Service was quick. Inexpensive. I love to get a good meal from a diner. We got breakfast combos. They don't bring food to table. No refills on coffee. To be honest, flavour was bland. No taste in the homefries. Sausage was greasy. Bacon was good. Toast ok. Eggs ok. Just no flavour. I always want to support small businesses. But we won't be returning unfortunately.

Came here because of the reviews but we are very disappointed. Their food (sandwiches, poutine, french toast) is plain and basic.their fried egg sandwich is literally egg on bread, you have to ask for toppings and pay extra. The place is rundown and they don’t offer coffee refills…. Food was cheap though!

Was surprised! The food quality and portions are great! Interiors need a facelift but for a quick meal it’s perfect!

We tried this place recently for the first time because it has decent reviews, but the food was was below average and served cold. The decor hasn’t been updated for decades and it doesn’t look or feel very clean inside. The prices are lower than your typical breakfast restaurant, but we ended up leaving a good portion of food on the plate so it’s not worth the money.

This is a place I will always have something good to say about. Although the prices have gone up over the years, which is obviously due to inflation, the food quality has never changed. Unlike many other new restaurants, Wallys portions are always reasonable for how much you’re paying. And the man cooking up at the front is always so kind and friendly.

DO NOT GO HERE - if you like breakfast or good food this place is not for you.
I didn’t have high expectations but this is probably the worst breakfast I’ve had, ever.
Staff is nice. That is all.

Had the perfect breakfast there this morning. I asked the the potatoes done crispy and the were and the eggs were cooked perfect and the chocolate milk was COLD loved my breakfast

Place hasn’t changed in decades. Food prices are good. Can’t really screw up peameal bacon and eggs.

A greasy spoon that serves up old school diner food. Not the nicest looking place, but you’re coming here for the food right? Fries have seen better days, burgers and souvlaki are still decent.

The other patrons can be quite shady at times. But that’s not the restaurants fault.

Wally's restaurant is good the burger's are delicious and juicy and big I'll will probably go there again

Debit or cash only place. The service was good but the food wasn't. It is an option to eat something late at night, but don't expect too much.

It was a wonderful experience. I’ll give it 5 stars but realistically I’d take 1/2 a star away for the dishevelled seats. Looks like it could be renovated a bit.
However, the food was amazing! I was working nearby and craved some breakfast for lunch. I was not disappointed! Excellent price for a big breakfast. Everything was hot, tasty, and fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend checking it out!

This place has been here for a long time. It’s one of the best, open late fast food places quality wise. Especially if you’re looking for something last minute.

Curious if this restaurant will relocate somewhere else when they build a new condo here?

This is an old school dinner that has been around for years. I used to come here for lunch in highschool. I just came back to the area and brought my family to enjoy. It still looks the same and ohhhh man the wings taste the same too! Brought back such great memories. My wife loved the wings. Brought leftovers to my parents and they asked for more. Looks like we are going to come back a few more times before the new development takes over this beloved neighborhood dinner.

First breakfast diner where the coffee is not refilled. So 56 bucks for 3 breakfast combo, 3 coffees and a hamburger with a pop is pricey in my opinion. Especiallyfor self service. Staff are good and cook even better with customer service. Sausage was horrible, bacon was really good. All in all instead of this place, visit Sunlight Grill on Winston Churchill and Southdown for a true breakfast experience. No relation to them but true breakfast restaurant.

Wally’s has great quality food for great prices! The staff is amazing and friendly and this diner is a part of local community. I would eat here every day if I could!

Retro with Shockingly decent food

First off service was amazing, super friendly staff

The food was good, it's what you think it is but a little better lol, the dishes, cups & forks were clean, didn't see a bug, didn't see the cooks miss handling food,

I would definitely say you can compare it to dairy freeze or apache burger.not as good but if your in the area and don't wanna drive to them & there's nothing else then definitely come here

The " Decor " definitely needs Tobe updated and degreased but if you wanna know what a restaurant looked like back in the day we'll you found it, I would not sit beside the windows tho, cause it does seem something might crawl on you

I order from this place via Skip. They have minimal prep time due to which a delivery agent is assigned immediately after placing an order and my food arrives in the shortest time (within 10 mins frim the time i place an order to be precise). The quality is good too and they follow all instructions as requested. Great place to order from if you're at home and in a time crunch.
