Walking On A Cloud

3 staff members, 0 customer and they refused to serve me. Plain and simply refuse to help after I ask.

Went today, and man serving (who wouldn't even come from behind the counter) was rude and condescending. There were three staff doing nothing and no other customers in the store. They ignored us, and when we asked for suggestions, they seemed annoyed with us.never again! Don't go here if you want any form of customer service!

Manager acted like he didn't want my business at all. He only became pleasant when I bought the boots I liked.

Went on boxing day. Everywhere it's written that it is open till 7: 00 p.m. I arrived just after 6: 00 and watched them turn off the light and the gentleman said they close at 6: 00 today because of holiday hours but nowhere was this announced or posted on the door or on Google. Doesn't take much effort to post it on Google these days. It's very unprofessional of the business and disrespectful to potential clients.
