Terrible clinic. Don't waste your time and go to a clinic that can actually help. Everyone is extremely rude, and not helpful.

Receptionist was very rude, told me they close at 3 when hours are posted until 4 and shut the door in my face. Will not be recommending this place.

Here, I always find the solution for any problem that I feel. I recommend having excellent attention.

No doctor present.
Walk in open till 5pm but doctor has already gone home at 3: 30pm
Call and go, if you ever go here. I am not.

Dr. Mah is my family doctor and I always appreciate his care. He takes time to get to know you and answer any questions you have about your health. I can trust I am getting the best healthcare, I feel heard and comfortable enough to ask when I need help.

Very quick service even though it was fairly busy. Dr.was great and diagnosed quickly.

We have been patients of Dr Sarsam for many years, and I couldn't imagine seeing another doctor! Head Nurse Lynn and the Pharmacy are an added bonus to an always great office visit. We appreciate them more than they know!

Wait time is quick if you go at the right time of day. The three star rating is because of the rude receptionist I talked to on the phone today. She kept interrupting me and would barely let me talk, I felt like I was being rushed. All I wanted was the contact info for an ENT one of the doctors referred me to, but I swear I was interrupted as least five times before I could even finish my sentence. Do better.

Such horrible doctors at this clinic. The receptionists are incredibly rude. Please learn to communicate with people and have some bedside manners.

Dr. Rahimpour, Raoufeh is one of the most thoughtful doctor I’ve ever met. She was so thorough with my daughter and gave me a call to check up on her later in the evening, never had that experience from a walk in dr. So caring, very much appreciated.

BE WARNED. We took our 2 year old here when he was developing an ear infection. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic and we followed through with it for the 10 days as prescribed. We then brought our son back a few days after the antibiotic was finished as he developed a fever. The doctor said his ears, chest, and throat were all clear, even after asking if he was sure it wasn't an ear infection as that was our suspicion. He said our son was fine and to just give him tylenol for the fever. After 3 days, his fever did not break and we got him in to see our family doctor. Who diagnosed a DOUBLE ear infection and asked us why the doctor at this clinic had prescribed our son that type of antibiotic 2 weeks prior. Our son has been writhing in pain for 3 days now, which wouldn't have happened if this walk-in doctor gave the correct medication in the first place or took his time to see a double ear infection when we returned. Needless to say we will not be coming back here.

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Sarsam for 19 years. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He is extremely patient and listens to all your concerns. He addresses every matter and is always willing to investigate further if needed. This has always been comforting for us. His head nurse is absolutely amazing and I truly value her. The front staff are always friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and clinic. We are beyond grateful for everyone at Walkers Medical Clinic.

This poor rating is for the operator of the clinic, not the medical service. I didn’t make it to see the doctor because the unqualified receptionist decided they couldn’t serve me. The overall impression is “unprofessional”.

I love dr Sarsam he is the best …
Always helpful and always takes his time with me and my family.
He has been are dr for 18 plus years and even though we now live in the Niagara Region we still travel to Burlington for appointments.
Can’t forget about Lynn she is always so happy and Pleasant with everyone makes you vary comfortable

I was third in line as the clinic opened on a Saturday morning. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Attending nurse great. Doctor was wonderful. Got a prescription in minutes, literally walked across the foyer to have it filled in short order. I am from out of town and took a chance on this place, can’t say enough good things about the staff. Highly recommend.

Great experience at this clinic. Receptionist was kind and helpful. The nurse and doctor we met were also helpful, empathetic and quick.
Wait time was shorter than expected given the number of patients waiting- they seem to have a good system to keep people moving and provide care. Will visit again next time our family doctor is unable to see us!

Dr Sarsam is a great doctor. He has been my family physician for over 20 years. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes, regardless if I’ve made an appointment or just walked in. His staff is fabulous and efficient.

Went in today at 1: 45pm. Website stated that clinic closes at 2: 30pm and they stop taking patients at 2pm. With 15mins to spare we arrived only to be told that they won’t take our 1 year old. The receptionist already had the gates half way closed and when I approached her she (with the most rude attitude) said, “we close at 2! ” Okay? It’s only 1: 45pm?

I told her how their website says otherwise and if this is the case then they really should update their hours! Very misleading.

Now frustrated, I left and as I walked out, I noticed they even had a paper on the front door stating their hours also that say clearly that they are INDEED open until 2: 30pm on Saturday but stop taking patients at 2pm.

Now upset, my fiancé goes back in and gives her the paper.all she has to say now is that the doctor has decided to leave early today.seriously? And she even tells him to go put the paper back up.

I will NEVER go back here again!

Unreliable, unprofessional and clearly lacking in communication. That receptionist needs to learn compassion as well.
