or change your hours! It should absolutely not take me multiple tries (like 3 different days in one week) and THREE hours of waiting, standing on concrete (I have joint and mobility issues) and additional hours of my bf and I sitting in a crowded room full of sick people in a MEDICAL FACILITY without mask enforcement to get a damn injection that takes all of 30 seconds. Absolute nightmare.

Saw the response. I wasn't trying to discuss ANYTHING to do with patient confidentiality or even the substance of my appointment.so this seems like a catch all reply yall post instead of actually addressing the problems that EVERYONE has posted.how is discussing the clinic closing randomly and not adhering to their on clinic hours at all related to "patient confidentiality"? Why is talking about the INSANE wait time related to my personal visit? And why is the fact that MASK RULES WERE NOT FOLLOWED related to my personal visit? Nah. It's bad. You don't want to take responsibility or make any changes, and that's one thing.don't make it seem like these are individual patient issues.they are CLINIC issues.

Waited 3.5 hours in line with a sick 6 year old only to get sent away an hour before closing because there was too many patients inside for 1 doctor.clinic is only open on certain days and hours and it changes almost weekly because they have different doctors come from the hospital with different schedules and times to run the walk in clinic. Seems like Health care is not a priority and a big fail in New tec.

Terrible service. I was told by public health to give them a call to get a blood work requisition to prove my immunity for HEP B so that I am able to attend my school placement as a PSW, because I don’t have a family dr, and the receptionist hung up on me in the middle of me explaining because she didn’t want/didn’t know how to help me.shouldn’t be on the phone taking the calls if you don’t care to give anyone any help. I’d stay away from this one.

Worst doctor that could ever be at a clinic.

I’d rather wait at a hospital than see her again.

Great clinic with professional staff and doctors.
They do not answer their phones though. And they sometimes stop taking patients hours before their closing time if their waiting room is full. If they answered their phones so I could possibly save myself a trip if they're closed for the day, that would be very helpful.

I was in and out with 20 minutes including the Covid screening. Very professional office. Thank you!

I got a medical examine for my driver license 4 months ago. Well the doctor didn't fill it out properly. The ministry sent me a letter saying it needs to be filled out properly. Now they are "temporarily closed" what I joke. I want my money back.

I don't know why this clinic has such poor ratings. I took my son today. The receptionist was great, asked all the questions I expected to be asked and then asked me to have a seat. I think we waited about 45 minutes to be seen, which I feel is pretty standard. We saw Dr Ozan (sp?). He was very nice and personable but what I liked the most was that he told me symptoms to watch out for, when I could expect them if they were to occur and how to feed my son if he refused to breastfeed. I will definitely return to this walk-in if required in the future.

This clinic was amazing. It’s one of two walk in clinics in alliston and it’s much better than the other clinic in town. The wait time at the Walmart clinic are shorter and they have the option to let you walk around the store till your ready to go into room.
25 March 2020 17:29
Terrible! I would give this clinic 0 stars if that was an option. Took my daughter, who had obvious cold symptoms, waited forever to be seen, to only have her looked at for less than 2 minutes with the doctor only listening to her chest to tell us that she’s fine and nothing is wrong. Only to have her taken to the hospital because she was, in fact, sick and needed attention. Shame on the doctors at this clinic!

The staff both of them were super efficient, kind, caring, thoughtful and just down right wonderful. The Dr (Dr. Soric) was kind, caring, informative, and took the time to listen to me and discuss with me my options. I don't think I will ever go to the emergency room again. This was the best medical experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of living. Thank you so much everyone.

Been throwing up and had a swollen throat for two weeks straight waited for a hour and a half for the doctor to tell me I was wrong and nothing was wrong with me.

Checked the website last night to see what time clinic opens next day (9am). Woke up early this morning (Sat) to take my daughter however when I got there, there was a sign in the door that said “sorry for the inconvenience, clinic will be closed today. Website currently still says “open today until 3pm”. For this reason, I’m rating my experience a 1 star due to lack of communication and service. It’s bad enough that the clinic is closed for the rest of the week due to holidays, that they had to close today unexpectedly (for whatever reason) when it is most convenient for us.

