Every step of the process was explained completely and comprehensively by each individual involved in the process.

Sales staff extremely pushy. Purchased a car at another dealership due to this. I then try to schedule a maintenance service for my car that is a full electric car and is my primary car, and was told me to book and appointment at the dealership that I purchased the car as they are too busy and don’t have appointments. Thanks for helping out the everyday person. Useless and just care about money.

Purchased a 2014 Elantra Auto GLS from the dealership in September. Was assisted by sales executive Manny Hudda. Although the car came safety certified, it had serious safety concerns. I was not aware of the steering fault and the tie rod was installed just before the purchase. I even got in touch with the sales executive but no solution was provided. Everything changed just right after I got out of the dealership. I will not recommend this dealership.

With this being our second vehicle purchased at Wallace, once again the experience was exceptional. From the initial sales with Dave Hamm who is kind, knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint, to finalizing the deal with Eliot Wallace, who is a no nonsense, straight to the point and kind individual that displayed a great deal of integrity throughout the entire process.

I can not leave out the last stage of the interaction, the warranty and administration part. Dealing with Michelle Knight, who had a wonderful personality and an infectious smile, was a pleasure to deal with. She was eager to assist with the finite details to complete a seamless transaction.

I can honestly say, whether you are dealing with the sales team, or David Fraser and his service team, or Thomas Basinski and his parts team, you and your vehicle are in great hands with this dealership. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the mechanics at this dealership who are by far some of the most talented men and women I have met.

We recently purchased a previously enjoyed Honda CR-V from Wallace V
Chevrolet. We jad been looking a ling time for this vehicle. With the high prices of used vehicles these days, this car had everything we were looking for.

Manny Hudda was without question the the best car salesman we had ever dealt with. Not at all pushy, super friendly, and so well informed about the vehicle he was selling, even when it was not a GMC.

It was quite a long drive for us but Wallace made it all worthwhile. Very happy with our purchase.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I brought my truck back multiple times due to concerns over the breaks, bad vibrations, and body damage that was not there when I looked at the truck. They dismissed all of these concerns and less than a year later I had a $7,000+ repair bill due to these concerns. DO NOT COME HERE

I appreciate that the service Center listened and understood my situation and unhappiness with leaking air conditioning lines. Through correspondence with head office they covered part of the bill, which in this situation was justified. Thank you for going the extra mile for me!

Car buying experience was just fine. But unfortunately after that was terrible.

I ordered cross bars for my 2021 Yukon XL AT4. I was told 2 weeks for delivery. Didn’t hear from them for 6. I reached out, they said they are back ordered but will be in soon. That’s fine

I text again a few weeks later, no response. I send another text, they finally reply, and say they may have a different solution to get me cross bars and they will get back to me…. Shocking, they don’t get back to me.

I contacted them, obviously unhappy about the situation, they apologized, and said they’d be better at communicating. So Noelle from Wallace decided that he was going to text me every two days to say they have no news about my cross by, some sort of malicious compliance I guess. I just wanted a response.

So I asked them to stop contacting me and that I would be servicing my car somewhere else. They have since contacted me two more times for service despite my repeated requests to stop.

Annoying experience to say the least. I called another dealership and have nice cross bars on my truck now.

This dealership exceeded my expectations. Manny was a fantastic salesperson. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough, such a pleasure to deal with. The entire process of buying a vehicle was great from start to finish. I’d recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

They are very efficient, honest and friendly. They did not push me to take any additional service or warranty, but I took whatever I wanted to. Salesman was extremely humble and joyful all the time, that’s made us comfortable. They are very responsive and replied to my every text and call.

The reason that we took our car for service is because the lines on the screen, while backing up, had become very weak, barely visible.
The camera has been changed but there is still no difference.
We feel that this is important to our safety but we don't know what to do next.
Other than that, the staff was very kind, polite and friendly and it seemed like they really tried to help.
