Walk In Dental Clinic

Went to them for my root canal problem and consultation instead felt they were more interested in using all my insurance benefits. The dentist and surgeons are really great at their work but an honest consult for a serious issue was lagging. Now I have to redo my root canal (expensive surgery) without having any dental coverage available since they used most of it doing non urgent restoratios and xrays. Again for emergency needs and quick solutions they are great. But if you need real advice they will try to take all your money

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned earlier I was talking about the root canal surgery this was done long back, if i wasnt clear earlier this clinic didnt do my root canal. I had come in to consult about a pain I was experiencing and I was told that yes, you may need to do a re root canal. I was then told the cost of the root canal and after explaining that I didn't have too much coverage. My complaint is because i was told that I needed to complete tooth filling of my other teeth which wasn't of importance. My point is close of $600-800 of my coverage was used towards filling which could have waited and not shown importance and I was called repeatedly by the office for this when I wanted to consult only on the root canal. This could have been avoided had they referred me to an endodontist which another dentist who I visited had consulted for rather then asking for CBCT scans and spend more money. I am not asking about the xrays and cleaning that was done I am talking about the restorations that were completed and the importance of the root canal being understated.

Dr. Karimi is a very skilled dentist and a really nice person. She runs the whole clinic while caring for each individual patient without making you feel neglected or rushed. Her staff are also tops.
Parking is free and the plaza is in a convenient location around Yonge and Finch.

Dr. Karimi is the best dentist in Toronto. She is caring and very gentle when she worked on my tooth. I totally recommend her for your dental work.

It's been more than 3 years that I am getting excellent service from this clinic, Dr. Shideh Khalil Akbar is doing great job with caring of my health, she is absolutely expert in her career and I wish her all the best and prosperity.
All other clinic members are very organized with extreme respect to their clients.

Walked in to this clinic a few months back for regular cleaning and they told me my dental insurance was not found on their computer. I agreed to consultation anyway. 4 X-rays 1 panoramic X-ray and 600 dollars later they prescribe me 55 dollar mouthwash and sell me a toothbrush for 15 dollars and told me come back in 3 months for cleaning. This place is not friendly at all. They did not explain anything well and pretty much rushed me out of the door. Environment is purely transactional. DO NOT RECOMMEND … I have been to 3 dental office since to test the computers and to see if my dental insurance shows and sure enough it shows on every computer at each one of the dental offices I visited. Go figure right!

Not everyone loves their dentist and hygenienst I do. I have been a client for over 20 yrs. Whether I had a dental plan or not Dr Karemi always helped me. She is expert at what she does. I almost fell asleep during a root canal? Rose my hygenienst gets better every time I see her. This is the only place I go. With sincere appreciation

If they know you have a Dental Insurance they will charge you alot, even without asking if they will do this you will be shocked you will pay alot.

I have Amazing experience in walk in dental clinic. Dr Karimi is so professional and her diagnosis is the best, I have seen in my life her office is so neat and all the staff are so polite and she gathers all specialists for any job you need I highly recommend this dental clinic to everybody.

I had gone to them and brought my dad also, they went butchers on me. Did cleaning in 15 minutes and caused lots of pain.and I had paid the regular price for check up and cleaning. I am still having pain, and believe thorough cleaning wasnt done cause my gums still bleed. Very Unprofessional***************************

I was in town for a business trip and I had a toothache. I was able to walk right into this clinic without an appointment and they were able to take care of me. The staff was very friendly and the dentist was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this walk-in dental clinic!

Ive been here three times already and im very satisfied with my male dentist. He made a good job with my wisdom tooth removal. Then after a week, followed by tooth filling and cleaning. He gave me health teaching on how to properly take care of my teeth. Very smart and kind. And giving me discounts since i dont have medical insurance. And its going to be my fourth visit this december. As well as thank you to the very pleasant and welcoming lady receptionist, miss carmen for always booking me and reminding for the appointment. Wont be hesitate to recommened this clinic to my family and friends. God bless always!

I went to this clinic to get an emergency wisdom tooth removal. Everyone at the clinic is very professional and kind. My tooth removal was done in 10 minutes and I felt no pain at all. The recovery went perfectly and they even checked and cleaned it for me for free a week later. I was back to my regular routine in 3 days. I’m so thankful to this clinic for resolving my wisdom tooth pain. I haven’t had a migraine since. Thank you guys!

I have been coming here since I was 6 years old (2006) I make appointments every couple months with my siblings and I am always waiting 2-5 hours for my appointment to even begin. They demand money without explanation. I have insurance that covers my dental needs and they still try taking cash from me every time we go in. They are only here for money and don’t care about patients. I paid for braces at this office and my orthodontic work is atrocious my teeth are no where close to being fixed and I have spent 5000 dollars plus. The staff yells at you and gives attitude whenever they feel so

The receptionist is so rude. When I called them to confirm the procedure, she was literally without her patience and shouting at me. Even caught another person's phone call while she was talking to me, and asked me to hold to let them finish first.

First and foremost, we are writing this review to thank Dr. Karimi and her staff. My husband took our little guy, who fell and had a bad injury inside his mouth and two baby teeth almost knocked out. We were desperate to find a dentist on Saturday afternoon and called many places in vain. It was a godsend when Dr. Karimi's clinic let us in on such short notice. My husband was so impressed by her professionalism and compassion towards our son. Thanks to her care, our son is now recovering and doing well. It's nice to know that there are still these skilled, kind-hearted doctors where we live. She is one of them.

I went here for an emergency appointment for about a month ago. I meant to leave a review because of such a great care I received but I forgot to.but here I am now! I remember reading some negative reviews here and being scared to go, but I can assure you (those that are reading my review) that there's a high chance of them being fake. Dr. Karimi was NO WHERE close to over-charge. They were respectful of my time and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you, Dr. Karimi and the receptionists for providing a quick and safe care.
