I agree with most of the comments here, one of the worst clinics in Ontario. They book 4 times the capacity and keep people waiting with appointments. My wife had 4: 15 appointment and she saw doctor 6: 20 which ruined our entire evening schedule and my kids got stuck in day care the entire evening.terrible service

One of the worst clinics to get services from. They make you wait for an hr and tell you they don’t have the results of the test and tell you a virtual discussion can be done later. Call you back saying they forgot to attach yo file and at the virtual appt they ask you to come in. Just a money making scheme to double tap the health card. Avoid if possible.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 1.5 hours after the appointment. Still unable to see the doctor. Very unprofessional. Horrible

Not actually open till 8pm and the doctor went on vacation so now it’s not even actually open till 5pm

Is rude and disrespectful, I had to see her as my family dr Fiona wasn’t in yet. I was tryna explain to her what medication I take and I said “ Dr Fiona knows what works for me” can u believe this lady started screaming at me that I shouldn’t tell her what Dr Fiona knows. So I said ok I’ll shut up, only for h to ask me exactly what I was tryna tell her. At this point I’m searching for a n w family Dr, while I think Dr Fiona is amazing I won’t think a family dr who also does walk in is the best fit for me. I have a condition yet every month I gotta come get pain meds instead of having my meds on repeat or at least have my repeat in the system so when another dr sees my they know exactly what my family dr has approved for me to take. Cause when I have to see another dr I gotta explain everything and they don’t wanna give me what my dr gives me. I’m exhausted and I’m feeling let down by this health care system.

The front desk staff at this medical clinic is excellent. They are professional, courteous, attentive, and have great multitasking skills. They made my visit smooth and stress-free, and I highly recommend this clinic for their quality of service.

Receptionist is very rude, unorganized and has no acknowledgement or respect for privacy. It's a shame because Dr Hu is amazing.

Great experience. Receptionist was friendly and efficient, the wait was short and Dr. Fiona Hu was excellent!

Worst place ever. I walk-in here they said it’s 45 minutes wait time she said come after 45 minutes I came after 45 minutes and I waited there for 2 hours

Called them right when they opened to get a estimated time, they had no wait times.

When my wife got there they were helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean.

The doctor went above and beyond to look after my wife.

Came in today and had great service from both the doctor and receptionist. The receptionist is very caring and compassionate.

Fantastic service at this location. Dr Kamran is a great doctor, and understood my symptoms. Receptionist was also very kind.

Edit; I didnt mind waiting until July, it was the fact i couldnt be given an exact time and was told to call back. I could rate 0 stars I would. Not even a patient here and I can tell you to steer clear of this practise.
Called today to book a new consult with Dr. Fiona Hu, was given a date in July, when I asked for the time I was told I would have to call back to get it?
It is the responsibility of the office to call and advise the patient of a time, not for me to continously call and try and find out the time of said appointment. Will not be booking.

Worst experience ever. Dr. Manpreet Gill forgot to fax the prescription to the pharmacy we agreed, went there for nothing. Second day I called the clinic, it took them a while to find me in their system and they told me that: was a misunderstanding the Dr told me to take Advil. Which was a lie, the Dr never mentioned that, he told me to go to the pharmacy we agreed in one hour to pick up the prescription.

Visited for travel PCR test. Was assisted by Maheen through out the process. Courteous staff amazing customer service.

I dealt with Halton Medix. Their service is amazing and quick. Maheen and Kamran were the guys I dealt with and they are outstanding.thank you Halton Medix for your top notch service

Maheen is very helpful she is at front, the way she is handling patient is very good and polite.
Dr Sadia is very nice she listen to you and give you time overall it’s the best in milton.

Dr. Kamran is my family doctor and I am very pleased with her services. Maheen is always active and friendly and always respond in time.

This Walk In Clinic is very good, Dr Feona is my family dr, young professional but very nice and caring doctor. On top, Maheen Hassan at reception does her job with responsibility and very kind.

Dr. Kamran and Dr. Rasheed are very professional and listen to patient patiently and examine thoroughly. Had very good experience during Covid when they responded to calls.

The front desk coordinator Maheen is very cooperative and assigns appointments at request and calls to remind. Once I called her from USA and she coordinated my call with doctor efficiently. Excellent follow up.

My concern is their telephone system. They should have more telephone lines and staff.

All experiences have been wonderful! Maheen, receptionist, always smiling and VERY helpful. Dr Hu is a fresh breath for me. She is very attentive to my health issues. And the pharmacist is so pleasant and knowledgeable. Very gr8ful this clinic was available for me! Thank you.

Very nice and clean place, staff is very good and cooperative. Maheen is always very helpful and pleasant. My family doctor Dr. Fiona hu is very knowledgeable, approachable easily available when ever required. I really found a good clinic in Milton. The clinic has so many positive points that I don't mind waiting a bit over phone or in clinic. Overall 10/10.

I have been visiting clinic from last three years and had good experience with Dr Sadia Rashid and the receptionist Maheen.
Maheen always been helpful and courteous.
She greets well and save my time by her quick response.
Dr Sadia always been kind to me and has good understanding about my health.

I would like to highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist lady is very nice and friendly. She always help me and my family to arrange appointments very quickly, And always very kind and patient. Comparing with several other clinics, you don't need to wait a long time for phone call, and it is easy to get an appointment very soon. My doctor Fiona Hu is very professional and friendly. She is very responsible for every patient. She always answers all my health related questions very nicely and give me many helpful suggestions. In a word, wonderful clinic, wonderful receptionist service and doctor.

I visited this clinic before my trip to Mexico. Needed to get a covid-19 test and the staff was very helpful and responsive. I was taken care throughout the entire process. Hands down best clinic in Milton!

My family Doctor is Doc Kamran she is very knowledgeable listens to me carefully. The front staff is also very humble
