One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at any department store. The customer service employees lack knowledge, and info about walmart's own policies, or how customer service works at all. They acted like they were doing me a huge favour when they were simply doing their jobs, never going back to this location.

Friendly staff, electronics associate was very helpful with assisting in the photo printing station.

I’ve never been so confused and offended. I was doing everything in the shelf check out, I couldn’t tell if this lady was discriminating me or what but she proceeded to go one by one of everything that I scanned as if I was stealing. Told her to stop wasting my time, cancel it and redo it herself if she’s doubting me. She said no and continued to ask me what I was buying, what they were, asking me the prices of each of the items. Even when I paid the almost $500 bill she continued to reprint my receipt and stand there looking it over as if she didn’t just spend 30 min going over my purchase.

The consumer service is horrible! Have been trying to call the whole day and no one answer! The only time someone did the person directly hang up without even listening to what I had to say!

We ordered a stroller that was supposed to be ready that day (same day pickup). It wasn't available until the next day. We picked up the box and it had orange liquid stains on it. When picking up the box the orange liquid stained my shirt and ruined it. When we opened the box it was missing the carrying case. We now have to go back and return it.

The alarm once went off when we walked out with something we already paid for. They had to look through our bag which was pretty embarrassing.

They don't have any produce. Also not a good kosher selection.

I asked where there were screws and the customer service person pointed me to across the store. I walked around for ten minutes realizing they didn't have any.

I was waiting on a call for a hole hour And once they pick up they hung up on me! (DO NOT CALL GO IN PERSON)

The manager ignored my mother twice when she was kindly trying to ask him a question and just pretended not to hear her. This whole store is a mess and they don’t care about their customers. I don’t know what’s going on with management but they are so rude and disrespectful. They never have any stock or any employees on the floor to help and when you find someone to help you they groan and act like you asked them a huge favour. Weirdos. It’s going to sound crazy but the employees act like zombies the way they interact with you and look into your soul. It’s laughable but sad. Honestly fire upper management and hire all new staff cause this place is awful. Bad vibes and bad customer service.

Why is this location no longer care or have baby foods in stock now for over 2 years they have been slacking! BEWARE AND CAREFUL OF THE DEBT MACHINE DO NOT HAVE YOUR WALLET OR PURSE TOO CLOSE IT WILL GRAB YOUR CREDIT CARD INSTANTLY FOR A PURCHASE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING IN LINE BEHIND ANOTHER PERSON I JUST PASS BY THE MACHINE AND IR SCAN MY CIBC CRIDET CARD FROM MY WALLET AND PAY FOR A WOMAN'S PURCHASE IT TOOK SUCH A HASSLE FOR THOSE CASHIER TO GET ME MY MONEY BACK SO PEOPLE BE WEARY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD TOO CLOSE TO THE MACHINE HERE! THANK GOD THE WOMAN WAS HONEST AND SAID SHE DIDNT CHANGED HER CARD AND I GOT A TEXT FROM CIBC OF MY PURCHASE INSTLALLY WHICH MADE ME REALIZE IT HAD SCAN MY CARD.

Today 11/29/21 1: 34 pm @ 1304 Lawrence Ave.w. North York, ON. I came to pay my payment bill at customer service, the white woman yelled at me, you have to pay this bill at the cashiers there. I asked her why I can’t pay here? I used to pay here, now she banned me. I am very disappointed with the customer service in the Walmart store here. This is a discrimination they should change their altitude.

This is the first time I came across a Walmart that was not stocked at all. I went in for regular groceries and couldn't find most of the stuff.

Had what I went there for.
I KNOW why the electronics dept is at the back of the store.pace yourself walking.take a break!
Thankful staff answered the phone or else I wouldn't have gone (at 9pm). Had a tricky transaction/till wasn't working properly, ended up at customer service, manager was nice and very friendly.

Someone botched the stock data.

35+ people lined up for 6 hours.

Management was cool calm and collected. Despite the MOB aggressively accusing him of lying.

Management solved the problem pretty quickly and everyone was happy.

The electronics staff member was rude. Couldn't catch her name but thought me and my friend were stealing. Is it racial profiling? I really don't know but other than that the other staff and overall experience was great. Keep it up Walmart!

Walmart is the greatest store in town Cuz it has everything I need an it's fair price to everyone who can't afford to shop

Great place to shop need to have better meat selection, only carry pre fab meat need some fresh produce. They should have think better when they were gutting the beer store to make it into what it is.

