The professional and knowledgeable technician showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with the furnace, completed the repair promptly, and had the furnace up and running again. He took the time to explain what the issue was, how it was fixed, and then went over the bill thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Biggest rip off, all they want is your money. You are just a dollar and it is very clear. They are WAY overpriced. Use another company, any company, just NOT them.

We recently, purchased and had Walker Climate Care install ductless cold climate heat pumps in our home. We are new to the area and decided to get a quote from WCC based upon their excellent online reviews. When Kate came to our house to explain how the product works, she was very knowledgeable of everything, from the product, installation requirements to the rebates and purchase. We had two other companies quote on this job and nobody came close to Kate's knowledge. Nobody else even mentioned the gov't rebates. Then just a week later we had Danny & Ashley along with Amo & Brad spend the first day installing the heat pumps, with Danny & Ashley completing the work the following day. They were all outstanding. All 4 were very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my questions and preferences along the way. Each one of them are the kind of people I'd certainly want working for me if I owned the business. Then, the following week, last week, Ed came by the house (we had had to have some electrical work done before we could power them up), to power up the units, ensure they were working properly, and to also answer any questions I had. Ed was a really nice guy. Very informative, polite, and friendly. Overall, our experience with the staff at Walker Climate Care has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They really look after their customers. 5 stars for sure!

Review 1 (2022) Walkthrough & estimates done last week with Kate. Hot Water system & Heat Pump installed this week. Colton & Danny did an efficient, clean job for both. Would definitely recommend Walker ClimateCare.

I gave a 5 star today’s service call. They were prompt. Jayson was very polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was with our unit that had become noisy. The part that needs replacement is still covered by the warranty. No hassles. I remain pleased with Walker Climate Care.

Had them install an AC unit and replace hot water tank when I bought my old house 2 years ago great service then.
Now my furnace died, they were in that day giving me quotes and in the next with installation, even gave me some space heaters to keep warm over night with no heat. Amazing service from start to finish! Definitely recommend

Useless company, have been without a hot water tank since last Friday 24 of February. All i get from Tom is a song & dance about nothing. Today they where to get a part in, told by the reception maybe tomorrow? It's like the heat pump that they installed brand new last July/2022 rusted on 2 side panels $8,000.00 cash i paid still no new or replaced heat pump or panels. User this company at your own risk.

Although a quote was provided, Kate gave us some options to try first that may help our situation and was extremely knowledgeable.

It was a welcome change to have a company in that wasn't trying to upsell us or sell us something we may not need.

If the recommendations do not help, we will be sure to call Walker ClimateCare to complete the job.

I had to call Walker climate care because my thermostat was not working. They came the same day and the receptionist contacted me by text message to tell me that the technician was on his way. Leo, the service technician who came, checked out the thermostat and it turned out that the batteries were dead! I felt really silly because I didn't know the thermostat took batteries but Leo was extremely understanding, professional, and provided great prompt service. Also because he was only here for a few minutes he did not charge me for the visit which I really appreciated. If you have any needs for furnace or AC repairs I strongly recommend Walker climate care just as I always have in my previous review. Way to go Walker Climate Care!

When instillation came, Amos and Josh did a thorough and professional job. They cleaned as they went so you’d never have known they were even here, except that now it’s many degrees cooler! Edward came for my afternoon appointment to fix my worn out sparker on my fireplace. Which he made easy work of. Well he was here. My furnace started acting up. It was a real head scratcher. Easy access and communication with Darcy. Easily understandable options for our new HVAC replacement system with natural gas to replace the old oil furnace. Excellent installation options.

Service men were knowledgeable and very helpful. They did a great job. However, I booked one month in advance for HVAC and Heating maintenance which Walker had installed and serviced for over 5 years. I confirmed all parts were in stock at that time. One week before service, they called to have me order the HVAC cartridge as they no longer had one in stock and could not find the part number. The person handling that call was told they should have the part number in their system. They found the part number but apologized that they might not be able to perform the HVAC maintenance as planned due to lack of filter cartridge part they had previously confirmed they had in stock. Then they had the audacity to try and sell a service plan for $10/month. HVAC still not serviced.

