Walk-In Medical Laboratory and X-Ray

I've been coming to this clinic since I was a child. The system the have at this clinic is abysmal. I needed a refined version of a wsib form 8 that can be printed off the website. This was an absolute hassle trying to get with both the women at the desk and the doctor. The physician I saw wanted nothing to do with completing forms. It was an atrocious experience. This will definitely be my last time coming here.

I came in for a walk-in about some ear issues. The wait wasn’t too bad and they later scheduled me an appointment with a specialist. I get a text telling me it’s cancelled and get rescheduled for the following Monday (which is today). 3 hours before my appointment I get a call telling me it’s cancelled AGAIN.

Now I have to wait until February for my next appointment.

Absolutely terrible

Very long wait and forced to sit in a room with no ventilation. It’s October 2023 and after COVID and various other illnesses people are experiencing everywhere, it’s only common sense that all walk ins should be equipped with adequate or even better than standard ventilation. It’s ridiculous….

Absolutely ridiculous.
They tell you to arrive 30min early for an APPOINTMENT and there would be an $80 no-show/cancellation.
I waited a total of an hour past my appointment time still waiting. Had to rebook the appointment to the next available day 2 MONTHS away

Dr Phillipe N.is the best pediatrician. He actually takes the time to explain thoroughly what the child is experiencing, the course of the illness, the expected duration of symptoms, recommended foods and foods to avoid for the illness. I saw him in three separate visits for three of my kids and felt well informed and heard after each visit. I started coming to this clinic after feeling rushed with my family doctor at every visit and not feeling satisfied with the diagnosis. The check in is also simple. You can check in in advance so you’re not waiting for a long time. I’ve also seen other doctors there who also took the time to listen and explain. Overall, I recommend this clinic.

Sick for 3 days before coming there. The docotor in room 11 did not even let me finish my description of symtpons for day 1. I am not running on and on, he literally cut me off in less than 1 min.

The doctor in office number 23 is not qualified, behaved aggressively, did not want to listen to the problem due to the fact that my daughter's English is bad, I do not advise you to go to them at all

Front desk staff should not be swearing at patients or doctors when you have customers standing in line and are able to hear all that you are saying (3May2023 at 10am). She was constantly swearing and using foul language while registering patients and talking to all with an attitude. Staff needs to be trained or taught how to deal with patients because this attitude doesn't fly in this capacity.

Ridiculous behavior of staff is not tolerable and doesn't leave a lasting image.

Don't go here if you don't want to be treated like a dog. The Doctor doesn't care of your health but your money.

This place has recently improved significantly. It has blown me away with the service. They have a new automated system via text msg which makes it so fast and easy for me. I

It seems most of the negative reviews were during the confusion and chaos of covid. Since things have started opening up, I think it's gotten better.

I'm super happy with the speed at which we saw a specialist. I called for my grandpa, and got a call back within 15 minutes from a doctor. Then I was told to come to the walk-in, as the issue couldn't be treated over the phone. We signed in with security when we got there, and waited 5 minutes in the car before being asked to come inside to a waiting area.

The first reason for the 4/5 stars: we waited in the waiting area for about 20 minutes, and this was a bit disorienting because there were multiple waiting areas and nobody was there to greet us, so we weren't sure if we were in the right place.

The second reason was that the place badly needs renovations - there was peeling paint and old signs and photos. That along with the low reviews made us a bit nervous.

However, the care we got once we saw the doctor was great. He resolved the issue very quickly.

Overall, a great place to go if you want to get care quickly.

The new services take forever. They should put online that they are no longer an actual walk-in service as you have to wait over 45 minutes just to get a call back to enter the building.

My opinion literally gets worse and worse everytime i come here. This place is absolutely horrible for wait times, respecting clients, and communicating. You could wait on them for 3 hours with no heads up that they are even still getting to you, then be called on the 4th hour and told to come in like nothing even happened. Go anywhere else if you can.

I've been going to this place for almost 10 years now, Very convenient.
Due to covid, It has somehow fallen off the wheel, People are more rude, they're not available behind their desk and although you are the only one in the building - they still make you wait. This is a great place I just hope it revives and provide good experience.

Quick and well organized service. Got in with sprained foot and had x-ray done the same day onsite. The doctor was friendly and helpful. Their system is efficient.

Website advertises they do urine test/analysis and walk-in only. This is false advertising. I was turned away and was told they do not offer urine tests. What a waste of my time driving there on a weekend! Horrible experience! They need to fix their website!

Waited 2 hours to get inside to see a doctor. The first hour waiting turns out the security guard at check in been negligent and didn't even registered my phone and health card number. Waited for nothing. The most garbage service I have ever received. GO ELSEWHERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

The staff of the entire Walk-In is overall good. They are processing tons of people at a time so it's understandable to take on a factory approach. The one star is for the X-Ray staff. I've been here many times over the decades and they are always been rude and/or unpleasant. It's like a commitment. If you make any mistakes on the forms or lacking any information, you gotta come back. The bottom line is I don't feel my health interests are a priority here.

Aside from one of the doctors dismissing my year-long cough symptoms and calling me a “fantasy” over the phone, this is my go-to walk-in and was generally satisfied with the experience and result.

The question is: Are your needs met when addressing or consulting a specialist about your symptoms or heath concerns? My answer is Yes, for the most part.

I find the 1.5-star averages are a little over-exaggerating, but nevertheless everyone has different experiences. I do recommend this clinic to anybody - there’s also a pharmacy on site for quick drug pickups.

Extremely rude and ignorant staff. Long wait times. Test results get lost all the time. If you want to be treated even remotely like a human being don't go here.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I came 3: 30 because they ask you to arrive half an hour early. And I never got a chance to get my appointment! I waited until 6 and they closed the office. Do not come here no matter what. I wait 2.5 hours in my car for a phone call. I texted and called the office while I was waiting to make sure they didn’t forget about me. They kept saying a doctor will contact you soon. But never did. Awful.

I don't write reviews normally, but this place is making me very angry because of their treatment. This place must be closed and replaced, it's the worst clinic I've ever seen, their system is terrible. I can't believe how is it still running? ! How is there a clinic like this in Canada? ! I hope that we Canadians and permanent residents can do something about it and report it to CPSO (The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario). Please everyone make a complain against this place.

Extreme long waiting time, staff doesn’t seem to know where and how to place patient file organized for doctors, when i asked why, they told me to ask the doctors instead.their negligence costs patient waiting time.
