Great service. Special shoutout to Dr. Jose for caring for our family and to Akshay for helping us with the appointment. Worth the trip and worth the wait.

By far my best experience with a walk in clinic. The doctor and the pharmacist were both fast and friendly.

If there will be option of 10 stars i can give. Doctor Sameer is too nice and knowledgeble. He will thoroughy do all checkups that needed. Usually doctors just come ans leave within 2 minutes in other clinics. Movea from brampton and we dont have family doctor but got hidden gem in cambridge for walkin.

Couldn't be happier with the care we received. Instead of just prescribing an antibiotic for our sons eye infection, the doctor told us to first try using a natural remedy of salt and warm water, while using baby shampoo to clean the gunk, which worked like a charm (also prescribed the cream if this didn't work). Will return without hesitation.

Jose is very good. I wish he wasn’t a walk in doctor. He listen to my issues and give me a referral and explains things to me

Went here for the 1st time today. Seen Dr. Sameer he was friendly, efficient and thorough. Pharmacy staff were also friendly.

Dr Jose was God sent for my family. Very caring, takes the time to listen to our concerns and gives the best solution. He truly cares about each patient. Best of all, he is amazing with kids, even gave my kids fist bumps at the end, kids were smiling and wanting to go back!

The first time we were here, was a great experience. However, the more we have to come back, the worse and worse experience we have.
The doctor says "traditional" things that are blatantly disproven in the last couple decades
He doesn't believe his patients,
And now, the walk in clinic is appointment only, meaning you have to register online for your time. The waiting room was empty, and there were a large number of "appointments" ahead of us. This is irritating

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had such a great experience with this clinic and their staff. The staff here are very kind, empathetic, and incredibly thorough with their assessments. I found that they truly listened to my concerns and made a point to make me feel welcomed and at ease. It’s clear that they care very deeply for their patients. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Customer service was lovely, wait time wasn’t too long and since i’m local I was able to register then head home til closer to my appointment time.

The only reason why I don’t want to give 5 stars, is because I don’t want other people to discover this gem. I do not have a family doctor and I suffer from eczema so whenever I am in need, this is the place to go.
The customer service, care and patience they offer is something I’ve never experienced in a medical setting. They truly care about their job and more importantly your health. Dr. Sameer is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and has been the utmost help to my situation. He is so non-judgemental, this is the first time I have felt comfortable telling my health issues to a doctor. When you are going through serious health issues, it is nice to feel heard and not simply rushed out the door: he has always showed diligence in observing my concerns, giving appropriate recommendations/medications and referring to a specialist if it is out of his scope of knowledge.
Tamara who works at pharmacy has also been incredibly kind: she always takes the time to explain each medication in detail instead of just giving the very basics. She took the time to answer my questions (there was a lot) and did not once get impatient with me. She even made recommendations for non-medicated products I could try out, and even took the time to write it out for me which I really appreciated.
I cannot recommend this office enough; thank you guys for your level of utmost care, and for always going above and beyond.

The doctor felt like a family doctor and he actually took the time to go over everything and diagnosed exactly what I had. Even though he was sure, he still took precautions and got me a blood test and xray. When it came back, it verified his initial diagnosis.

It's almost impossible to find a family doctor but I am definitely going to be back here if I need to.

I loved how they had an estimated time for the wait and let you leave and come back while you're name is in the cue.they actually called me and told me to come back in because they were ahead.so helpful for a mom with multiple kids and no child care. Dr. Mehta was thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.he treated my daughter's UTI so well with the utmost care and concern. I have a new doctor as of next week so I probably won't need to come back to this walk in, but I highly recommend.they were VERY organized.and it was so clean.

I was seen very quickly and the doctor was so helpful and professional. He helped with the immediate problem and told me how to prevent it in the future. A great experience!

I’ve been to this clinic three times now and I have been blown away by the service and efficiency of it all.
The doctor is attentive, caring and kind. Truly spent the time with both myself and my partner to figure out what was going on, did an exam and asked all the appropriate questions. And also to do our TB tests. He is very good at breaking it down to a point where it is understandable and helpful to be there.
The pharmacy staff are very nice and took the time to explain my prescription to me.
Wait times have varied all 3 times we’ve been, however under an hour each time - which is amazing for a walk in.
Overall very impressed with the clinic and the staff who are there. Definitely the place to go if you’re needing to see a doctor.

Incredibly kind staff! Both the Doctor and pharmacists were very helpful and efficient. Doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and evaluate fully! The pharmacy -Explained all medications and were polite when i asked multiple questions. Would recommend to family and friends for sure!

I highly recommend this walk in clinic. Everything in one place, doctors were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very happy with my experience.

Better then my family doctor actually took the time to diagnose what the issue was and made me understand how to resolve my situation I have much more confidence in the service here then I have in my own doctor now staff are all easy to deal with and friendly highly recommended will be returning until I find a new family doctor or this guy opens his own office

Absolutely incredible here. My partner and I needed emergency travel medication last minute as we leave today, and they happily helped us and got us all set for our trip. Both walk in service and pharmacy is amazing! Everyone was so kind and eggar too help. This is my second time here and they are consistently wonderful. Highly recommend!

I go to this doctor's office a lot, not only because it is the closest walk-in to my house (and I just seem to have a lot of medical issues), but the staff, specifically the doctor, has been really nice to speak to. I am never worried that my concerns won't be taken seriously, and I appreciate that the most when visiting any doctor. I already recommended my mother see this doctor as well, and she absolutely loves coming to see the doctor as she says the same: the doctor listens, and takes each concern with the upmost care.

Excellent doctor who genuinely cares for you as a person. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Very quick and efficient service at the pharmacy.
