A great store that basically has everything you need at very affordable prices. The staff there are very friendly and and polite.

Security guy tried to citizens-arrest some junkie that was stealing but the lines were kinda long so -1 star

I use this store weekly. They often have fantastic deals. The facility is well managed and shelves are always stocked. Im lookin at you grant! Mr walker is always out and about as he works the store daily and is always eager to help customers. I only rate it at 4 stars as it could use some updating. We as the consumer can incentivize this by rating it as such. Our opinions matter.

Should probably change the times because every time I come they're closed but online it says open.

Shelves are always full, it's always clean and it's way bigger than the other one in Brantford

Walker keeps his store clean and organized. I often see him doing odd jobs while I'm shopping. My home grocery store, first choice when I'm hungry.

A good well stocked store but there is always a line up at the cash, even when they call for back up no one arrives or after a long period of time someone sonders over very very slowly to help at the cash and does not seem pleased to be there. People, we are customers not an inconvenience, when there is a line up to pay why do you make people wait, get help on the cash.

Clean well organized store. Employees are always friendly and willing to help out. My only complaint is the meat section always seems to be under stocked.

They didn’t have a specific dog food (PC brand lamb and brown rice as my dog is allergic to poultry) and refused to call the other store to find out if they had it. When I asked if she didn’t have a number for there she answered with “No we do I’m just not calling them for you” and when I asked for the number because she wouldn’t call she told me no because it’s not for customers.

We use the PC Express and pick up our groceries. This store is usually great but this turned me off. We picked up our order in the evening and this was opened at lunch the next day. There is no way that much mold appeared over night in the fridge. I don't even think that could happen if it was left out.

Clean store and usually busy. Staff is helpful. Usually have whatever item I go there for and I am in and out rather quickly.

The manager and staff are wonderful. We go there weekly and often no ginger or fresh leaf lettuce. Since we use 4 lettuce a week, this is somewhat disappointing, We have tried going different days of the week as well but shortages on these items and garlic are constant. Perhaps increasing the order volume? We use 3 oz of ginger a day yo make a tea and my arthritis is much improved as a result

Quite a decent no frills although the line up (due to covid) is not as straightforward for some customers. The few times I shopped here during covid, some customers intentionally or unintentionally tried to cut in front of me claiming they don't understand how the line works.

Staff here are friendly and efficient and the store is clean HOWEVER there are constant problems with pricing. We are always encountering many instances of mislabeling, scanning errors and missing prices on displays. Been shopping here for a few years but am considering switching due to these issues.

Great store, way better then rusty no frills. No one giving me heck, no one belittling customers. Just an overall better shopping experience

Limited stock here. No matter what day or time. No name canned gòods almost none existent and barely any choice of meat.

Really disappointed that I tried to buy a bunch of canned foods for the food bank and was given such a hard time at checkout. I do not own a convivence store, just trying to donate food at this difficult time of year. Grocers have profited tenfold during this pandemic and they should at least try to give a f#$k about giving back to the community. This location is also quite grimy compared to the alternative Brantford location. Will use the other one from now on.

The meat department selection was slim pickins no beef, but lots of tp and all your other needs. Its a busy store but everything goes smooth, most check outs are open.

Great selection. Most prices are cheaper than big chain grocery stores but you have to really look. Bacon and items like that aren't necessarily cheaper but there were a lot of sales. Everything I ended up buying was on sale today so I saved a bunch of $$.

Love the pharmacy here.would recommend the pharmacist to anyone, he really cares about his patients and very knowledgeable.plus shopping here is good as well very clean store and friendly faces. Well kept stocked shelves. I give it 5 star's for sure.

The one teller was chatting between each other instead of paying attention to me the customer, other than that it was alright

I shop at No Frills mainly for the affordable prices. It's a smaller building than what is available in a larger city but the service is helpful and friendly. It has lots of parking.

A fairly clean store by No Frills standards but they are often out of sale items on the very first day. Also plenty of scanning error at this location.

I was at this location today! The store owner was assisting with the store entry protocols and I was so impressed. I didn't have a quarter for the carts, and he reached into his pocket and offered me a quarter! Cool.who does that these days! Well, Walkers No Frills does! #happycustomer will visit again

Great sales and I love that they clean the carts and also have a cleaning station for your own use - however really disappointed in how most of the employees in the aisles and out on the floor were wearing masks on their chins or not covering their noses. What is the point in mandatory masks if you won't wear them properly? Grow up and discipline your employees that can't follow mandatory guidelines. Other than that, great selection and mostly friendly cashiers.

Always very clean and employees are very kind. The selection in store has gotten better over the past year or so with the natural food aisle. I find that the prices are usually cheaper than other grocery stores in town.

If you buying groceries for yourself AND someone else like your old parents then don’t go here because they will not give you discount on second bill! They wants your old parents there physically for discount!

One of the friendliest No Frills around. Frequently see the owner on the floor talking to the shoppers or more recently greeting customers.

Clean. Well laid out. Usually well stocked (lysol products still hard to get). Social distancing protocols are still in effect - but at least you have a shady area to stand in while you wait - and the line moved fast the day I went. Staff are polite and helpful.

Great place for grocery shopping. Be it for weekend grocery time or daily.minutes away from downtown. Can get there by route 9/14. Has great deals over the week, comparatively cheaper or equivalent prices than other stores. They ad match almost every store deal so we can save more on anything, rent cheques also available. Moreover, staff is friendly and helpful.

Primarily shop here when we order online. Online pickup is a great addition to the store and works when you are short on time. Quality of produce is decent and comparable to other No Frills locations.

The store is very clean and the produce is always fresh. You never have to wait over 1 min to checkout and the ladies at the checkout are always super friendly and pleasant.

Always great product and good prices. Shop there at least once a week. I would to add that we were victims of grocery theft by someone stealing a bag of paid groceries from our cart at this store on Sat Jan 18. Watch your cart at all times.