My biggest issue about this location is and always has been they don't have the stock. Shop for clothes.rarely do they gave my size in stock, empty shelves and not just since the pandemic

This store is way too confrontational, I understand that there is lots of boosters but they are what they are and u can't look at all that way

Yall have the worst associates and system set up in order to get baby formula! It is NOT okayto have uour customers waiting for 15 + minutes just to get a worker. LIKE SERIOUSLY. THE WORST

I recently moved to this neighbourhood, therefore I have been spending alot of time buying various household items

The Worst MANAGER I have ever seen in the entire retail stores in Canada. He gone Mad every week he keeps changing the isles.customers gets confused every time they visit.

If you a aquarium we have to go another location to buy a filter.if for luck you find a filter you have to use another location for the cartage replacement.if you by a brand primo machine you have at least try 5 walmarts to find water.

We always go here because it’s the closest Walmart from home…. And they always don’t have the baby formula that my baby drinks…. I would check on the app first to see if they have in store it would say yes but when we go there there’s nothing on the shelf…. My boyfriend would ask if they have it in the back they would always give excuses and say they don’t have it….
For example…we went there earlier because I needed to buy my son formula the lady in charge there said she’s not sure then we asked another worker and she checked if they have it in stock said they do just not on the shelf…. The other lady went back and we told her that the other worker said they have it she went to go check in back and said they don’t….
It’s always the same problem….
We’re not coming back here for formula anymore…costumer service there sucks

Brilliant renovations to have the 'I work here' checkout directory in front of the entrance/exit and the 'actual' cashiers a half a mile north. Please promote the genius who created this maze.

Support Canada, make better choices before you lose the right to choose. Not to late get your heads out of the sand.

I am only express my opinion if I want to get sick I have to to to this Walmart store It all starts from the top MANAGEMENT don't have any knowledge how to run a store and this is why employees they don't Have a clue what customer service is I'd stay away from that store

Tough to find what your looking for when it comes to medical. Wishbone had someone there for questions.

This walmart does not properly rotate their products. I visited for milk the front products had expiry dates within the next 3 days and the products behind those were already expired.be careful what "fresh" products you buy from this location, they're not clearly following first in first out protocols.

Worst customer service ever I would say. Store manager was very rude. Will not go back and won't recommend anymore.

The worst experience I ever had in Walmart. I bought a TV on sale and display was damaged. When I tried to get replacement they refused the same at customer service and I had to take refund as I had no option. When I called back customer service they said am supposed to get replacement because they sold me damaged product and when I went back to store spoke to manager Mr. Sunny completely refused to provide me replacement and also said that am abusing people when I asked for associate who refused replacement of product. I hope Walmart checks this and serves their customers better by educating their employees.

Everyone likes Walmart for sure, but location is key. The Walmart at Keel and Lawrence isn’t good, empty shelves, very very slow cash out lines. They shut down 10 self check outs just to cause caos and a line up that curls around the store, with over 30 ppl waiting to pay. They had only 3 available (in use) self check outs that were right next to each other. 2 cashiers on the other side hidden and no staff informing customers of this, meanwhile ppl are waiting 20 min in line all close in contact less than 4 feet apart. Very bad for Covid rules. They do not follow any of them. No sanitization anywhere, no one cleaning the carts. Absolutely everything is infected. Not once did I see staff take precautions or use sanitizers or keep people apart during check out. They also don’t clean the machines after each customer. Shame shame for spreading the virus.

A typical wallmart branch with lots of selections but I am sure they are understaffed as there's no one on electronic section, i've been there for long time but no staff.

My brother went to go purchase a PS4 and waited almost an hour just for the employee to tell him that they did not have it in the back. Very inconvenient as they should have known whether or not their store had more in stock.

Exceptional location. Great selection of merchandise and helpful staff. Location is neat and very clean. This location is very well maintained. McDonald's is inside the location which makes it very convenient and also crowded. It can do better by putting more staff to help customers with shopping and to operate cash registers. The lack of staff makes customers wait in lines for too long and lines can get very long which makes the store look really bad. Plenty of parking spaces.

This location used to be amazing, but now it’s one of the worse! Short staff, messy, wrong prices. You can’t never find a soul in the Cosmetic area, I remember this area used to have 2 ppl all the time back in the days. I guess managers have no clue of what they’re doing. FYI this is the Lawrence and keele location not the Dufferin one as some one mentioned in a comment.

