Bad reviews are accurate. Came at 7pm their voicemail and online hours said they closed at 8. They turned my mom away an hour before they closed

I came another time and actually got through to the doctor and he did not listen at all to what my concern was - he gave me a prescription that I told him many times I did not want- I didn’t even bother picking up the prescription from the receptionist and went straight to another doctor who actually listened to me. Would give 0 stars if I could!

I just looked online at 6 pm said it closes at 8 the secretary said they had 2 hour wait but online says 1 hr. I have a small child and they would not see her. This is not acceptable, they are the only ones open this late and my last hope for daughter. Awful just awful. So sad

The WORST SECRETORY. Nurse or whatever those two sitting at the desk are. TERRIBLE/MISERABLE and VERY INHUMANE.
Im NOT FIGHTING or ARGUING TO SEE ANY DOCTOR. They put my OHIP card through the system but I can’t see the doctor.

Plus they reach CAPACITY. If its walk in i don’t think it should have a capacity.

I WONDER WHO RUNS THIS CLINIC?

My wife was a big problem and when she called the clinic they said that they will be there till 7 pm and we arrived 6: 20 and she said that they are full and cannot take more patient. This isn’t the way to refuse a pregnant woman that seems to have a sudden problem and no one cares.

They close at 10pm but the receptionists refuse to take patients at 5pm? Rude

Horrible walk in clinic! Avoid at all cost.
Better going to the emergency then going to this clinic. The receptionist are rude and speak poor poor English they give you attitude for asking them if there's walkin availability like hello you are a walk in clinic. Walk in learn basic English walking means you can take both Legs and walk right in to be seen. At the end after waiting 20 minutes I was first in line they said no Dr today ohh how nice why did I wait 20
minutes for? Medical service is 0 stay far far away if you want to catch covid visit this walk in.

Please find other walk in clinic if you sick do not waste your time here, never answer your phone & looking only healthy patients, these doctors are burden on our health care system.

Save yourself the trip! Ignorant staff. Called the clinic prior to bringing my 4 year old. Spoke to an ignorant staff member Christina.on the phone she advised me the last patient would be taken in at 7: 30 pm (when the clinic closes at 8: 00pm). Walked in at 7: 25pm with one pt. In the waiting room. She told me they have reached capacity. Disgusting human being you! This is what humanity has come to and our disgusting Healthcare.

One of the only clinics to show an updated reliable waiting time online, organized enough to call you when it's your turn to come back and flexible hours (open til 10 pm on a Sunday). The receptionists and PAs here are great! Wait times were long, but at least they weren't sending people away unlike majority of other clinics in York Region.

We arrived at 9 pm and they refused to see me despite being open and having no patients waiting. Their phone system is not updated and the receptionist was rude.

This walk in clinic has its own hours aside from the hours on the website. I went to the clinic with my daughter at 7: 30pm, there wasn’t anyone in the waiting room and they told me that they are not accepting patients for the rest of the evening. According to the website they are open 10pm… not the case!

I'm so happy that I came to this clinic and met Dr Tanzima Islam she's extremely friendly and easy to talk to, she made me feel like I was talking to a friend and that is extremely important to me she is a amazing doctor and really cares for her patients. She's extremely professional and would highly recommend her. I live very far and I will continue to travel to come see her. All I can say is I highly recommend her.

The worst waiting experience i have ever had with a walk in clinic to see a doctor we had to wait 2.45 H just ridiculous when you have kids with you, try somewhere else so many othe clinics in the area, I wish I knew that be4.

Honestly I’m just shocked she exists.
Dr. Dr. Tanzima is an absolutely amazing doctor for families. She cares so much about her patients I pray she stays with the clinic. She is a thorough non rushed experience doctor which is a welcomed changed to the horrible Walk In Clinic service you get now a days. Dr. Tanzima Takes the time to review your issues with you and finds solid solutions for you and your family. She cares for children when parents are stressed and have been waiting she understands our pain me tries to cheer up the kids and make parents feel at ease. She reminds me of my favorite aunt. The one that always knew how to make you smile. My wife and I have brought our children there and each and every time we go our kids smile and stop crying because of her warm demeanor and nurturing approach. I cannot say enough good things about her and this clinic. They truly are a class act. I know wait times can be long but know they try their best to get you into a room as quickly as possible and also give you a time frame to return to the clinic If your tied up with your little guys. Again I could not be happier with the quality of care my family receives from Dr. Tanzima. This is an amazing clinic filled with great staff and doctors. Job well done.:)

The advertisement that says “short wait times” should be reworded to read “long wait times”. The advertisement is inaccurate. The wait time is 2 hrs according to the receptionist.

1) Waiting time was 1.5 hrs to see the PA, since only one PA works in the office which is pretty rare for walk in clinics. 2) Receptionists are not responsive and lack of empathy for families with small kids. We were told to do antigen tests at home, but turned out had to wait for such a long time without being informed of the waiting situation over the phone.