I’m very frustrated with my experience I had yesterday.my ears have been bothering me for the past 4 days and I already knew I had ear infections. Instead of waiting to see my doctor, I went to the clinic so they could just give me antibiotics.well, I waited around for over an hour just to get told that I have “fluid in my ears” and I get prescribed to a nasal spray and cold and sinus Advil. I don’t even have a cold! Things didn’t seem right and I was lucky enough to get an appointment with my family doctor today.she told me right away that I had ear infections in both ears. She also said that my one ear was so red it looked like it could explode.that being said, if your doctor at your clinic can’t even diagnose an ear infection how is she suppose to diagnose anything else. I’m frustrated because I wasted my time to get diagnosed improperly. I’m not even a doctor and I could tell you that I didn’t need nasal spray for my ears.

This place is a joke I called in at 320 told them I was coming from beeton I get here and they are closed and never told me they close the doors at 4pm wasted my time and my sick daughters time so annoyed with this place

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Showed up one day, hours say open but door is locked? Showed up the second day, waited around with a buzzer and told to walk around walmart for over an hour to then be seen and asked questions by a nurse, to then be re-asked the same questions by the doctor. Then they did a test, results came back negative and yet they STILL prescribed me antibiotics. I was unimpressed to say the least. How does that even make sense? Anyway I got in with my family doctor two days later and my doctor said this walk in clinic is a prescription pushing clinic and useless and I should have just gone to the hospital. OH AND TO BOOT, they gave me antibiotics assuming it was one thing (THEY WERE WRONG) and turns out it was something else entirely. I will NOT be back! STAY AWAY!

The staff was really lovely- until we got to the doctor, he was extremely rude and cold, always giving us a stare with furrowed brows as if we were wasting his time for even being there.his tone was completely unprofessional, we're not going to be coming back here.

First time at a walk in clinic in a very long time. I was very impressed. We got the buzzer and walked around Walmart which was so much nicer than sitting and waiting. The visit was brief but the doctor was friendly. Staff were all good. Very pleased.

ABSOULTLEY HORRIBLE!
My husband and I took our 3 year old son here who's had a fever and having a hard time swallowing for a good two days. We saw the Dr. (who seemed annoyed that our son was crying) he looked at my sons mouth and ears and told us he had a version of STREP THROAT " but not Strep" and said to give him Advil for comfort and that it will "go away in 7-10 days, and if it gets worse i should go to ER. " (then hospitals tell you to not come to ER if its NOT AN emergency? ! How about telling Dr's to do their frickin JOB first!
My mom instincts kicked in and decided to make the drive to Vaughn to have him looked at by our family Dr.for a second opinion. THANK GOD I DID! HE HAS STREP THROAT! We were prescribed medication.
FACT/SIDE NOTE: Just because you went to medical school, it doesn't make you a good dr. That goes for EVERY PROFESSION.

People, DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!

I called the office at 4: 12 today and was told by the receptionist that they were open until 7: 30 but that the Dr wanted to ‘leave soon’. I told her I was driving from Brampton but that my husband wanted to bring my daughter in because she had a bad earache. The receptionist then told me that If he got there within 15-20 minutes that the Dr would see her. My husband arrived 13 minutes later and was turned away by the same receptionist. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. On another occasion the walk-in showed open online but when we arrived he doors were locked and the walk-in was closed.
My husband asked for the owners contact number or head office line to file a complaint. He was given Burtas number (office supervisor). I called her when I got home from work and told her what had happened and from there it was excuse after excuse. She actually had the audacity to tell me that these doctors work long hours sometimes up to 12 hrs a day. Really? You think that’s a professional attitude to have? My husband works 12-14 hrs a day doing manual labour and he wouldn’t dream of using that as an excuse for anything. Burta also mentioned that they have 5 doctors on staff and STILL can’t keep up. Well, I think there’s a serious problem that needs to be addressed if that’s the case. Either fix the problem with your walk in or just shut it down. I’ve lived in Alliston for less than a year and experienced this 3 times. I have never, not once, been turned away at any walk in in Brampton or Toronto now have I ever shown up to a ‘closed’ walk in during the week. Obviously it’s not just me who has had a bad experience like this because you will find hundreds of complaints on the FB community page as well. Fix it. It’s an absolute embarrassment to your practice.