Good food products and great selection, but bar stools purchased can't put together properly. Staff in electronics have no idea of what they are doing and should find employment elsewhere or moved to floor sweepers.

If you have been to the walmart in Gerard square, we'll this one is bigger in term of more options and more space. Two levels.
It is inside a mall so not as bigger as other walmart that you might know with it's own parking and nothing else attached to it.
It can be a hassle to turn around with many people because the hallways are narrow and the departments are stuffed to the top.

Still you can do your entire grocery here.

What I didn't like at all, at all, I said that you can't go far with your shopping cart because of the blocking pipes. See the picture.
Try to get you car as close as you can from the exit

It's a big walmart store you find almost everything.
Not very organized and workers aren't that helpful.
If you're alone is not good to buy a lot because you can't take the shopping cart to the car.

Better days now. I had problems at first. Now I know my way of finding things now. As for the prices, it is getting more expensive. But hopefully I will catch their sales lol.

Standard Walmart, usually very well stocked but it can use a deep clean as it's getting kinda old. Very heavy traffic throughout the store but good Walmart overall.

I met a short, middle-aged, dark skinned, Indian woman from Guyana. She has short, black hair. She showed me where to find longer bath towels. I asked her where I can find plastic caddy and described the item. She immediately knew what I was talking about. Sadly, Walmart did not carry the item. This employee presented as engaging and pleasant during our interaction.

Large Walmart selling a variety of items. Would benefit from automatic doors at the entrances as it's difficult to carry bags or push a cart and try to open the doors at the same time.

This place is so overcrowded and cluttered.it proved to be very hard to shop here, just wanted to leave asap.the fruit and veg section really needs another thought.its narrow and awkward and why is most of the produce only available in pre-packed plastic containers?

It was my first time shopping at this location. Spent 2 hours shopping and checked out with a transaction of $266 only to find out that at this location you can’t take your buggy to your car to unload your stuff, you have to leave your cart unattended at the front and bring your car around to the front and try to find a space among all the cabs that isn’t to far to unload all your stuff, there is a gate with a lock so obviously they can make exception but chose not to in my case at least. The elevators weren’t working and neither was one direction of the escalator for the buggy so not easy when shopping between 2 levels. They at least cancelled my total transaction without any fuss or that was good at least, I will never be back to this location.

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. I lost my fitbit (detached and fell off) and tried for 2 days to talk to lost and found. I realize its likely gone, but simply being unable to speak to the lost and found department after leaving 3 messages and calling back 5 separate times was frustrating. That is just 1 experience, Ive been there a handful of times before and constantly seen low stock on produce, flies on produce even at this time of year, and staff no where to be seen, makes me not want to ever go back. Ill just walk over to No Frills next time.

Ladies working there are mean and they do not really help, these women are terrible, they should not be working there besides, the store does not have all products and when they do, they have only a few. The real Walmart stores are the ones you see in the US, in here, they only sell low quality products, shame on them

You normally know what to expect from Walmart! Well this one is not different. However they really care about offering products for the Portuguese community in this area! And that's awesome!

The customer care was poor and i feel dissatisfied, with care i recieved, i even went to mcdonalds to by something as ive been commuting all day, for them to serve me čold chix sandwich, and luke warm fries, and they had no fountsin drink so it was kids apple juice

I shop alot here, wished they were better stocked. I have a hard time finding the products I need, only online which I cannot use Walmart's mastercard cash back to buy online. The service has improved.

This walmart is always so untidy and the staff here dont have a clue what they are doing they never seem to be able to know where anything is and always tell me if it's not there we dont have it, but still with a bit of looking around I manage to mostly find what I'm looking for.

This is the worst place on earth. Horribly disorganized. I expect a bit of chaos when shopping at Walmart, but this is beyond acceptable.

If you shop here, check the boxes, to ensure nobody has stolen the items out of it. You often come across boxes with nothing in them.

Will not be shopping here again.

This is by far the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. The greeters only care if you have other packages, otherwise they ignore you; the cashiers barely speak; the lines are awful. Plus the company does a lot of questionable things (like preventing unions) I avoid this place at all costs if I can.

Constantly loud and obnoxious interruptions over the intercom. Staff members there seem like they're using it as a joke and to communicate small talk. Price tags are missing from a lot of the items and it's impossible to find somebody to help you. Empty spots where the bar scanners used to be so no luck for finding prices there either not to mention a couple of occasions of rude staff members.