Came in as a walk in. Got there at about 6 pm. I waited for about 2 hours.needed to get testing done, which was my main concern and some prescriptions for allergy medication. Upon checking out I'm told that I have have come back to drop my testing sample because the pick up will be to late and the sample will expire. Not only that but after getting home I realized that my prescription was under the wrong name/wrong health card. I'm calling and no ones answering.a bit frustrated considering I waited 2 hours to be in the same position as yesterday.

The receptionist is a absolute piece of work! I realize it’s Covid and no one wants to be at work but Jesus some people still need to see the doctor. She has answered the phone with “what” and then through your the conversation wouldn’t even listen then hung up. I went into the clinic after getting zero help from her on the phone and it was the same story! Nothing but attitude I didn’t even end up seeing the doctor and just went to the hospital as I was having a somewhat serious and traumatic experience. If I’m the only one who has had a this experience I’ll be shocked.

Very rude receptionist. She might be new. Walked in and greeted her and her attitude was just awful. Asked her if she was having a bad day and she sarcastically admitted she was. That's not my fault. If you're not prepared to be kind to pleasant patients.how do you deal with the not so nice ones?

I’m always coming to this location to get my medication the hi is the closers to were I leave because I don’t have family doctor in Canada.end there always give me the same.just lust time doctor Ayaz said that 30 years that I’m using the buffer not good end tried to give me steroid end his trying to convince me to get this steroid i have just asthma for 30 years that I’m living I’m happy with my buffer end the only thing that I gonna change this is that location

The staff here are wonderful! I didn’t have to wait too long. The doctor was so nice and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend this place. If you call and no one answers - leave a message they will call back within 5-10 mins. You have to understand not every call can be answered when they are ALL doing 110% of their job

Called tonight 10 minutes from closing time. Receptionist seemed kind and accommodating and told me she would make arrangements for a virtual appointment for me tonight and in the next half hour I should get a call. It’s been well over an hour since I called and I haven’t heard from anyone. I regret giving my health card number and personal info to this clinic plus I’ve missed the opportunity to drive myself to another location for care that’s open until 11pm.

I tried to see the doctor today, however the receptionist wouldn’t allow to since my health card had recently expired. She kept saying try to understand our policy. I told her there is no health card renewal now, “but you can do it online” she goes, I said not even online at this moment. Oh but our policy is. I told her I understood, you may call Health Ontario. She repeated again but our policy. She was useless unknowledgeable, I had to leave without seeing the doctor.

I called the clinic last week to ask if getting a TB test would cost anything, for my daughter who requires it for her program. The receptionist said there would be no charge. Today she went there & they told her it would cost $35. I tried to explain over the phone what the receptionist last week clearly told me, but the woman today kept insisting there was always a charge for the test. I later called York Region Public Health who confirmed that TB tests are funded by the government for students.

I love this clinic and practice design. I am so thankful to Sarah for always being so kind and helpful. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and has cured me and my family many times. Will highly recommend this place to everyone. It is hard to find good care providers like her.

Three weeks ago I visited the clinic for the first time because my family doctor is not working. I could honestly and easily give 10 stars had there have been such a thing. My experience was second to none. Dr. Freedman is the absolute best. He did for me on my FIRST visit what my family doctor couldn't do in 5yrs. He has changed my life for the better.to reiterate, on my first visit. I don't want to get started on the staff and their professionalism, coupled with the utmost cleanliness of the clinic.there's a lot to say and it's all positive.

The receptionists are so rude they need training and they never respect u they feel like they are prime minister and never care about the patients I had really bad experience coming to this clinic they always disappointed me please hire polite people’s

Great doctor, wonderful front staff and amazing service. Worth the wait! He made my son feel comfortable and calm, even throwing in a few jokes to make him smile. I recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr. Freedman and team.

I usually do not write reviews however this needs to be said so that other patients can be weary.

I went to this walk-in clinic as I have had a good experience with Dr. Freedman and Ayaz (physician assistant) HOWEVER Sarah one of the other assistances was unbelievably unprofessional.

I went there with pretty severe abdominal pain and diarrhea for 7 days. Sarah pretty much disregarded anything I said and told me there’s nothing she can do for me until I get tested for covid. And prescribed me a medication to take for my acid in my stomach to help with the discomfort (so she said) but she was very pushy to just get me out of the office and tested for covid. I dropped off my prescription and stated I would be back as I was going to get tested for covid right away. I tested negative. I went back to this office the next day and saw Ayaz (who was amazing And knowledgeable)

He proceeded to tell me to get the medication that Sarah prescribed me, which I did and paid $35.00 for. The pharmacist explained to me what the meds were for and guess what? Sarah not only prescribed me the WRONG medication (she prescribed me an allergy medication) AND too high of a dosage. I went back to Ayaz right away who was extremely helpful provided me a refund and provided me the right meds. However I’m writing this review because this is extremely dangerous. Sarah should not be able to see patients on her own if she is rushing and not listen to patients concerns and prescribing them the WRONG meds and the recommended dose That was considered an OVERDOSE. This assistant should be reviewed. Who knows how many other people this has happened to. I will be speaking with a manager for sure. This was clearly a mistake but a very dangerous mistake. I would never recommend her for anyone.