I just waited more than an hour with 2 sick children to see one of your doctors - there were also about 10 other patients waiting as well for the clinic to open. Only to be advised at 10: 15 AM by the pharmacist next door (who spoke with someone on the phone) that the clinic was actually closed today, despite the hours posted online and on the door to the clinic that you would be open at 10. Apparantly you "forgot" to change the hours yesterday when you decided you were going to be closed today. Clearly there is no consideration for other peoples time. Disgusted and disappointed to say the least!
11 January 2019 22:19
I have been at the clinic for 2 hours and 45 minutes and am still waiting to be seen. I think this tells us that we need more health care options in the area. Even my family doctor did not return my call for an appointment.
22 November 2018 12:10
What kind of useless doctor and medical staff cant administer allergy shots? This one.thats who. What a waste.
13 October 2018 11:10
This is absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to my life! Very rude and abrupt not to mention the receptionist, who keeps the door open while she takes her information down this is complete invasion of my privacy as well as my sons! My son who had a very high-grade fever and I we were sitting in the waiting room and a young lady came in and she was “in this morning“ they let her bypass us and go in because she was just getting a shot. Regardless my son has been throwing up and is here for a much greater purpose than just a shot absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend this clinic anybody. Save yourself some time and aggravation and drive to Tottenham where the clinic there is much more efficient. I should’ve done the same but just enough time.

They have the nicest reception and nurse working there! Awesome patient sevice from Linda and Heather!
16 July 2018 3:47
Almost no wait time! The nurse who initially assessed me and Dr. Hassan was friendly, thorough and competent. Very happy with my experience today.
19 June 2018 14:48
Update: received a very pleasant call with an apology and was assured that things would be taken care of and issues would be solved. Good customer service

Receptionist was nice and short wait time. That being said I thought the doctor was terrible. She was there for maybe 2 minutes, didn't ask me anything beyond what the nurse wrote down, she didn't offer me anything for the pain I was having, very dismissive, can't even close the door for privacy concerns, I heard everything that was said to the patient next door. I showed her something I was currently taking and didn't even bother to look at what it was. She quickly tells me i have a viral ear infection (something ive never had before) and doesnt even explain what to do or how to handle it. I've been to many different doctor and clinics in my life and I've never felt more rushed and lack of attention in my life. Clearly she doesn't care, nor does whoever responds to these reviews as this looks like this is an ongoing problem with this woman and seems like nothing has changed. Very insulting to be treated like that, especially considering it wasn't even very busy.

I went to the clinic this morning because of my neck. I woke up and couldn't lift my head off my own pillow. Instead of going to the ER I figured clinic would be best. Dr came in, asked what was wrong, I told her. Not once did she ask a single question, not once did she even ask me where my pain was! She was quick to prescribe something my mom takes for her lupus (don't forget I had a sore neck, not an auto immune disease). This woman never even looked or felt my neck, never explained why she was giving me a prescription. After going to the ER (because the clinic was pointless) I was told I tore the trapezius muscle in my neck and was Given a strong anti-inflammatory by injection and the same thing in a prescription as well as something for the pain as my neck couldnt even hold the weight of my head up! 100% waist of time!

I went in with suspected broken finger. Short wait of about 20 minutes. Doctor was very thorough and got my xray document. No complaints

This Clinic needs new front end customer facing staff. The "receptionist" and "room/patient prepper" are impersonal, mechanical and strip the care from health care. This is the only walk-in in Alliston, so they treat the patients as disposable, like they are a bother to them and just another number. If you have any other option at all, go to another clinic/medical office. This is THE WORST health care provider I have ever been to, but unfortunately in Alliston we do not have many other options. It is worth the drive out of Town to get care that is more professional, compassionate and understanding. Wait times, no matter what time of day you go are 2 hours, and don't you dare leave the premises, or else you lose your spot and they are not forgiving or reasonable when it comes to this unwritten rule. Alongside unreasonably long wait times, there is no where to wait, because the office does not have enough seating capacity. Administration is falling asleep on this office, much change needs to be done or the second a new clinic comes to Town, the Walmart Alliston Walk-In will be CLOSED. You can't get away with treating people in such a horrible manner, you are supposed to be health care providers! Get better staff in there and plan for better accommodations.