We belong to the WeCare program with Walker Climate Care.
They do yearly maintenance on our equipment and are on standby 24/7 if an emergency should arise. It is a comfort to know that everything is working up to par and if any small issues are noted, they may be repaired/replaced before a major issue/cost occurs.
Our furnace, fireplace and heat pump were installed by them a few years ago. Today, they installed a tank-less hot water heater.

The entire experience was easy, I got notified by text message ahead of time when they were coming so we could get ready and the paperwork was all done on a tablet. The tech was downright pleasant, he took care of the task at hand, answered my questions, and left the work area clean. All in all, a positive interaction.

Just the perfect storm of just wrong, all of it until the end. Air exchanger not properly installed (3 out of 4 vents installed wrong) Weird. Had to shut it down. Also they left a mess water all over the floor. Drywall all over my shelves were left not cleaned. And a hole in the wall not repaired, oh well sorry. Then I find out that the furnace is not working I call before its closed and pretty much told tomorrow. Customer service tried to tell me I need to read the manual and that they will bring me one. Brock shows up and saves the day confirmed all of the problems, took some pics and fixed it all. TOO BAD.

The company that installed our unit and that has been coming here for 10 years just lost our business because their technician was upset that the cat litter was in the same room, in spite that we removed the cat litter and cleared a path to the side door the company refused to return to repair the equipment they installed, very unprofessional. I will never reccomend them

Brock & Will were absolutely great. They came this morning and installed central AC in my house and I am now enjoying the coolness of AC as I write this. They were courteous and knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use the AC before they left. They left everything clean and tidy.you would not know anyone had been in the house. I would highly recommend Walker ClimateCare for your next furnace or AC unit. Their service is great.

The service was excellent all around! Right on the ball. Telephone service was exceptional also. Very professional. The tech answered all my questions and made sure everything was explained clearly. I did not feel rushed. Made sure if I had any other concerns etc.to contact them. Very polite!

Very good service and will use again. I had called Friday and was able to get a service completed Monday. They were transparent and upfront with the cost and the service technician was informative and open to any questions. I very much appreciated reviewing pictures of findings on a large screen tablet, and didn't feel pressured into decisions regarding my equipment or their care plan. (the service found an aging part that may need to be replaced in the nearer future).

Jason was the main installer of the fire place. He was very easy to work with and it was obvious that he wanted to do the job the correct way. Harrison is the apprentice and seemed eager to learn. He was not afraid to ask a question on a procedure that he was not sure of but once it was confirmed what was required, nobody had to hold his hand to get the job done.

I called on a Wednesday. Kate came by the next day and gave us a quote. Brad and Amos came by on Friday morning and by the afternoon our new A/C unit was up and running! We couldn't be more pleased with the quick courteous service! The office staff were great when I came by to settle the bill! Also.the A/C unit we chose is so quiet! 5 star service plus!

Kate was very knowledgeable and super nice to deal with. Josh and Leo did the install 2 days later! They were very professional and friendly, and did a great job. We have an annual service contract which serves us well. We also had annual service contract fir four units in a rental property which has been sold.

Water heater died. Walker came in gave us quotes for all possible replacement options, we went with a tankless on demand system. The installation team, Brock and Joshe, arrived on time and were incredibly neat, professional, and courteous. Could not be happier with the entire process and everyone from sales to installers! We used Walker Climate Care to install our furnace and our air conditioning unit many years ago. We have a large home so they installed the largest residential air conditioner. We have our furnace checked and cleaned once a year, change our filters every month and we have never had any issues. Whenever we were told that Walker no longer did furnace work, we have been using someone referred to us by MacEwan's office. We were very satisfied with the work done by Walker, they were efficient, polite and left the area very clean. I would recommend Walker Climate Care to anyone who was looking for that type of service.

After Jason's inspection, Darcy came by to provide an estimate for some new equipment, which is being installed next week. Excellent service, but that is what we have always received from Walker ClimateCare.
Monday morning bright and early the guys were onsite and set to work installing our new furnace, tankless hot water and water conditioner. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything and were done before the lunch hour was over. This is our third major installation from Walkers (different houses) and we have been happy with them all. Leo, Jason, Matt and Brock, great work!