I’d like to say that Ayaz was more than helpful and I would see him in a heartbeat. I do not feel that Sarah is efficient or professional at her job.

I just wanted to share how patient and welcoming the receptionist/doctor assistant was. I had called her a few times prior to coming in to ensure the doctor was there before hand, and each time I phoned she answered promptly and kindly. Thank you!

Pretty sure the lady at the desk forgot about me completely. I filled out the forms and everything, presented my health card, gave her my number, and after an hour of waiting she still looked at me puzzled and asked "whats your name? ". After I told her, she looked through her pile and repeated my name with last name and coincidentally, there was a room open for me even though nobody stepped out. There were even people who stepped in after that I saw enter before I did. I sat there with chills even though im sweating profusely. I was too afraid to leave to shop in Walmart incase I got called in but I just found out they had buzzers through other reviews. It should be a norm to offer those if the wait times are this long. I'm a clinic nurse too so I'm aware missing your name being called might put you at the bottom sometimes

I came in at 1pm and they are on lunch. They told me would be quick. I waited till 1: 20pm a nurse/ receptionist came out said the one who is taking patients will be out shortly. Waited till 1: 35pm, another patient ask how long is the wait. The response is 2 More mins. We didn’t get to register till 1: 45pm.

It would be nice if there is an exact time of lunch hour online or just on the sign they put out.

Initial disappointment. I called to find out if ultrasound and xray facilities are also available at the same location. The representative answered. "yes. If doctor refers for it", which was fine. However when I reached there by taking off from my work, doctor attended well. But found out that there's no x-ray or ultrasound facility inside the premises. I just needed that cuz, it's hard for me to take an off from my work and go to different places. The girl who answered my call was from Phillipines origin (I assume as the one who was there after half an hour of my visit on Dec. 9th -Monday.
Doctors are great. Knowledgeable, providing services by showing empathy to the patients, asking multiple questions. Wait time is bearable.
However on the weekend - Dec 15th.it's not that great experience I had. I arrived around 2.45 pm. And came to know that approx 2 hrs is the wait time. I gott a buzzer from front desk, and went for my shopping in Walmart, which was really helpful to utilize my wait time in a productive way.
However front desk representatives were not attentive at all. Two were on duty. Both were in lunch room again and again. I had to approach them by going towards their lunch room twice. Keeping the desk unattended, was not professional and helpful. There should be a bell or something to call them, instead of walking towards their private rooms. Felt like those kids were busy munching on Christmas chocolates instead of doing their duty with loyalty.

Doctor Freeman and the doctor assistant are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Doctor Freeman cares about his patients very attentive and professional. I'm so glad to have him as my family doctor. The stuff as well they are extremely caring and they solve your issues quickly.

The doctor saw me and did not give me any medication for my soar throat, lately I became worse and could not walk. Not professional doctor at all

Terrible.says opens at 9.went in for 9 was told doctor is not in until 1. Went back home waited until 1, went back was told the doctor was sick and wasn't coming in and there wasn't a replacement, I was told there would be a doctor in tomorrow! How does a walk in mot have a replacement doctor!?

I've been here both for the walk in and the lab. Staff from both departments are super friendly and welcoming. The clinic and lab are very clean and organized. Super convenient to pop in as they are open every day with great hours to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended!

Scam artists, provide fake information, doctors are incompetent. Told me the doctors name was Sunny Honda. Do not go here

Very long wait time with an unprofessional receptionist. The long wait time could be on the account of the fact that she allowed patients who entered the office after me, see the doctor before me and her explanation was that it would be a very quick checkup - horrible service

Was very pleased to see execeptionally professional physicians and physician assistants at this clinic. They diagnosed my husband and referred for urgent surgical consultation in a very timely manner. No other walk in clinic would have done this so fast and so efficiently. 5 stars from me.

Very clean clinic with professional physicians and assistants. Diagnosed my condition on first visit while other walk in clinics could not answer my symptoms for a long time. Would definitely visit again.

Usually don’t write 1 stars but this place is a discrase. Receptionist is rude and sloppy. Doctor and his assistant walking up and down the hallways chatting like it’s high school. Was told a 15 minute wait but ended up there for 3 hours. Ended up being helped by a “doctor assistant”, who was really no help. This place needs help, I would be embarrassed to be associated with this practice. Zero stars, you earned it!

Don't weist your time I visit clinic it was not a doctor only asistent doctor with at first come in room and didnt wash his hands second after my explanation of problem. I ask if he know how to do assesment. He sad yes. When he did assesment I understands he didn't know anything and he didnt wash his hands not before and after assessment. As result he ask me come over other day when more expiriens specialist will available and he feel uncomfortable to prescribed antibiotic. I just dont unersdent why he even try to do this type assesment if he has no expirinse and knowledge. I went in hospilal after this doctor assistants. It takes 4 in ER assesment done and meds given. Don't spend time better go to ER then in this clinic with not professional staff
